Very genuine and helpful staff. Well organized, well maintained hotel. Good variety in their buffet breakfast.

We got Vietnamese massage with my fiancé after 9 pm by assuming there would be less noise around, however, their massage room is at mezzanine floor and somehow it is exposed to noise from the nearby restaurant and as a cherry on the top, some staff started using vacuum machine during our time. Although we enjoyed their massage for 90 minutes, it was not total silence and peaceful massage for mind due to noise distractions. But physically it was great. That's why I wouldn't downgrade their score and just writing to inform for good.

Cleanliness and welcoming. Being received at airport by taxi pre arranged gave peace of mind. Good breakfast service with a variety of choice. Reception were friendly and supported with looking after luggage between checking out and flight time. Overall good value for money.

10% Tax /vat percentage should have been shown clearly on the total cost on booking.com. This charge bumped up cost and surprised me on arrival. Also, I was charged more than 250% for taxi arrangements from hotel reception compared to price on Grab to visit Marble Mountain. As it was Tet I initially agreed, then realised Grab was still available and much cheaper.

The breakfast was very good. Although a limited selection, it was still a good value. The location had a nearby coffee shop and a 24 hour market, which were within very close proximity to the hotel. I utilized Grab to go explore other areas. Grab is easily accessible and quite efficient. The hotel also had an on-site washer-dryer, which was convenient.

It was a good value for the price that I paid. It also has a small swimming pool and overall offers very basic and clean accommodations at a reasonable price. Not for those seeking a luxurious stay. Also, the website mentioned that it was a 15 minute walk to the beach. It’s more like 30 minutes at a reasonable pace. Also, there is no nearby nightlife other than a few coffee shops. So I suggest downloading Grab.

Comfortable, clean and well equipped apartment. Large and refreshing pool. Good breakfast buffet. Friendly and attentive staff. Fast and reliable WiFi. Welcome drinks, daily free water and biscuits. Overall very good considered the affordable price.

More vegetarian options at the breakfast buffet would be nice. Unfortunately the breakfast area can only be entered via stairway, so disabled people have no chance to get there by their own (we saw a man carrying his father, who was wheelchair dependant, up the stairs).

Hotel is between river and beach so closer to both places. Also 20mins from the airport. It’s definitely VFM! From the breakfast area you can see the dragon bridge! The hotel also has massage spa and our experience was decent. It was at a 50% discount for guests so that was good! The room itself is pretty good! The breakfast also was really good! We had an early flight and manager made sure to keep take away fruits for us. I booked transfers to hoi an, Bana hills and airport through the hotel! The manager helped us in booking those. Drivers were flexible and had to wait for an hour on a couple of instances for which no extra charges were levied. Our trip was super smooth because of that!

The transfers booked through hotel were at least 100k to 200k expensive per side which is expected but there was no discount in the price. The swimming pool is at an odd location so best not to count it.

Hotel so nice and clean and big. Pretty much looks like the photos. Nice shower and toilets. The service was so nice and really enjoyed our stay here. Also booked a day trip to Hue. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance. Breakfast was nice and variety of options.

It is located in the old city so the new city is 5 mins Grab but still very close. Sharing of the knifes for buttering bread and condiments. Seeing breadcrumbs in spreads put me off. Easy fix though. Though no fault at all of this hotel I did see a girl brushing her hair at the table and there were few hairs of hers (most likely as she the only one had a long hair) in the chicken and spreads. Which did put me off a bit.

Breakfast..see comment below. Location of hotel was fine and our room was large as my husband upgraded to a suite on 10th floor. 10 minutes walking to the beautiful beach of MyKye. Unfortunately, swimming was not permitted, however, the sea was warm and inviting as we strolled in the water. Han Market nearby but easier to get to by Grab taxis. Temperatures here perfect at 25 degrees C.

The breakfast could be improved some what as some of the dishes were not appealing , especially eastern variety. Cakes tasted stale and the staff were keen to clear the breakfast room prompt, sometimes before 9.30. Today, it was 9.25. Fruits were not topped up , so if you went for breakfast at 9 am , there was little variety left. I had to ask for more fruits.

The room was pretty huge, the bed was comfy the ac was working well and the shower works well. The staffs were super nice, friendly and helpful. The hotel have a beautiful design. It was quite location, walking distance from the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this place absolutely !

At the hotel entrance, there was a construction site, they were digging the soil. So, we had to be pretty careful to get in and out. In short, it wasn't a big deal for us.

Loved the stay. The hotel has all basic needs. The room, lobby, everything is neat and clean. From the very entry to checkout, every experience was exceptional. The staffs were very helpful, helped to rent bike and also suggested place to visit, shared Danag map with us. We had some confusion with our flight booking, the reception guy called flight support and confirmed our booking, can't be more thankful to him. Has good pool. Beaches are 10-15 mins walk. Definitely suggest this place to stay if you are in Danang

Everything was perfect, one of the best stay in Vietnam.

The structure is surely advisable for their kindess, the high quality of services, reception and breakfast included, the cleaness of the room and in general of any common space, the smile of any of their employees. They also rented us a motorbike for some of our trip around the town. Our evaluation on Booking is therefore surely "exceptional": one of the best, hotels we found in our trip in Vietnam.
