Our favorite feature of the first floor apartment (second floor to us) --- the tall glass French doors that opened onto a tiny balcony with a full view of Rossio Square. We fell in love with the place then and there!. The room size was generous with lots of space for umbrellas to dry. Kitchenette was cozy but more than adequate. Security was excellent with three doors that required only a "tap" to unlock. Washer and dryer on the same floor with instructions in English. Daily room cleaning with fresh towels was a special but unexpected amenity. The shower was large with two shower heads. Natalie, our landlord, met us at the main door entrance with key card and gave us an introductory tour of the apartment.

Location is excellent. I saw some negative comments regarding the surroundings but they were not accurate, the location felt safe and very central. Beds are comfortable. The place is spot on clean. Shower has a strong water pressure. Air conditioning in the room. Very friendly staff. Bonus tip, if you want that room with the small balcony facing the square, ask for the room called "Pedro Álvares Cabral".

The noise: The windows and walls are paper thin, you will hear everything that goes on outside and inside the building. They have a couple of fire detectors in the room that have a strong blinking light and that can bother you at night. The bathroom could be refurbished to modern standards. The above are mentioned in case you have problems falling asleep, I personally don't have so I would stay here again happily but I hope the management does a bit of a refurbishment in the bathrooms.

the bathroom was very tiny and very difficult to move around in we arrived late due to plane delay so there was no access to apartment, we had to go to another location to get key. Our driver drove us there , would have been very difficult on foot with cases etc, very messy procedure, must be an easier system

Location was unbeatable. One block back from Rua Augusta. Laundry facilities were fantastic, staff very prompt and very friendly. Comfy beds and large room.

Didn't bother us at all but for others be aware, the apartments are above a peep show so there is loud music until around 10pm. We barely noticed it, just a warning for other travellers. Also being one block back from the main tourist strip is fantastic but there is also a lot of (unavoidable) traffic and 'interesting' characters. In saying that, we loved our stay and the apartment was perfect for us.

this place is perfect for your stay in Lisbon! the location by the rossio metro make so easy to travel around town as well to walk to many locations! the view of the d Pedro square was a true surprise especially with Xmas lights. the apartment is very spacious and comfortable. it is very clean and I had everything I could need including a nice coffee machine! hot and high pressure water! the communication was flawless! and they even check me in at 10am upon my arrival in the city! also there is a market across from the street (pingo doce). I highly recommended!

There was someone there to let us in and show us to our room.

Our room was on the square so it was a bit noisy with street performers at night until midnight. So if you are early to bed keep that in mind.

The guy who met us to give us the keycard and show us the room, Leandro, was so friendly and helpful, which got our stay off to a great start, It was in a very central position, near all transport, it was cleaned every day with fresh towels, it had everything we needed, a nice big tv that we could watch Netflix on, there was lots of hot water and the bed was big and very comfortable.

There was a big brown stain on the ceiling and the smoke alarm flashing was very bright when you were trying to sleep, we didn’t like the blue bedding with the pink flamingos on it, but some people might like it.

The location is superb - close to restaurants, nice walks, views to the castle (lit nicely at night), and souvenir shops. The Uber pickup/dropoff spot is steps away. The metro station is also close by but we didn't use it. The room was very nice - clean and comfortable. I was traveling with a friend, so, having two beds was great. And our host was super nice.

Well, the place is just a step away from the Rossio square right after the arch, and a smell out of the entrance door says that some people use this arch for some of the natural needs. I guess not something that the hotel can address, and it didn't bother neither me nor my friend much as we didn't spend much time at the entrance.

I could see the 23 steps up to the apartment being a problem for some, although we didn't mind too much. The entrance is a little creepy, but again, we didn't mind too much. There was only one ring working on the hob, and the extractor hood didn't work. We intended to save money by cooking meals, but this wasn't possible, so we had to eat out most of the time. I feel some sort of compensation should be offered for this inconvenience. But a very nice stay.

It was a centrally located property right outside the plaza and very close to Rue Augusta so in terms of moving around it was very easy to do. The apartment was also quite roomy with a big bathroom and decorated with a nautical design. We were comfortable with our stay and the best thing is there was a laundry machine and dryer which guests can use for free. We found that extremely helpful

The only thing is that there was no reception desk since it is part of a regular apartment building. this was a bit difficult since we arrived early in the morning and had to wait till 9AM till someone came to leave our luggage. But you can still leave your luggage after 9AM. The staff is quite amenable and available to reach on Whatsapp
