The receptionist gave us a free upgrade so that is always nice :). The hotel is nice and has a great view. I would say it is good for a shorter stay (2-3 days)

I think you need a car to stay here because we found it to be difficult to get anywhere else than Fira with the bus.

The property is amazing, it is not near all the chaos with tourists. The staff were lovely and made sure we were always comfortable and our rooms were cleaned. The people who deal with the transfers like to explain the island to you and the history which was lovely, making the journeys more worth while. There is also a nice wee bakery and my friends and I went there pretty much every day.

We were put in the wrong room accidentally, we stayed one night in the room. The next day when we were told it was the wrong room we were offered to stay in the room as an upgrade which we accepted. We were charged an extra €220 which was a shock especially since it wasn’t a mistake on our end. We weren’t expecting it for free but €220 was very expensive for a mistake we didn’t make. Additionally, if you are wanting to travel around the island the transfers is €35 euros. It wasn’t much of an issue for us but I know some may be shocked about that pricing, if you are going to places like Oia this price is not bad at all, it’s more for small trips like traveling to Fira.

We arrived there very ill and the next morning we taxied to the Santorini Clinic and had to stay the night to transfer to Athens for 14 days as I had pneumonia and my partner was ill too although not as extensive as I was. This was not the hotels fault however the very nice Receptionist could see we were both ill and proceeded to book us in for a tour the next day. In hindsight we should not have booked the tour. Instead we ended up in hospital. We did not receive a receipt for the tour and therefore couldn't claim on our insurance however we are at least alive thank goodness.

My stay here was simply delightful! I was impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The price I paid for my stay was incredibly reasonable, offering excellent value for money compared to other options on the island. The room was very comfortable especially the cleaned daily, well decorated, comfortable bed providing a relaxing retreat. The hotel's convenient location allowed me to easily explore the beauty of Santorini, while still providing a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. Overall, my experience at exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Santorini, very professional!

From the moment we arrived, Flora was welcomed us with warmth and friendliness. The hotel's rooms, facilities, and pool were impeccably clean, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. Fresh bed linens and towels were provided each morning. Location was excellent - only a few steps from one of the best views on the island. My room was well maintained. Pool area had lovely views away from the Caldera and towards Fira. I enjoyed breakfast served out by the pool! The team at the hotel went out of their way to make me feel at home and help me get the best out of my time on the island

I really enjoyed staying at the property. Santorini (particularly Fira and Oia) is really busy though and traffic was pretty intense during my stay - this can even make crossing the road a challenge at times! It did appear much quieter to the south of the island.

For my partner and I, the location was excellent. It was a 10 minute walk to the closest bus stop which only cost €1-2 to get into Fira. Great value for money. I would not recommend using taxis as this costs €15-20 for a 5 minute journey. Definitely utilise the bus. The hotel itself was lovely, the pool area was super quiet for most of the time we were there. The staff were extremely helpful.

The wifi was quite slow. We often had to use our mobile data. We did not always get new towels each day. We realised that it took a few days for our towels to be changed to new ones which was not ideal.

There's a big bakery nearby within walking distance. We get our bottled water from there as it's the cheapest at 1 eur for a 1.5 litre bottle. Excellent service from Flora. Gave us recommendations on places to visit with clear details of directions and sights. Helped us book taxi and get a rental car. She provides concierge service that was not expected. She made the entire stay enjoyable and convenient for us. Highly recommend !!

Check-in was a breeze and the staff were very helpful. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool and comfortable deck chairs with shade offer a welcome retreat from the sun and a wonderful way to cool down. The views from the hotel across the island are beautiful.

The island is small but not ideal to explore on foot and the distance from the hotel to Fira makes for an uncomfortable walk without shade when the weather is hot. While our room was very comfortable overall and had good air conditioning on the ground floor the sleeping area above isn't cooled to the same level.

This is a really great, well run and maintained hotel. The girls at the reception are superb and very accommodating. Our suite was clean and spacious, the shower is amazing. Room had lots of plug point. I really like the breakfast service to our room. It was delicious and fresh. Also pick up to and from airport or harbour at a very reasonable cost and well organised by the hotel. Highly recommended and value for money. Book it and you will love it.

I have no complaints about this property.
