Everything was perfect. Cooperative staff Clean hotel It's worth every penny

Location, it is far away from the city center.

I like the staff who were welcoming and supportive. Specially Issa at the reception, he is very kind and supportive. People like Issa should be in all hotels. Thank you!!

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. The property itself was impressive, with well-maintained facilities and a great ambiance. The staff members were excellent, providing top-notch service and always going the extra mile to assist guests. What stood out the most was the cleanliness of the hotel; it was spotless in every aspect. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Room Size a bit small

The hotel is very clean. Large rooms. The staff is very helpful. Great SPA facility.

Breakfast could be better. Very small selection of dishes, vegetables and fruit. No signs about food - e.g. milk products all looked the same - yoghurt, sweetened yoghurt, sour cream, cottage cheese with and without sugar - all unfortunately without labelling. Restaurant staff hardly speak any English. TV does not work at all, also in other rooms. The staff knows it, says that a specialist will come to check, but no one comes.

I had had some quite unpleasant adventures with a couple of hotels in downtown Baku before trying the Wyndham, so my choice of the Wyndham was the last-munite one and driven only by their rates. That said, I was literally blown away by the hotel, its team and their services! A long-standing globetrotter, I fully appreciated their caretaking: from their decision not to cancel my reservation made with a debit card (I do not have a cc), to superearly and superfast checkin and checkout, to fabulous support due to my strict diet, to their genuine cordiality and willingness to help me (and the situation was truly dramatic as the whole city got stuck in 1 big traffic jam, so their advice was more than timely and very adequate, and I managed to catch my flight). Their rooms, though facing a pretty industrial landscape, are super clean and comfy, and boast any possible amenity; their fitness center is just exemplary and well equipped. In short, a fabulous property, and I was superhappy - after my initial tribulations and dealing with ratholes in the downtown Baku which someone, by mistake or because of Alzheimer, labelled as hotels. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying overnight between the flghts. Once there, experience unique warmth and generosity of the reception tem- Ms.Jeyhun and Mr . Nazim; and try the hotel's savory breakfast served by Messrs. Murza and Valeh, two young waiters, and the Chef.

The only drawback is location- but that is the price to pay for staying in transit

Because of my 1st stay here on Sep 27, 2024, I decided to stay 2 more nights after returning from Qabala on ( Sep 30th & Oct 1st) due to the amazing comfort and superb hospitality by the whole team of Wyndham. The front desk and house keeping is exceptionally helpful, never say no to any requests and always facilitate the customers with warm welcome. The hotel location is amazing for people who'd have arranged their own vehicle because its far from city center but with the traffic of Baku, this place let your stay very calm & peaceful. Keep up the great job guys ❤️

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - for ISSA! A very talented and smart man working at Wyndham Garden Baku. He was our saviour when we were out of options to stay at in the middle of the night, that led us to extending our booking for 6 days more vs. looking for another hotel. This is the power of great hospitality (which we didn’t get during the day, since the best people like Issa are only working during the night 😅).

The housekeeping team can get improved - you have to ask for coffee sachets, bathing towels, dental kits everyday after you’ve got the room cleaned. However, the staff was courteous to send things over promptly when asked for. Location: if you’re looking to hang out more in the central baku, then this spot is far, like 15-20 mins drive. But during the crowded times like F1, it was convenient as cabs are easily accessible.

Hotel itself has a lot to offer, half Olympic pool spa gym and more, rooms are comfy and spacious they gave me highest floor very nice view. Although out of everything staff amazed me the most. İncredibly polite and helpfull at reception Nezrin and Siraj. Also visited the bar of the hotel, Muraz made a special cocktail for me and I guessed what he put in it. That was a lot of fun. They also sent me complimentary fruits and wine to the room. Called taxi for me even in early morning to catch my flight they gave me a wake up call. İ stayed at a hotel that was double the price of this one and I can confidently say this hotel was much better. Will definitely stay here again for my next visit of Baku.

There was nothing not to like.

High level of service, comfortable room, friendly staff, good breakfast.

The location of the hotel is not very good, there is a highway, a gas station and an oil refinery nearby. The air is very unpleasant.

I had a wonderful stay, and a big part of that was thanks to Issa! From the moment I arrived, Issa went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. He was not only attentive and professional but also genuinely kind and friendly. Whether it was providing local tips, handling my requests promptly, or just sharing a warm smile, Issa truly made a positive impact on my experience. His exceptional service added a special touch to my stay, and I’m grateful for his dedication. Highly recommend this hotel, especially if you have the pleasure of meeting Issa!
