Location is the main thing, its ideal. The room was simple enough, small. clean Access is simple enough though could do with a sign for people who aren't familiar with the location. Bed was good

Could do with a fridge in the room, no toilet brush in the toilet is annoying. Given the layout of the hotel you don't really get the feeling of a hotel, its more like a room in an apartment block. The TV was also not great, some of the channels were buggy, skipped a bit in places. The EPD didn't work either

I'm not a fan of pastries and coffee but knew that was all there was on offer, so was happy to make other arrangements

An option for more room ventilation would be welcome. Bathroom sink smelt a little of drains

This is one of the best places we've ever stayed 😊 the location is so central, close to the Albert Dock and right in the middle of a huge shopping area with amazing boutique shops as well as all the High Street favourites. The imax cinema is a couple of minutes walk. The hotel is so easy to come and go from with key card access. The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind, they made us feel incredibly welcome. The hotel being dog friendly was a massive bonus and complimentary treats and a water bowl were supplied which was a lovely welcoming touch. The room was gorgeous, clean and spacious. Very comfy beds and I can be hard to please with that! Gorgeous shower room with soap and shower gel. There was an iron, ironing board and mini safe in the wardrobes and a desk for getting ready with complimentary tea and coffee. There was everything we needed and more. The reception area has a well stocked fridge that you can charge to your room plus complimentary breakfast of pastries and coffees which was another excellent welcoming touch. We are already planning our next stay 😊 we paid £75 for myself, my son and 2 dogs which I thought was incredibly reasonable. On arrival we paid a £50 deposit which was returned almost immediately after check out. We travelled by train and it only took 15 minutes to slowly walk to the hotel via St John's gardens, which is right next to the station, where our dogs enjoyed a walk.

Absolutely nothing! The only thing I would fetch next time is a big blanket for the room for the dogs as they were skidding and sliding a bit on the hard floor 🤣🤣 makes 100% sense that the floors are hard for cleaning purposes when they allow dogs though and it was easy to clean after they'd eaten too, just with wipes.

The room was very bright and had high ceilings! It was very warm inside during the day and the whole night. There is a lot of space in the room in general, the bathroom is very comfortable and also has a lot of space. The location of the hotel is amazing: just at the city center, in walking distance to shopping center, seacoast, main train station.

There is no toilet brush in the bathroom, pillows are not comfortable enough. The front door sometimes is not opened from the reception (important for the first time when you want to check-in and do not have room key).

Bright clean room, comfortable bed and nice bathroom, all very clean. No noise from other rooms . Nice idea to offer coffee and pastries in the lobby - not an opulent breakfast, a petit - déjeuner instead.

Really the only complaint would be this: Our room (207) didn't have a view as such but looked out onto a flat roof and a wall. No big deal in itself. But 24/7 there was large strip -lighting on the wall outside, illuminating the room at night so that we had to fully close the blackout curtains which is something not everyone likes to do.

Hotel is in a fabulous location and is really underrated from the outside, you could very easily walk past and not know it’s there. It’s the perfect hidden gem! As you walk in your met with a staircase and a lift which is very bright and clean but basic, however as you enter level 1 the reception desk is stylish with a great atmosphere and the staff were very welcoming. My partner turned 60 and they greeted him with a happy birthday upon arrival! Our room was very big and stylish with a Scandinavian vibe. The bathroom was immaculate and luxurious and the bed was really comfy with no noise outside considering such as city centre location. A perfect hotel for our stay!

All of it was perfect! Coming to Liverpool for the first time, I went by the reviews and it provided exactly what we needed. A very safe space, really close to the main station (Lime Street for us, Liv. Central even closer). So easy to walk everywhere. Albert Docks & Mersey Cruise around 10min,, the amazing Liverpool Cathedral & Philharmonic probably 15min walk, Covern club, pub... only 2min away. If you like shipping it's literally on your doorstep. The room itself was so much bigger than it looks in the picture. Air con on (in the summer heat perfect). Shower looking and working wonderfully. People looking after our stay were so friendly, yet professional! Did not expect any breakfast so was a lovely suprise to be offered free coffee/teas and a pastry in a chilled area next to the reception. Yes, definitely would choose this place again!

The hotel interior is all relatively new and very nice. The room was huge and had all the amenities available that you could want. The bathroom was also large and accommodating. There was coffee and pastries available in the lobby area in the morning and a pleasant area to sit and enjoy them as well. We had some difficulty with the local toll bridge on arrival in Liverpool and the reception staff helped us by contacting the toll company and went out of their way to resolve the issue. They really went above and beyond and couldn't have been nicer.

Highly recommend this hotel. Dropped our bags of early which was no problem. The check in was so easy. Entering our room it was so bright and clean. The bathrooms are a gorgeous modern design. I would be confident to say it was the comfiest bed I've ever slept in at a hotel and probably the best shower too. The price is fantastic for the location which is pretty much handy for anywhere and everywhere in liverpool. Nice little touches like pastries and coffee in the lobby in the morning including in the price. They have a drinks area at reception along with snacks. The staff are really friendly and helpful.

- Amazing location, in Liverpool ONE, shopping and nightlife right outside the hotel but so peaceful inside the hotel and room - Room was comfortable, large bed, clean, bright, amazing shower and shampoo and conditioner provided which was a fab bonus - complementary pastries and hot drinks in the mornings at reception - perfect for sitting down with a coffee and croissant to plan your itinerary for the day - Staff were so kind and helpful, and we were able to store our bags at the hotel on the day we checked out until our filght

- We asked the reception to book a taxi for us from St Georges Hall (10 min walk from hotel) to Anfield as we were going to see a gig; however the taxi never showed up, which was unfortunate (though the hotel is close to a major bus stop where we were able to get a bus to Anfield)
