High quality facilities and room. A first class hotel. Everything was high quality. We very much enjoyed our stay here. At check-in, we were offered a room upgrade. This "apartment room" made our stay even better. A livingroom, bedroom, two bathrooms, and dining area makes for a very compete and comfortable stay. The hotel's restaurant hosted us for a dinner and breakfast each day of our two night stay. Around the corner from the hotel is their fenced private parking lot, which gave our motorcycle a home for the nights. Definitely recommended. We would stay again without question.

Difficulties with the room air conditioning.

Everything in the hotel was sparkling clean! The hotel is within walking distance to all the sights of the city. The breakfast buffet had nearly every possible option while also being fresh and appetizingly displayed. Hotel employees were friendly and gave us good advice on local cuisine. I used the sauna too, which was just heavenly after walking around the chilly streets for hours.

My only complaint was the bed. I’m not sure if it’s a cultural norm, but it was the hardest, most uncomfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on. It literally felt like a box spring. The hotel also employs the Scandinavian sleeping style by putting two separate twin sheets on the bed instead of a queen. I like to wrap myself in a blanket and was unable to do that with this set up.

Upscale, in a renovated historical building with classy modern interior and preserved historical facade. Excellent location, just off the City Center, off enough to be in a quieter area yet just short walk to the Center. Also if you took bus or train to get to the City it is just 5 min. walk from both stations. Rooms are very spacious and well appointed, large windows that can be partially open. Very helpful, friendly staff at the reception and the restaurant. Nice restaurant offers elegantly presented, fresh and tasty dishes. There is also a casual bar by the reception. Hotel also offers a sauna but I had no time to use it, wish I could!

The hotel is ideally located within walking distance of almost everything, and I loved that there was a tram stop right in front of the door. The beds were very comfortable, and there was a pleasant scent in the reception area, which was a nice surprise. Another big plus is the private parking available for guests!

There were minor things like wiggly/stubborn bathroom door knob, and not working bathroom mirror light. The smart TV in the room allowed us to share screens from our devices, but it didn't have apps for streaming services like Netflix or Disney+. It would have been convenient if we could log into our accounts and watch shows or movies in the evening, especially since there were no English options available on the TV itself. We hadn't planned on bringing our own laptops for streaming.

The hotel is very modern and the room is quite stylish. There is an automatic temperature regulator, so you can adjust the room temperature to a comfortable temperature. Our room was warm, while outside was quite windy and cold. The bathroom was also super clean and the whole room smelled great :) The hotel offers a wide selection of cold cuts, the usual hot omelette/sausages, wide range of vegetables and fruits for breakfast. They also have some prepared sandwiches which you can takeaway, we found it very convenient. The personnel is nice and friendly and the location is also quite central - ca. 5-10 min walking to the center, there are also some supermarkets around. The parking is just around the corner, and is very convenient, if you come with a car.

The only disadvantage in our room was the sink in the bathroom. For some reason the water was not going down the pipe so fast. That’s the only small minus we had during our stay.

The hotel is of a very good quality, nicely decorated, with comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent. Chek-in and out process is fast. Parking is available on the street free of charge over the weekends and in the night. You need to pay a parking fee just during the daily working hours.

The only thing we found strange is the light controls in the room. You can operate all the lights at your bed and occasinally switch off the light in the bathroom when your partner is there. The rest was as it should be in a good quality hotel.

Best hotel stay during my European holiday from Spain to Ukraine. Lucky enough to get room 007 so enjoyed calling myself Mr Bond for a couple of weeks :D room reasonably sized and super comfy, decent sized shower so didn’t feel cramped in the shower like most hotel showers. Cracking restaurant with drop dead tasty menu! Do yourself a favour, try the Beef Ribs or Caesar Salad with Prawns, two of my favourite meals in this restaurant! Great location and couldn’t be closer to Szczecin Glowny Station and a nice walk up the same street for various shopping centres and supermarkets.

The only downside, the tram runs right outside the door, so makes quite a racket as it rounds the corner to/from the station, at first it sounds like a low flying airline or an earthquake without the movement. But if you have no trouble sleeping it won’t bother you!

The room was big and nice, the continental breakfast had it all, the sauna and restaurant is very good.

- The fitness room is too small for a 4-star hotel, basically one treadmill, barely any equipment - The lobby/lounge is more or less non existant, there some seating area in front of the reception, thats it. - The location isnt perfect if you want to walk to explore the more busy areas (easy with tram/bus) but perfect if you wanna be close to train/bus station

Modern hotel, well located with (mostly) very friendly and helpful staff. Exceptional breakfast, also dinner (room service) was of high quality and came really quick. Free water in room. Big and bright rooms (avoid corner rooms like 103 with quite a long corridor and less usable area). Love the rain shower. Very clean rooms. Very quiet rooms. 24h sauna which you can book for private use.

Double bed was two single beds with a topper, does not quite feel the same. Also, matrace was too soft for me. No fresh juices at breakfast, only from concentrate from the machine. Little storage space in bathroom.

It was more than expected. I usually stay at Radisson or Mariot when I am in Szczecin. Because I was travelling with my daughter, I chose Grand Focus instead. The price was exactly 50% lower, and?? The hotel was better and newer. It had great, large, and clean rooms, professional and friendly staff, and delicious food. Still, though, the hotel kept this exclusive, unique atmosphere of an expensive place.
