The room was beautiful, the location cannot be beat either. Lots of stuff to do inside the hotel as well. Bring your bathing suit (we didn't think of it in time).

Not very sound-proof, tons of kids were running and screaming in the halls during our first night and it took a long time before staff did anything about it. Parking is exorbitantly expensive, and when we tried to leave we were unable to, an employee told me that the exit wasn't working. It would have been nice to place a sign there or to be told in advance as we had to waste a lot of time figuring out how and where we could leave.

Great location, classy interior and exterior, clean room and bathroom, great view from the window. Very comfortable beds and all furniture in the good shape and state. Very convenient on-site underground parking (although a bit pricey at $25.00 per day). We were very pleased that it was no any language barriers whatsoever all around the city. Everyone we talked to were very friendly and helpful. Just loved it!!!

We were asked by hotel staff to come before 15:00 when regular check-in time starts at 16:00. My understanding was that our room would be ready at around 15:00 as well, but it was not the case. We checked in our luggage and after 9 hours driving from Toronto, ON went for a short city stroll. When we came back at around 16:00 it was already a line-up of a new arrived visitors to front desk.. Had to wait in second line for more than 40 min just to get a keys to the room.

It is a larger property so you don’t get a lot of special staff attention or unique details in the building but the concierge did email me a restaurant list to try before I stayed per my request. The outside of the building is very nice in the lobby is cute but small.

The location was great, but it is a climb from any of the main streets so just be aware of that. The hotel restaurant was a chain restaurant, ate there one night and it was just fine, but nothing special. The bar area looks nice, but I would not expect any craft cocktails.

We really liked the location. It was close to everything we could have wanted, even with a 5 year old. Lots of restaurants nearby. The room itself was great. A bit challenging with young kids since there isn't much you can do in the room once they're asleep (no balcony or other private areas other than the bathroom). The beds were comfortable, the staff was friendly, the room was very clean and the saltwater pool was great (with jacuzzi and sauna!). Also, the coffee in the room was quite nice! The price was also pretty reasonable given the location.

The shower faucet didn't work well in our room and parking was a bit of a pain. The parking lot ramps were very narrow (lots of car paint marks on the wall) and it took us a while to find a spot and get to our room. So a pain to bring stuff to and from your room (two elevators and quite a bit of walking). Minor inconvenience compared to everything else though.

Staff were very friendly, rooms very clean. Did not use pool or hot tub but nice to know they were there. When we had problem with the phone, someone came up immediately to address the issue. Parking across street was convenient when car did not fit in underground parking. Good size rooms.

No information provided regarding room, hotel or area. An info package in room would have been helpful. Didn't see concierge on duty very often. No cups in bathroom.'

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a great experience. The reception staff was very friendly and we had no trouble speaking English. The room was spotless and there were a minibar, a coffee machine with capsules, an electric kettle, an iron and a TV. The bed was comfortable but not very big. The view from the room, the amazing shower and the location of the hotel are highlights. Bonus: the hotel provides free water.

Considering the price (which didn’t include breakfast) I was expecting a larger room.

The breakfast buffet was a good value and very convenient. The pool, hot tub and sauna were all working and a welcome relief after a rainy day touring Quebec. The hotel is a great home base for exploring Quebec with convenient parking and a ten minute walk to the start of the old town.

There was a music festival just outside the room and the music was quite loud and went very late into the night. There was no mention of this when I booked or when we checked in.

The hotel was beautiful! The staff were exceptionally friendly and our room was stunning. The spa tub in our room had fantastic bubbles. The in room fridge was big enough to hold the supplied pitcher for water and some of our own beverages we brought in. The glassware was clearly fresh and clean, there was shampoo/conditioner and body wash supplied in the shower. Location was definitely within walking distance to the bulk of Old Quebec but you will get your steps in.

Nothing - our stay was perfect

The hotel kept me informed all the time and made sure I have a smooth arrival. Big thanks to The Reservations Team and Teresa. A block of restaurants just around the hotel(like 200 meters walk). Many selections of food to choose from. Great location! It took me about 15 to 20 minutes walking to many tourist attractions in Old Quebec City from the hotel.

I would like to see more spacious parking garage space. It is extremely tight for full size SUV.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel lobby is very inviting and smelled luscious. The service at front desk was top notch. The receptionist and the bellman were so friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, spotless, quiet, and extremely comfortable. We had trouble figuring out how to turn our AC down. We called the front desk, and engineering arrived immediately and adjusted it. The location was perfect, so convenient to loads of restaurants, shops, and places of interest. Wish we had time to use the beautiful pool and spa.....next time!
