The hotel is located in a small shopping mall in the middle of the shopping street area. There are a lot of places you can walk to in the area for all sorts of different things. The staff were very friendly and helpful. You need a room key to use the elevator, making it very safe.

At night, there will be people in the area trying to approach you to go to the bar and stuff. It's best to ignore them. The smoky smell in pretty bad for the smoking room, but they provide you with a spray.

I particularly enjoyed the location; a short walk from the nearest Kotoden Station and the hotel is physically connected to the Central Takamatsu Shopping Arcades, Arriving by taxi in a rainstorm; after check-in, I was immediately able to stroll around some 2.7km of covered shopping arcades, (including luxury shops, department stores,restaurants, etc.), without the need for an umbrella. Rooms well equipped; particularly impressed by the provision of extra pillows in the room, as I need to elevate my head whilst sleeping.

No complaints at all.

Clean was so so. First day, when I tried to take a shower the bathtub had hair and a few corners as well. So they upgraded the room. The room was comfortable but the bed mattress was so so. The cleaners were very different, the first day was very good but the second day was not good which I had shared with reception. All and all, it was comfortable to stay.

The cleaning of the room. Hair was found and the second day I found a nail on the floor in the center of the room. Breakfast selection was not so many.

The hotel was well-located in a major shopping mall and near restaurants. It is a short bus or taxi ride from the JR station and the port. The staff was very helpful and the room had everything I needed for a 5 day stay,

Staff was exceptionally polite and friendly. Location was great - right next to a major shopping road. Good access to grocery stores and convenience stores and ATMs.

The bed was so hard. It almost felt like I was sleeping on a hard floor! I got lightly bruised from the hard bed, though I will say I woke up feeling fine, and did not feel stiff, sore or achy, like with some other uncomfortable beds.

Location is super. Shopping mall downstair. Carpark 24hr accessible. Room is spacious.

TV does not have youtube or function that connect with cell phone

Big room, big bath tub, good view over the roof of the shopping arcades. Excellent value for money.

Despite the fact that they have all my data, I had to fill out a paper slip with my personal information. Not up to date in a digital world.

Spacious and clean room. Located in shopping district in Takamatsu with numerous restaurants and shops nearby.

Located far from any train stations, you will have to walk or take a bus to get around. Coming from street level to your room will require changing lifts on the reception level (8/F).

Perfect location close to shopping arcades.

We inadvertently selected a smoking room. Unfortunately, they couldn’t move us out, but it was no problem as a room was just fine.

Great location. Parking in the same building. Coined laundry was a plus. And the machine washes itself for a minute before use- excellent.

Room a little small. Difficult to move around with suitcase opened. But not a big issue.
