gorgeous design, brand new hotel so everything still stunning. has everything you’d need for a short stay in a really convenient vibrant location. feels really secure, warm and clean

not much, really minor stuff like the room lights can’t be dimmed and are super bright, there was no cups but we had a kettle and all the stuff to make tea and coffee so even providing some paper cups would be good. also the tv could use a Netflix app or an option to cast as there’s only 4 channels that all only show the news. tiny changes that would make this place perfect

The location is great as it's within close walking distance to the bus or metro, as well as a reasonable walk to Camden market. The staff was friendly and they give filtered glass water bottles out which is a nice touch. We also had an issue with the electricity (not their fault), and they moved me to the same size room without issue.

The room was clean and tidy, but the shower was clogged, and the cleaner had missed some hair on the shower wall. The room seemed smaller in person and didn't have places for luggage to sit other than the floor, but it was doable. Would still recommend.

Great location; very clean hotel, recently renovated. Friendly staff. Free coffee/tea in reception area. Quiet neighborhood. Possibility to leave luggage in a secure place at the hotel on day of departure until late afternoon. Communication via email prior to the trip was efficient and customer-friendly. I would stay here again.

Unfortunately the hotel doesn't to offer breakfast. There are options close to the hotel. Our room had a small window close to the ceiling. This window was looking out on a wall and could not be opened. It would have been great to be able to put the airco at a lower temperature. Bathroom-door closes automatically. It would be nice to foresee a device to keep it a little bit open. Rather expensive rate.

The hotel looked very new and modern. There was free ‘housewater’ in the lobby, and coffee or tea as much as you wanted. The room was very comfortable and quiet.

Two remarks about the hotel: it didn’t offer breakfast, which I didn’t mind as there were lots of takeaways nearby. But a family with young children would be looking for a place to sit. The other thing is that, while they promised to leave your towel if you put it on the railing (instead of on the floor) still every day my towel was taken & exchanged for a clean one. It made me wonder about the eco friendliness with which they advertise themselves

Wesley Camden felt like a new property, or at least newly renovated. First off, room is very tiny. It does state the size when you book the room so we knew to expect a small room! We were only there for a night so it was fine. Just note that it's quite tricky if you need to open a large suitcase (and we had two!). Toilet was small as well, but very nice and bright and clean. Loved the toiletries that they provided. There was a water dispenser on the ground floor, and tea and coffee as well.

A fridge in the room would be nice. Also, there is a lift in the property but between the lift landing and the rooms there were five steps. Not an issue for us, but just FYI.

The hotel is well situated - close to a Tube station, the bustling Camden Town shops and markets, and tranquil Regents Park. There is a 24-hour reception desk, which is extremely convenient for odd check-in times, queries and assistance (this is one of the main reasons I chose this hotel). The rooms, though small, are very clean and comfortable.

The downstairs communal area could perhaps be better equipped with more comfortable seating - especially for guests needing desk/work space. My standard double room did not have a desk, and the table near reception was adequate, but not ideal.

+ Very quiet and safe. + Perfect location. + They were quick to offer a solution. When unpacking, we discover our bed linen and mattress were stained with big yellow spots, so they moved us to another room immediately. + It was a small pleasure to refill our water bottle with complimentary sparkling water at the reception every morning before heading out. Also, the hot chocolate in the coffee machine was surprisingly delicious.

The bed frame is on four wheels... We did not enjoyed being plunged in the dark randomly (while in the shower, for example). Most of the staff is efficient and welcoming, but some are kind of blasé. The rooms are «clean» if you don't look too hard (miscellaneous dusty stuff under the bed, stinky toilet lid).

Great location for Camden shops, restaurants, nightlife etc. Staff really friendly and 24hr reception. Complimentary coffee machine and ice cold water in reception. Tea, coffee, kettle etc in room too. Room small but really modern and comfy. Big shower and nice complimentary toiletries. Loved the fact it doubles as a working chapel/church.

Only small high up window. Ironing board in room and iron mentioned in booking info but couldn’t find iron in room. No coat hooks on long plain wall as enter room.

Perfect location, reception 24/7 plus stylish rooms with kettle available. Facilities can be accessed with a mobile phone.

Bed was narrow - ideal for one, but somewhat problematic for two. Socket near the kettle was EU standard, so to prepare some tea you need to move it and place on the bedside table. No possibility to open window to let some fresh air in - only AC which you need to fine tune all the time to balance between comfort temperature and noise.
