We loved everything about the hotel. The location is the best! You cannot find better places than this hotel. Olivia is extremely nice and reliable. Thank you for everything.

Location is perfect yet the room was very quiet due to excellent modern double/triple glazed windows. The bathroom was lovely was a very big shower and tastefully tiled in my favourite turquoise colour. The cafe for breakfast across the way was very nice with excellent croissants al pistacchio

Kettle only in public are a. I would have like a kettle in my room so I could have made tea at 5 am when I woke with a coughing fit. I did not want to go to the public area in my nightdress and possibly disturb other guests. Also not really fault of hotel but taxi driver had three attempts to find the hotel and drive me all over the city centre until finding the location. I then was not exactly sure which cafe was the close by one and so took a little time to locate the property door. It is not the cafe on the corner of the square and the street but the cafe a little further down the street with tables outside opposite the Moleskin shop which is to the left of the hotel street door.

Great location with a great view of piazza Maggiore. Room size is good with great ceiling art.

No dedicated garage to park your car. Bed and bedding quality was no greater than IKEA quality . Breakfast was minimal and offsite. A/c was card controlled so if you wanted to take a nap for 1 hour in the afternoon, temperature would never get comfortable which is a problem for most Italian accommodations so come prepared with a fan.Refrigerator was not on upon entering and complimentary water was left at room temperature. Some of these items can be overlooked but not at more than $300 / night for a bed and breakfast.

The location was amazing! So central and also once the windows were closed - so quiet!! Close to it all!! Olivia was an amazing host. She helped from beginning to end and added a little bit of comfort for a solo traveller! The wine glass made my quiet drink so much more special! The room was clean and tidy. There was water on arrival and a fridge to store local purchases. Tea and coffee in the common area was a lovely addition.

The room temperature wasnt able to be controlled separately from the main building. I think it was just the time of year. It was surprisingly warm for spring, and I wasn't able to cool the room without the windows open. Wouldn't stop me from returning or staying longer if I had the chance!

It is more than you expect. The setup will make you categorise it as a guest house but the care and attention to detail is of a well-run 3 star hotel calibre. The windows isolate the street noise very well, bathroom is spacious and functional, cleanliness is excellent, beds are comfortable and the breakfast voucher for a neighbour cafe gives you all you need. The staff is very welcoming, helpful and no fuss people.

Just a super minor thing, I did miss a “do not disturb” badge for the door. We stayed for 2 nights and usually I prefer to skip the cleaning for short stays.

We were asked to leave the keys for the apartment in the room when checking out but then we were stuck getting out from the internal doors, as needed the other key to get out through those. Not sure how people would normally do this if the keys are left in the apartment?! We were lucky as someone else was coming in as we were trying to leave, but could have been a nightmare if we were stuck for a long time as had a flight to catch!

The stay was perfect! We were very warm welcomed and taken care of (food recommendations on point) and allowed to keep the suitcases for the day after the check out. Breakfast was provided by the local bar- it was amazing to sit in the city center and have a coffe! The location was top, with the view on Piazza Maggiore. Highly recommended :)

The room was very spacious and well equipped. It was lovely and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was much larger than expected and the shower was wonderful. Even the hair dryer was superb strength :) We ended up walking from the train station in 20-25 minutes. It was very easy. The location right off Piazza Maggiore was incredible. Such great energy all around the hotel and amazing restaurants & bars nearby. There was a lot of live music in the piazza and we thoroughly enjoyed everything about it. We really can't wait to return again.

really lovely clean apartment, perfect location

these were my errors. not the property. 1. they have multiple properties in the city with similar names. the address is included in the confirmation. but I used map app to search for the name, and went to the wrong location. 2. I left the apartment for dinner, taking the room card key (like a hotel), but did not take the additional two physical keys. returned late, and could not get in to building. Checkin staff had (wisely) already gone to sleep, so I spent the night out, homeless, out in the rainy piazza.

If I could give it more than five stars I would. This IS comfort. (Not to mention the location!) But this kind of comfort exceeds every expectation no matter who you are. Plenty of counter space for organization. Side tables next to the bed. The bed! Top level comfort! Seriously. And TEN STAR CLEAN! I am a fanatic about cleanliness and this was trust me… clean. I had the corner room. I could open the windows and listen to the music on the Piazza… or… close the windows for total 100% silence! (Must be sound proof windows!) Most important … the location is simply perfect… I mean the perfect location. Stay here and you will see. What else… the room is huge. The bathroom is huge. The shower is huge. I had no idea about the food in Bologna! This is a serious foodie paradise. The wine restaurant right here at the corner of the Piazza “Signorvino” was GREAT! I spent so much time researching restaurants, only to find perfection within steps of the hotel! Best tiramisu of my life! (And I just spent a week in Rome eating tiramisu.) Cannot wait to come back to this hotel. LOCATION PERFECTION! CLEAN! CHARMING! PRETTY! What else is there? Oh yeah, Bologna food! Yum!
