I liked that my room was comfortable and quiet, it was cleen too and the breakfast was nice.

I specifically called the hotel earlier to ask them to separate the beds, it wasn't done when me and my mom arrived. When I asked the person in the reception about that he said he'll do it for us but he wasn't very friendly and while separating the beds he left the bed side table in the midlle of the room. Everyday after the room was cleaned the beds were back together. Also, I don't understand why we get a 2 bedroom while we paid for 3 bedroom. We stayed at the hotel for a week. There is in the room also that lovely lighting that is way too dark to read (probably no one reads any more do who cares).

One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in! The location is perfect for exploring the city, its interior is lovely and stylish, the staff are so nice, and there are so many little touches that made our stay more enjoyable, like free drinking water in the room that's refilled daily. I also liked that they have à la carte breakfast in addition to the buffet (which is a great value) for when you just want something light to start the day.

The walls are pretty thin, so we could hear everything out in the hallway when people were coming in late at night.

Clean, bright and nicely decorated hotel on the outskirts of Palmas Old Town. Not too far from all the attractions and conveniently located for walking to the beach which is about 15 minutes walk away. The airport bus also stops close by, and there is a El Corte Ingles and several other nice shops in the vicinity, as well as some great restaurants. Our room had a nice bathroom, and an amazing terrace. We loved the common areas, with the cool cafe and the great little shop.

Bed was comfy but a bit too short for a tall male, and the room was a bit on the small side for two people with two big suitcases.

Generally we really like this hotel. It really is a traditional style, boutique hotel with a good vibe and a warm welcome. On the positive side, the bed was very comfortable, and the bedding and towels were beautiful - top quality. The breakfast was excellent. A wide selection of lovely fruits and cereals and hot foods such as omlettes were available. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Based on location and quality, we would recommend and stay here again. However, depending on the type of trip, the bedroom size would be a consideration.

We were quite surprised it was smaller than we thought; it's a good central location, but we were concerned when we arrived as there are quite a few run down builldings and businesses nearby. The bedrooms are very small - we had 2 large suitcases with us and the room felt really tiny, especially the bathroom area.

Very central. Friendly staff. Lovely decor and great lighting . Our room was Fantastic with a terrace where we could have a glass of wine. It would have been nice to have one of the coffees I had during the day (made by a member of staff) as opposed to that machine coffee at breakfast. A decent cup of coffee for me in the morning is a key part of breakfast. The toaster was a bit of a pain too - I burnt a couple of slices.

Although a lot to offer for breakfast, I didn’t particularly like it. The scrambled egg wasn’t good. However, it wasn’t a bad experience. I’d just prefer my coffee to be served even if I do need to do buffet style for the rest.

Good location, right on the edge between the old and the new town.. however, you might see drunks in the square right in front. The room as the whole hotel are very well designed, with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Great selection for breakfast!

Would have given some beach towels per request.. without having to buy them from the hotel. The man, responsible of the breakfast area, on our last day when we just wanted to have a coffee before catching out flight, was rude to us, as he thought we were not guests of the hotel, even if we stayed there a whole week.. and then tried to make it up to us, saying if we wanted to bring some food for the trip.. On day 1, we put the "do not disturb" sign and when we got back, we found it off and back on the inside & the cleaners obviously came inside: if you don't respect the sign, then why make it available? Very grateful about the cleaning, but that's just not right..

Very central to Palma City. Exceptionally clean hotel. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was great for a continental style breakfast. Handy little kebab shop next door that sells Estrella.

There's no phone in the room to call reception. Reception also closes from midnight to 7 so if you forget the code to the maindoor, goodluck!

Nice hotel in good location. Friendly staff. Room cleaned on days we asked and fresh towels left outside our room on days we didn’t. Fridge in room was good. Bag storage on arrival prior to room being ready 👍🏻 airport bus A1 was £5 euros each and took 20 mins worked like a dream no need to pay for taxi or transfer.

Walls thin and next doors bathroom was located next to my bed. Wld have been nice to have somewhere for a quick change of clothes on arrival rather than the restaurant toilet. Bottled Water in the room but not complimentary ☹️

Breakfast was extremely good, especially the bacon. The room was small but adequate, they gave us fresh towels everyday, even though when we had the do not disturb sign on the door, they would leave them in front of the door. The staff is super nice and engaged. I would recommend the hotel for visiting the city of Palma, its close to the city center and in the area of the hotel, there are a bunch of restaurants which are good, I would not explicit recommend it for a beach holiday, even though we booked it for that, you can do it, the Taxis are cheap and you can also go to the beach by bus.

Everything was fine. There was nothing to complain about. Maybe the close area around the hotel is not too pretty, but I never felt disturbed by that.

Very nice, attractive hotel. Excellent customer service. Spacious cafe / breakfast area. Nice breakfast. Quiet rooms. Good size bathroom and great shower.

Bedroom was a little on the small side; would have liked bit more space. Was on the edge of the old town, not quite as central as I'd have liked. Only 10-15 mins to Cathedral and Port for example, but longer to explore some other old town areas.
