the location was excellent, the facilities clean, and staff very friendly and helpful

the staff at the parking garage were somewhat clueless. when I told them I was staying at the Delta, they told me that even though their sign said the lot is full, there were still spots reserved for hotel guests, so they let me in. I paid then drove through the entire lot without finding a spot, then had to drive around the block back to the entry and told them there were no spots. Then they said they would radio their coworker to show us where the reserved spots were. They did this and I parked. It would have been much better if they radioed their coworker the first time!

The frond desk people responded quickly to calls we made from our room. Liked the coffee making machine in the room. Liked the free apples provided in the lobby. Liked the big-screen television and the channels. Liked the big beds. Liked the small refrigerator. Like the quiet and silence.

The small reading light on one of the bed's headboard was not working. Of the four electrical outlets under the big TV screen, two were defective. The electrical outlet on the wall directly under the thermostat was loose. Of course, I reported all that in a letter to the staff. Hope they took action.

Amazing heated swimming pool, temperature is perfect. Even when it is raining and cold outside, we can still have so much fun in the pool. It's definitely save the day. Has life guard onsite, excellent idea for families with kids. Never seen hotel gym has so many equipment. It's just amazing, my husband loves it! We really like the room has lots of shelves in the bathroom for our hygiene stuff. And hooks and shelves in the room for towels and clothes.

Underground parking is a bit costly $25 + tax per day but it's a downtown hotel so it's expected. The location is very convenient, we don't need to drive to anywhere.

Very nice personel at the bar/restaurant, very friendly. The location was just perfect! Rooms very spacious.

I would expect better cleaning. The floor in the bathroom was not completely cleaned when I got the room, a pile of hair was left at the floor, for instance. For the rest of the stay it was OK.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. They had no problem accommodating our early arrival and checkout time was 12:00 pm, which gave us time to site see in the morning without having to take our luggage along with us.

The connecting knob on the extra security lock on the room door was broken so there was no way to double lock the room door.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Free fresh water and fruits. Free Nescafé and bottles of water in the room. Walking distance to restaurants and old Quebec. Beds very comfortable.

Has to use public parking. It was very accessible but wish they offered valley. No valley, no concierge or bell boy. That was missing compared to other Delta I've been to. Also restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner and options for ordering were limited.

Room was always clean and Location was GREAT, Breakfast was great, but they could open up earlier. As I had to be at meeting starting at 0745.

NO laundry facilities on site or a coin laundromat near by. The restaurant had great food, but there morning opening hours could have been earlier.

Breakfast was great, room large, comfortable. My husband has mobility issues and they accommodated our request. Booking.com did not send that request when I booked through them but the hotel made it happen.

Back to cleaning the rooms daily and leaving fresh towels. When asked they provided them. We were informed of this at the front desk unlike the last hotel we stayed at in Boston.

The location was great, well within walking distance of old Quebec. The on-site parking, though not free, was convenient especially as it was a very cold weekend. Depending on how high up you are you have a very nice view of Quebec city.

It took a while to be seated for breakfast (even with COVID protocols) - perhaps there wasn't enough staff. Also, it was disappointing that the pool closed at 6PM. I understand that there needed to be a limit to the number of people at a time, but I feel it could have been open a little longer.

Staff were very accommodating, special mention to Pierre who help us out - giving us guidance on parking and directions and introduced us to front desk to solve our problem. He is an asset to the hotel.

We booked for a double bed in 2 rooms and reminded reception upon check in, went to the room and only to find out that we were still given king beds in 2 rooms. Was not even told of it when i checked in and i have to go down again but thanks to Oliver (staff) who helped solve the problem.
