The location is phenominal, and the views from the rooftop pool deck are unparalleled! To get to the hotel do NOT use googlemaps, use WAZE or you will be asked to turn onto streets that say "no entry". Valet service as great, as was every single person at the hotel. Leo who was attending to us during breakfast in the garden, and at the pool area bar was absolutely professional, personable and has excellent customer service skills- and this made our experience enjoying the pool deck so much better. We stayed 6 nights, and everything was Five star!!!!! Thank you

Tell your guests not to use google maps- we were frustrated for an hour arriving. This would have helped a lot.

The hotel is amazing. Beautiful boutique hotel in a fantastic location. Tastefully decorated, elegant. Great rooms, very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Overal, this hotel is a gem and i would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish hotel in the heart of Palma.

The gym is very small, it doesn't practically fit more than 1 guest at a time. There is only 1 bathroom in the lobby/restaurant (1 ladies, 1 men) and unfortunately I was not always kept clean.

I loved absolutely everything about this hotel. From the lobby, to the staff, decorations, vibes, cleanliness, service, food, bar, robes, rooms, pool, views... absolutely everything. The staff were there to greet us when we arrived. They parked our car and brought it to the door. Always had a smile on their face. The entire hotel was very beautiful. Did not want to leave.

I loved everything. I have no negative comments or suggestions for improvement. I have never stayed at a place more perfect. Felt like I was living the boujee life. Every time I went out, all I wanted to do was rush back just to be at this hotel.b

Everything looked very nice. The staff was also really nice.

It's just the little things that simply dispersed the "magic", that just didn't say 5stars especially compared to other comparable Hotels in Palma: unmarked slight ramp in the middle of the lobby on which i tripped twice, knob towel hangers in the toilet "room" instead of the bathroom(the only wet towel hangers in the whole space!), noisy airconditioning always rumbling, light switches that didn't do anything or worked by a strange logic (e.g. button turns off light but doesn't turn it back on), breakfast mostly sweet stuff (no vegetables besides a cut tomato at the buffet), plastic plants (even in common spaces). I could go on... power socket by the door was rickety (baseboards also) Overall, it was nice, but... so many cummulated tiny annoyances.

Loved the hotel—they were fabulous to us. The only downside was that our room could not be reached by elevator. We had to go down stairs and up stairs to reach our room. Otherwise the hotel was lovely—great and helpful staff, clean facilities and a good central location!

We rearranged our room booking with the hotel and were charged correctly by the hotel but we were also charged by booking.com which I cannot figure out how to get a refund. The hotel charges are accurate on my credit card but I shouldn’t have also been charged by Booking.com

Staff . Room . Rooftop . Clean . Great atmosphere . Relaxing . Slight accident with spillage on bar by a staff member .. and team were brilliant at sorting it and cleaning clothes within a few hours

Bedroom a tad noisy as overlooking restaurant courtyard . Maybe chocolates in bed at night would have Bern nice ? Guest relations very slow to answer e mails re friends birthday . It took 4 e mails before I received a response .

This hotel is exceptional in every way. Probably the best and most authentic city hotel I have ever stayed in, beautifully restored!It is quiet and intimate with fantastic staff. Inside it is calm and tranquil, you feel like you are a million miles away from everything yet it is right around the corner from the heart of Palma ... fantastic location.

The hotel is beautiful and difficult to fault. The staff are very professional and helpful. I had the best massage of my life at the spa, it was incredible. The rooms are beautiful, although I wasn’t a big fan of the bathroom layout. The shower and toilet was at one end of the room and sink at the other end.

I gave it 8/10 because I felt the vibe / atmosphere of the hotel was a little bit stiff. Hard to say exactly why, but just the feeling I got. Probably just me.

Everything about the hotel is perfect. The location is central yet on a quiet street. The design of the hotel including the lobby, the room, the rooftop pool is all amazing. The breakfasts were fun and memorable. And most importantly the staff! they were always a step ahead in making our trip convenient and smooth.

Beautiful and lovely hotel in Palma. Loved that the house was mixed of old and new and very well designed. So lovely rooftop with nice pool. The food an service at the rooftop was so good. Rooms are very clean, beds are super comfortable! The staff of the hotel was very helpful and served us with a smile en profession. I truly recommend this hotel and hope to be able to return one day.
