We stayed in double room with hot tub. Staff were amazing ! So friendly and helpful when planning our days ! If you don't like that there are no pavements-don't visit Greece! And take sensible shoes as you do need them! Yes the hotel is on a main road, but its set back and not noisy, and the staff, breakfast, pool and rooms make up for this. It's only a 10 min walk, then a 5 min bus ride to Fira, and lots of places to eat in mesaria too !

Nothing- our room was hot even with air con, but the outside temperature was 33-34 degrees, so it had to work really hard ! We just left the door open when in hot tub or room relaxing - the tub was perfect for the temperature outside!

This hotel was immaculately clean, great pool, lovely breakfast. My room had a naturally heated private jacuzzi which was fantastic after a long day hiking round Santorini. My holiday was more an ‘out exploring all day, grab food on the way back’ kind of stay so it was lovely to chill in a beautiful, comfy room, eat on the private patio and chill in the jacuzzi. The bed was really comfortable to sleep in. The management and staff were all really helpful and friendly. I can’t speak highly enough of them and I got some great suggestions for hiking and things to do. Buses around the island and to the port pass either the hotel itself or the bus stop at the bottom of the hill.

Nothing. For my needs and holiday itinerary it was perfect. Peaceful, great amenities and good transport links to busier areas of the island.

Room was very large and comfortable, clean. every day the toiletries were changed. The breakfast was pretty good. We enjoyed the time during the breakfast. the reception desk was very helpful, ladies in the morning and afternoon were very polite, kind and lovely. The reception guy gave us so much information and showed all sightseeing's and direction from and to hotel. Thank you all of them for the job they are doing every day.

It is very noisy because of the street, but we close the windows and everything was OK.

Located in centre of the island. Immaculately clean throughout. A really comfortable bed and a great breakfast. The staff were amazing, very helpful and kind. Our first morning without asking they asked how long our stay was on the island and using a map prepared a list of places to visit and a route for us to follow. Great advice about restaurants, transport including ferries. I would definitely return and choose this hotel without hesitation. You won’t be disappointed!

The hotel was located perfectly to drive all around the island as it was right in the middle. We rented a car for 3 days and we saw all corners of the island. For the rest of our stay we lounged by the pool and walked down the street to get lunch.

It would have been nice if the hotel served dinner and/or lunch. Having to go somewhere at night without a car meant paying a lot for taxis

The staff was really friendly and there was plenty of parking in front of the hotel.

There was a smell from the pipes and small things missing from the room like conditioner, a glass to put your Toothbrush, a plate to put the soap. The boiler was rusty inside and our balcony was connected to the bathroom window of another room.

The hotel location is good, easy access for new arrivals with suitcases. easy access to a local bus for airport, ferry port and Fira the central town of Santorini. But the best of this hotel is its staff, they are excellent with information on attractions and available bus to help you to get where you want to go. They are friendly making you feel at home, also their English is excellent so no problem to communicate with. Also the on-site pool is convenient for sun baking and relaxing.

The breakfast was absolutely lovely and the location of the hotel is perfect, away from the extraordinarily busy main towns but easy enough to get to Fira when you want to, and lots of mini markets and shops for food nearby. The hotel itself was very clean and well looked after and our room itself was great!

It is close to a main road so did get a bit noisy occasionally as there were a few people driving around on mopeds and bikes late at night blaring music, but that is not their fault!

We had a great time in Santorini, hotel staff was more than friendly and helpful, they helped us with car rental wich arrived at hotel in 30 minutes from when we said we need one. We received advices in what to visit and a map with all atractions. Room was very clean and comfortable, and when the hotel owner heard that we are in our honeymoon he upgraded our room with a room closer to the pool, and we received a bottle of wine and a nice card with a lovely message. We also got airport transfer in both ways. We were impressed by everything, thank you kindly for all the help and the service you provide.

The staff were very helpful with advice on the island, provided bus timetables and organised transfers. The location was less than 10min walk to the bus stop in Messaria, which connects to Fira, Kamari and the Airport. The light breakfast of croissants, breads, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, cheese, deli meat, juice, coffee and tea was perfect for the hot weather.

The walk from Messaria bus stop is up hill on the uneven side of the road. It is manageable but something to note if you have lots of luggage.
