10/10 Stars for Minh Boutique in Da Nang! Minh Boutique exceeded all expectations! The service was absolutely excellent, with staff going above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay. The breakfast was a highlight each morning – delicious, fresh, and with plenty of options to suit everyone. The rooms were incredibly cool, modern, and well-designed, making it a pleasure to relax after exploring Da Nang. The beds were so comfortable that we had some of the best sleep ever! And the pool? Simply stunning – clean, inviting, and the perfect place to unwind. Minh Boutique truly ticks all the boxes for a relaxing and luxurious stay. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely nothing

The hotel has a very nice vibe. There is a beautiful Koi fish pond in reception. The breakfast was nice although simple yet filling. The room is cute and large range of TV channel options which was nice for evening. Rooftop pool is nice but not enough places to sit. The room is nice and comfortable but some design flaws (such as the blinds block the bathroom door from opening properly).

The reception was friendly and helpful but perhaps a bit invasive. They regularly sent whats app messages to ask if I needed recommendation. Although some might appreciate this, if I need recommendations, I will ask myself at the reception desk. I would advise reception to avoid this approach or at least ask customers if they would like to have this service when they arrive. For me, I found it a bit much as I had already done my research. I also feel that asking for a 10 star review from customers (which we experienced a lot in Vietnam) is not a great approach. Rather, simply ask customers to review their experience. Getting honest feedback is how we continually get better.

Quite street in a busy area. Helpful staff. Lovely common area with small pond.

Stayed in top floor Penthouse. The idea of outdoor bathroom was nice but was hot and noisy. Also there were a few gaps between bamboo sticks wall so didn't feel completely private. Inside the room there was a hob and big dining table, would have preferred it to be a relaxing area with sofa and coffee table. Not sure how useful hob and cooking area is, given that most tourists would probably eat out.

The place and staff were very nice and we liked the hotel design very much.

The breakfast buffet wasn't amazing, our room 'view' was non-existent and it was a bit gloomy inside. Overall, it seemed a bit expensive compare to other places we stayed at in Vietnam in terms of the 'value' provided - perhaps it is just that we had very high expectations based on the other guests reviews. It is a great place to stay but not as amazing as we thought it would be :)

Boy, did I stumble on a hidden gem at Minh Boutique Hotel! This quaint hotel boasts the essence of Vietnam, having a little oasis that created a vibe I would NOT have gotten at chain hotel. It’s a little over a mile from the Da Nang Airport, too! For my first time in Vietnam, the staff made me (genuinely) feel so welcome and at home. I had trouble with my SIM card, and called the front desk a thousand times. There is nothing worse than feeling like you’re a bother to someone. EVERY LAST ONE OF THE STAFF assured me that I was fine, and anything I needed, it was done!…and in moments! The complimentary breakfast was unmatched! Quality amenities. Unforgettable property. But even better… the people can never be duplicated. Guys….Don’t miss this hotel if you’re in Da Nang!

That I couldn’t stay longer.

Definitely all the kudos to Lann, one of the receptionist at the hotel and had helped me through during the entire stay :) She was always reachable via Whatsapp and a full of hospitality to make sure I am satisfied with the stay and their service. Indeed there were some things that needed to be solved, however, she did everything she could and assured the fix would be in place at the soonest timing. Not only Lann but all the staffs at the hotel were super friendly, which made me feel to be at home every time I came back from a wander around the town. As some of the people mentioned, the selection of the breakfast is not huge like a 5-star hotel. Perhaps, they had all different menus everyday (where I stayed there 6 nights) and all were local-made that I personally enjoyed a lot.

Depending on the direction of your room, the backyard can be a little loud and noisy as there are restaurants, bars, and karaoke places. Believing that would not bother you too much if you are traveling as a couple or group, but it may be a bit disturbing if you are a solo-traveler since the hotel itself is relatively quiet.

From beginning to end, my stay at the Minh Boutique was faultless. The staff were incredibly kind and hospitable, not just ensuring that my accommodation was perfect, but in offering lots of tips and opportunities to make the most of my stay in Da Nang. As for the rooms and property, they're even better than the pictures. Location wise, the Minh Boutique is a short walk to the beach and is close to lots of good restaurants. Everything else is either a short Grab ride away or can be reached using one of the hotel's partner drivers (highly recommended!). Thank you to Young and the team for making my family's stay so enjoyable.

This is the cutest little boutique hotel. I spent most mornings before our days out having tea, watching the koi fish and reading - zen. The staff are also so friendly and lovely. I am Vietnamese but born in Australia and told them I wanted to practice my Vietnamese and they were so accomodating. Lann also gave great recommendations of places to eat. The breakfast is also delicious! The only thing is that the wifi in our room never worked but we just used our data or went to one of the nearby cafes. The welcoming service is what really made the experience for us - thank you!

From the start of our stay here at Minh Boutique to the end, we were taken care of by our very dedicated and friendly hotel staff Rachel, who went out of her way to make our experience perfect. Upon entering our room, we were pleasantly surprised by beautiful decorations (this was for our wedding engagement trip). Rachel also went out of her way to provide us with a long lists of recommendations of food and activities in Da Nang and even in Hoi An where we were going next, and checked in with us daily if we needed any additional assistance. This place is an absolute must-visit if you want a relaxing experience in the hectic town of Da Nang, with its breathtaking decor, amazing service and its ever-willingness to improve. Highly recommended!

Soundproofing of the room could be improved, as we could hear voices from our neighbouring room and the kitchen downstairs

Young and the staff were so kind when I arrived not feeling well (food poisoning is my guess). It was a rough time and they did everything to make me feel comfortable and welcome. From sending extra necessities to my room and making me ginger tea, they took the time to check on me and cared. It truly meant a lot to me and my family. The room was comfortable and cute and three of us fit cozy. The Koi pond in the lobby is lovely and the location is awesome. Young even helped me find the surfboard rental place was kind about our last minute requests. They even set us up with a driver who took us to marble mountain and waited with our luggage while we hiked around and then took us to our next destination. Highly recommend this lovely hotel!
