The balcony and room were amazing and it was very peaceful at night. The hotel was very comfortable and very well located, easy walk to the many markets with fresh, reasonably-priced produceinteresting shops. Most of the staff were very friendly. We cannot comment on the breakfast; being vegan, we ate breakfast out, but it looked like a very congenial space.

On the Booking.com site, it specified a deposit of 50 euros would be required against damages or purchases in the hotel. However, when we checked in, we were told that this charge was per night of stay, not a single, one-off charge. This was also not specified on the hotel website, so I would recommend this being an action for improvement, to avoid any distress to future customers.

Our stay was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very nice, clean, and neat. The rooms were a good size for European sized hotel rooms (smaller compared to American rooms as expected but perfectly functional!). There was lots of open storage space cubbies near the door to our room which was great to access and keep track of all of our items during our stay. The views of the city from our room were gorgeous, as were the views from the rooftop area. We stayed in mid-April, so it was a bit chilly at night. I can imagine when the weather is warmer it would be a great place to sit and have a drink in the evening. The area is safe and provides easy access to the main areas of Aix. We traveled on foot our whole stay and never felt too far away to get back to the hotel. We also came and went late in the evening and always felt safe. Very excellent stay! Would definitely recommend!

I recently stayed at this charming small hotel and had a wonderful experience! The location was ideal, wandered through picturesque streets that were a delight to explore. Each morning, I looked forward to the tasty breakfast featuring fresh, local products—Fabianne truly went above and beyond. She personally hand-picked the vegetables and cheese, adding a special touch to our meals. The staff was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a cozy and memorable getaway!

The rooms are cozy but can be a bit noisy

Loved the comfortable beds. Loved the double sink in the bathroom. Loved the employees at the front desk, very nice and helpful and all spoke English. Good air conditioning.

The only thing we did not like is that there was no mini fridge! All the other hotels we stayed at had a fridge to keep our water etc cool and it was so hot whilst we stayed there. We wanted to buy pastries/desserts from a patisserie to eat later but did not have a fridge to keep them in. Had to keep buying bottled water so we could fill our insulated drink bottles for when we went out for the day.

Design of the hotel and decor were exceptional, as was its location. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the bar area fantastic. Love the refreshing lemon water. The breakfast was the best I've had in months! Fantastic sitting area and food quality and selection. Room was small but delightful. Loved the art that was on display and for sale.

Would like the reception area to be a bit more tidy as it spills over into the bar and makes it uninviting to sit there or stand nearby--also, even if the seats are not being used, it would be nice to have them on the ground during breakfast instead of on top of tables.

The staff were friendly and helpful.The location was great as within walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Also situated in a quiet area. Rooms were spacious and clean with a balcony. The rooftop area was a bonus

No bar fridge which was a shame. The staff are happy to store any food items in the fridge at reception but would be much more convenient if a bar fridge was in the room. Corkage fee charged if consuming your own wine at the rooftop garden

Huge room with nice terrace facing the street. Bathroom was also very large with double sinks and walk in shower. The air conditioning was the best!!!! You control the temperature 🤒. !!! Very. Clean and looks to be recently renovated. The elevator is also a great amenity!!b The staff is very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this for anyone looking to stay a night or two weeks. The hotel has a gorgeous roof top that has a beautiful city view.

Most everything! The air conditioning, large clean room and huge bathroom

Lobby and roof are very nice. The room was clean and large. An employee helped me carry my bags down three flights of stairs when the elevator was out of order. Hotel is located in a nice location. Easy to walk everywhere.

Slight echo in the room. The sounds from other guest rooms were easily heard through the vents in the bathroom. My check-in was 30 mins later than the expected 3pm check in. They will hold your luggage before/after check out but it was not put in a separate, locked room. It was sitting off to the side where other guests could access it.

Great location, central but calm, not far from public transport. They offer gluten free bread for breakfast on advance notice (day before).

Breakfast during the week is 7-10h, but when I got there at 8h20, there were out of eggs and bacon already and wouldn’t put a new batch out… there were more people joining breakfast after as well, so a fresh batch would not have been wasted. Meaning also that there was no warm breakfast food. A tad bit disappointing re. price of breakfast.

This was a lovely, clean, comfortable little hotel at a very good location in Aix. The room, bed, and bathroom were all a good size, as well as new and clean, exactly as pictured. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly. It has a lovely roof top area where you can take your drink. During my stay, there was an art exhibition in the lobby/breakfast area. I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it.
