The staff were brilliant and very accommodating to any request. The breakfast was great, a good selection of cereals, bread and juices. The location is close but not too close to the centre, only a 20-30 min walk. They changed towels etc each day which was nice.

I was in a standard room and it is exactly that, small and compact room. Whilst they did change sheets every day, they were signs of spiders on the ceiling. They did do their best when I reported it but there were still cobwebs. There were also a few in communal areas near the night entrance. This only slightly took away from the hotel

Simple B&B, but had all the necessary amenities. Definitely a humble and affordable choice for pricey Innsbruck. A warm bed to sleep and a nice bathroom were great to have. Location was great! Right next to a busy road, but easily crossable. Right on the river and a quick 15 min walk down a lovely and safe promenade to the Downtown. Close to the Funicular for the Top of Innsbruck and a nice grocery store. We loved our view from our room and the free parking. Staff were friendly and helpful and spoke English well :) I see some people have complained about the noise from the street, but honestly it was very quiet after about 8pm and the only noise was from a couple of kids in the morning and that was no problem. I also appreciate that the room was nice and warm, I’ve stayed in some very cold rooms during my trip and this was by far the warmest!

My only complaint, which is minor, is that we only got two pillows on our bed and one was super fluffy and big, but the other was very lumpy and flat. My husband took one for the team and used the flat one, but two puffy ones or at least a couple more pillows would have been nice.

The staff at this beautiful b&b really stood out to us. Very friendly and welcoming. Its in a very good location with access to the aplenzoo via a quick walk to the funicular or up the long walking slopes. The rooms were fairly basic with regard to amenities but its all you really need! but we really fell in love with the interior downstairs at breakfast. Its decorated in such a rich austrian way with plenty around to make you feel comfortable and like youre having an experience just eating breakfast! A lot of love has gone in to this place, it warms, food was fantastic with a good selection! Lots of drink options. Really enjoyed our stay and wed love to visit again!

My only issue was my own issue really. I have a bad back so im difficult with beds but anyone with a normal functioning back would sleep soundly here.

The people there are very friendly and helpful. They helped us with getting in and around Innsbruck. We got the river facing room and the view was amazing. The local bus stop is also within walking distance. The cable car (nordkettebahn) stop is also 5-7 mins away by foot. Breakfast was good as well. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

It is a little away from the city. Around 15 mins bus ride to the city center. People who prefer living within the city, you might prefer this location. However, people who want to be in nature, surrounded by trees and river, it is perfect.

I recently stayed at the B&B Hotel in Innsbruck and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly supportive, offering excellent suggestions that greatly enhanced our trip. The breakfast was delicious and served in a charmingly decorated room that felt both cozy and inviting. The hotel's location is fantastic—just a 15-minute walk to downtown and very close to the Nordkette, which is a must-see. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall stay was delightful and I highly recommend this hotel for its great service and convenient location.

The bathroom was quite small and the lack of air conditioning made our summer nights a bit uncomfortable.

The location is close by the city center, with the perfect view of the river and the mountains. Everything was great, but the best part was the kindness of the Saskia family. We spent Christmas there and had breakfast, which was delicious and receive some marmalade as a gift. We checked out and let our luggage there for the day, and could wait in the dinning room and get some extra coffee before leaving. We can only recommend and wish to come back and stay again there!

Nice views to the river, quite near to a forest walking path to the center. I couldnt raise my hand that somebody would come for attention. Very merry and happy to help. Rustic installations with wood decoration of the 15th century. Small natural water channel by our room.

Quite a few stairs, not in the very center, so returning on foot is a bit far and lonely in the night. They Forgot to make my bed in the morning, the room was serviced but bed was a mess. Nothing important really

The staff were friendly although we had quite a packed day so didn't see them much. The room was lovely a spacious we had a waterfall right outside the bathroom window which was a lovely surprise. We were at the front of the hotel lovely view of the river. There was a busy road but it didn't bother us. We had a fan and with the windows open the room was lovely and cool. It was a shirt distance walk into town which was a bonus and free parking what more could you ask for. Dog friendly also

Nothing all was good

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel, as we wanted to explore Heidelberg. This hotel was perfect for us. There is a tram stop around 150m away and we caught the tram into the city. This was very easy; there is a ticket machine at the stop. The hotel had ample parking, and served us good food on the rear terrace in the evening. Our double room was spacious enough, and had a balcony with a view of the city in the distance. There was absolutely nothing to fault about the hotel or our stay. We particularly liked that there were several staff on hand at the hotel, and we were able to chat to them. It also has a great selection of single malt whiskies, and a very knowledgeable barman ! Heidelberg is a lovely city and we plan to revisit.

The staff are super friendly. It is a family run hotel and you definitely feel it from start to finish. Rooms were basic but functional and good for the price point. Local information was readily available. The breakfast was decent.

The bathroom was a little cramped and the view from room 101 was just a concrete wall supporting the mountain above but otherwise no faults.
