Close to pier 39

I paid for my room ahead of time and was asked for a deposit when arriving. It was refunded to me at check out but I had not expected to pay an additional $150 since my room was already paid for.

the location is excellent to walk to Fisherman's Wharf Pier 39 to 43 1/2! Start your day off with breakfast at Boudin Bakery. Delicious French Toast and wonderful coffee! So many dining and shopping options in the area!

The location is perfect if you plan to be a tourist in San Fransisco. There is a large amount of shops and restaurants within 1/4 mile from the property, and a ton of public transportation options as well. I found Goodfellas pizzeria around the corner and so was a CVS and a Safeway. The parking being included made it financially worth it as well. I liked that the bed was firm and apparently thats what my body needed because we got an excellent two nights of sleep.

When I mention that I didn't like this, its because I work for a resort and we do a lot of things to update our facility. The only thing I didn't care for was how old the property looks. It definitely has an "old" feel, but that doesnt mean that anything is dirty or not useable, it just kinda looks old.

The location was excellent and therefore very convenient for visitors to San Francisco. Public transport was easily available including cable car and City Tour buses. The heating system was rather odd - centrally controlled - so it was either 'On' or 'Off'. The staff were very understanding and accepted our needs. The room was rather small, but clean generally, with clean bedding. Fridge and coffee/tea making available - and shower/ toilet arrangements clean and adequate.

As above, the heating system required help and negotiating with staff - but this depends on individual needs obviously.

Location is smack dab at the heart of Fisherman's Wharf. I left my young adult & teenage children on their own to explore the attractions in the area while I attended a conference at Moscone Centre. 7_Eleven right in front of the store is a lifesaver. A Halal Chicken outlet next to 7E was also a welcome surprise. Staff on duty was super helpful especially at 4 am on check out day when we had to take a cab to Oakland Airport due to the rental car being full of luggage.

Couldn't get connecting rooms due to some rectification works done. Rooms could be a little bit bigger for 4 pax.

Location was perfect to make everything walkable. Nice clean room. Close to cruise port by 10 min. Very safe and walkable during the day. Unfortunately unable to sleep from constant fighting on streets and windows being broken. Sadly san francisco is not what it used to be. Hotel cannot be blamed for the homeless on streets but after dark it sounded like it was very dangerous outside. So much so that I thought someone would break into our hotel. Constant noise from midnight until 4am.

At night there were homeless people outside fighting and smashing windows. It sounded like alot of cars were getting broken into from unsecured parking lots.

Staff very accommodating, we checked in early with 2 rooms and they only charged us for 1 room. They held our luggage so we could go grab lunch while waiting for our rooms to be ready.

Outside of hotel was a little sketchy. Some windows missing from rooms, they were double panes, so it was ok. No air conditioning in rooms and we are hot natured, but the ceiling fan and the fan provided in the room kept us comfortable.

The location was absolutely amazing. Not only are you a block from Fishermans wharf but you’re just two blocks from Pier 39 and so much more. And when you walk out of the door, there’s even a 7-Eleven directly across the street, how convenient. Lots of places to eat, and to shop within a couple of blocks. The room with adequate, it was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I like the fact that at night they close the gate to the parking facility so you feel safer and don’t have to worry about your vehicle.

no vending machines for soda, water or snacks. At least there is a 7-Eleven directly across the street. The hallways really need to be refurbished and really give the building an image of being rundown, thank goodness the rooms looked much better.

There was no microwave available in the room or at the front desk area.... if you need a microwave, there is a 7-11 across the street Which word to the wise it smells like urine, so if you are brave enough to buy something, sanitize and wipe the item clean. There was a space between rooms 306 and 307 that were boarded off, which added to the creepy feel.... There is no air conditioning in room, but there is a ceiling fan and a fan available in the closet

Very good location right on Fisherman's wharf. Close to ferries, restaurants and cable cars. Felt pretty secure as room key was needed to enter property. Hop on off bus right across street, also Napa valley and Muir woods tours across street.

No air-conditioning no problem in October. Limited amenities (no microwave in room),
