It really is a very good hotel in the center of Szczecin, the location is perfect. The room is really comfortable and with a good design. The breakfast was delicious.

Not a negative thing, just an opportunity for improvement: The girls at the front desk, while respectful, give the impression of being a bit serious. A touch of warmth would make guests feel more welcome.

Location was great for exploring the city plus 10 minutes walk from Szczecin train station. Room was clean, lovely toiletries and bed was comfy. Breakfast was good - did have to use microwave though as hot food was not that hot. One of the guys on reception offered to extend the room stay until 2pm for free although we didn't need it in the end. Lockers for luggage in reception were free to use which was great as we had a late flight. OK view of city. Close to tram stops. Free alcoholic cocktail on arrival - I think there was a non alcoholic option too.

No tea/coffee facilities in room. Suggest offering complimentary hot drinks throughout the day to guests instead of popcorn! Choice of music in reception was distracting, repetitive & rather loud & the large TV constantly rerunning the advertisement for the hotel in reception area drove me crazy to the point of me having to turn my back to it. No outdoor seating space.

Very helpful personnel, secure basement parking, central location, upbeat, comfy bed, complementary bottled water everyday, very good breakfast with relatively large variety of choices - fruits, salads, meat, eggs, cereals, breads, juices, coffees, teas. Street parking free (I think), and easy to find space. I parked on the street initially and had no problems.

Basement parking is not free, with minimal charge. I felt better parking in the basement though so I opted to use the basement parking for the duration of my stay.

Amazing hotel and the room, very stylish and comfortable. Smooth check-in late in the evening, there is always someone at the desk. Room: well thought lighting setup, well thought power sockets, modern design, but still cozy. Very comfortable bed. Bottled water provided in the room for free. Quiet. I felt safe, there are security mechanisms on the room door and in the elevator. Location: very close to a bus/tram stop, shops. Breakfast: good, big selection, on request in advance they could meet my special diet needs (gluten-free bread).

As everyone mentions, the windows cannot be opened. The windows of my room were facing a busy office building so I had to keep the curtains drawn.

I recently stayed at the Moxy Szczecin City hotel and it was an excellent experience. The convenience of the location made it incredibly easy to access, which was a huge plus. The accommodations were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a super stay, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable visit. I had to leave before breakfast and I asked the staff to prepare some food to tak away. At the moment of checkout, my lunch was ready. 👋 to the lady behind the bar. Rafal

Breakfast was a bit weird- there could be some oatmeal or boiled egg. Of course I still ate plenty- including some herring and fish, but l travelled with a companion who was not Polish and couldn’t eat pork as well and he was left with little options🤣 also stop giving people option to cast their streaming services on hotel tv- l have stayed in moxy hotels multiple times in many cities and it has never worked. Shame that after many years it hasn’t been fixed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this excellent hotel. Our room was very spacious and extremely comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and modern bathroom. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the bus/train station and also close to restaurants and shops. The reception area has a quirky, fun vibe about it and is a nice area to sit and relax. The hotel provides very good value for money and we would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

breakfast was good especially if you were a meat eater like my wife, but was not such a great choice for vegetarians, just cheese or eggs, coffee was great, herb teas also, the main meals were ok, but very limited menu.

someone above us was banging on the floor, we were quite quiet, except for our television. but they banged all the time till they left. we fell ill, was a flu, there was very little I could keep down food wise for several days, the air conditioning blows cold air.I had to reset the aircon to heat not cool after each time the staff came

Great location, extremely friendly staff, comfortable, clean and a good atmosphere in the bar and reception areas. Bright and very modern decor and music in the guest areas and rooms were comfortable too.

Nothing major but couldn't 100% relax. Housekeeping seemed eager to get into the room at a very early time so always felt rushed to get ready before they knocked. Even when I put a do not disturb sign out I was called by reception to tell them maintenance needed access which turned out to be housekeeping, otherwise no issues.

I’ve had the best stay in this hotel! Room was so cozy, it felt like home. Staff very friendly and helpful, young people, all speaking english. The hotel lobby has such a nice atmosphere that you just wanna sit there and enjoy a cocktail. By the way their bar is amazing and open 24h! Also a nice touch was the fact that each time they clean your room(everyday) they give you 2 waterbottles for free. So i never had to buy it myself! Also, the hotel breakfast was amazing, and they keep restocking it until the very last minute, so even if you come later, you still get everything. In terms of location it’s so great! Kfc open until 3 am just around the corner, Lidl and pharmacy and an amazing italian restaurant in the same building, and a great chinese restaurant vis-a-vis.
