Mai Boutique Villa is my first choice in Da Nang. The staff are the best, the place very clean, and excellent value for the money. One of the best things is the Lazeeze Indian restaurant, which is also 100% Halal, and has great food. The beach is a five minute walk away. I always go back.

We stayed in Mai Boutique Villa during our recent visit to Da Nang, Vietnam. The hotel is located very close to the famous My Khe Beach, Da Nang. The room was spacious and clean with all modern amenities for a comfortable stay. The hotel staffs were friendly, courteous and very helpful. They arranged us motor bike for two days and tickets for Sun World Ba Na Hills. The staffs were proactive and kind enough to provide us complimentary rain coats for our safety. This property is highly recommended!

I've been coming back to Mai Boutique Villa since 2018. The people here are wonderful, kind, and thoughtful. Thr rooms are cleaned daily with attention to details. There's complimentary tea, coffee, and water. They've a comfy bed, and nice wood floor. The location is great; the Pacific Ocean, and beach is a five minute walk. It's very good value for your money. And, they've one of the best restaurants I've been to in South East Asia. I will be back.

Nothing to complain

Lovely friendly staff. The big bonus was the Indian restaurant with amazing food that ran from the hotel.

The door from room to balcony did not close properly (not tightly) meaning the noise from the road was louder than it should have been. Hotel staff tried to fix it by wedging it with balcony chair. Unfortunately I am a light sleeper so traffic woke me at 5am when it started up again.

We loved our room at the Mai Boutique Villa. We stayed in #203, and it was pleasant. The staff allowed early check in, and it was a blessing because we couldn't sleep on the plane. The room and bathroom were squeaky clean. The bed was comfortable. The AC worked well. The location was excellent as it was just a 5-min walk to the beach, and there's a K-Market opposite to the hotel where you can buy groceries. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay. We loved the staff and their hospitality. As we had a prior AirBnb booking for the next day, we had to check out in the morning. However, we'd definitely recommend it.

Whenever I'm in Da Nang, Mai Boutique Villa is the place I stay at. No.1 the staff, from reception, to housekeeping, kitchen, to the owners...they're all wondering people, and work hard to make your stay enjoyable. It's very clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the prices more than reasonable. You're a five minute walk from the Pacific Ocean. The town is minutes away by taxi, it's also a nice walk over the Han River. And, there are many good restaurants within walking distance. Tey it.

This place better than the photos, it's very clean all of the staff are very helpful, the breakfast is cooked fresh for you, unfortunately I only are ate the restaurant once except for breakfast and I can see why it gets very busy

This place is, and has been since 2018, my favourite place to stay in Da Nang. The staff are wonderful people, the rooms very nice, and the beds comfortable. It is constantly cleaned daily, has excellent WiFi connection, and it's a five minute walk to the beach. They've a great Indian restaurant, and can enjoy walking around. I'll be back as always.

Location is very central and it’s easy to walk to the beach, to the bridges/ river and there are many eateries and convenience stores all around. The hotel has a very homey and warm feel to it. There are some cute dogs to play with ☺️

The chiller in the room was not cold but the hotel changed to a small fridge upon request. The bed had some tweaky sound but is not too bad.
