We had a fantastic weekend stay in the studio apartment right in the heart of the city, perfectly located on the high street with everything we needed just steps away. Despite its central location, the hotel provided us with a quiet room as requested and we had no trouble sleeping. The studio was clean and well-maintained. The staff checking us in and out were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. We’ll definitely be recommending this place to friends and family and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next visit!

The duvet and pillows were a dream, like sleeping in a cloud! The mattress itself was a little on the softer side however we know this is down to personal preference.

The location is brilliant, the reception staff were lovely & the studio apartment was bigger than l'd expected with everything you could need provided. l'll certainly stay there again.

My only slight quibble was the shower controls. l'd read the hotel guide on the TV, which didn't mention the shower & when l got in there l struggled with which dial did what, etc. After l'd finally had a shower l noticed a sticker on the top corner of the shower screen, which proved to have instructions on it. Unfortunately the screen was 6 feet tall & l'm 5 feet 1 & l need spectacles to read which, not surprisingly, l don't wear in the shower!

The hotel is excellently located in the city center, a short walk from both Liverpool Lime street and central stations. It's pretty much located exactly at the intersection to the downtown shopping streets on the one side and pubs and restaurants on the other. There's also a few supermarkets nearby, so it's easy to make use of the kitchenette in the room for making simple meals in the hotel. The rooms are small but well thought out and clean. The provided basic utensils are great to use as well. The staff are excellent and very helpful. We had no problems with checking in, leaving our bags after check-out, and getting refills for the basics like kitchen-roll. Overall it was a great stay and would stay here again.

When we stayed, there were some hick-ups with the internet which we could easily fix by restarting the logging in process. Also, because of its excellent location between the pubs and shops, there are many people passing the hotel at all times of the day. Luckily the windows are well insulated and on our floor this was not a problem. But it really isn't in a quiet area of town.

We loved the location, check in was easy, staff were lovely on Friday 25th October at 4pm. we were encouraged to join rewards club which was easy. The room was incredible..huge bed, very comfy, very handy appliances - dishwasher, washer and tumbler if you need a long stay. Tea, coffee and milk available for that sit down we needed after travel. Bathroom was spotless, the shower was 10/10. we only had a one night stay but will definitely use Quest for any other stays. Very convenient for all city access. 👏 👌 The room was too warm for us but the great leaflet explaining all about the room and how to access the appliances meant we could sleep with cold air comfort ☺️ we even had the window open all night without any issues of noise....serenaded by a street performer till 10ish at night then woken up by a lovely female singer next morning....this is Liverpool the music town 🎼🎼🎼. None could be heard with window shut and glazing engaged.

OK...the large mirrored wardrobe facing the bed was a bit disconcerting....🤣🤣🤣🤣....we are waaay beyond that kinda stay 🤭🫣🤪 ....only joking !!!

The apartment is exceptionally well-equipped with everything needed for a home from home stay. The location is great in the heart of the city centre. Sound-proofing is good, with no outside noise despite the central location. The bed was extremely large and comfortable.

The apartment would have exceeded expectations were it not for the faulty shower thermostat, which has clearly been an issue for some time. It was impossible to get the water below scalding hot, even with the dial turned as low as it would go. We were informed by reception staff that there is a knack to turning it and they often have to run upstairs to turn it for people - but if this is the case then why would the dial not be preset to a safe temperature before guests arrive and then there would be no need for any adjustment whatsoever?

A great location in Liverpool City Centre. The studio room was a great size, with plenty of space for us to open two large suitcases. The kitchen amenities were good. The double glazing on the window meant we didn't hear anything from the street below, even though it is a busy area.

It would have been nice to have a dining chair in the room. We had a small sofa style chair and a ottoman, however, a proper chair would have been nice. Also the pressure on the shower wasn't great but we managed.

This apartment was located in the town centre of the city, if you go the weekend can be a little noisy but also we were on the 4th floor so all good. Very spacious and clean, nice large bed, great towels and bathroom products and very good shower, excellent location and very modern, definitely recommend it, also got a small kitchen too if you want to self catering. Wi-fi works well large tv if you want to watch something.

Can't find something that I didn't like, one funny thing was that the bathroom light switch was distant from the bathroom door, of course is not an issue but made me smile :) seriously is a great place.

Super modern and very comfortable. It had all the mod cons and was an easy home away from home. Fantastic location and barely a few minutes walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central so you’re right in the thick of it. Close by to shops as well. All the staff were lovely, it felt safe and we always looked forward to coming back to our apartment at the end of the day. It was well stocked, had air con and everything felt so well thought out. Couldn’t have loved it more! Also pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was given it was in such a central city location. It’s a must if staying in Liverpool!

We loved everything!! Only thing that would have made it more homely was a blanket, but that’s just being picky. It has everything you could need.

Excellent communication. Receptionist polite and efficient. Easy check in and check out. Room is bright and airy. Beds are very comfortable. Very good facilities - microwave, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, iron, hairdryer. Central location. Close to shops, restaurants and museums. Close to train stations. Able to store our bags after checkout in the morning. Stayed here more than four times in the last three years and will definitely be back. Family of four in 2 bed room.

Took a while to adjust the Aircon, but this was my fault for not reading the instructions! Soon got it sorted.

Not the first stay I’ve had here I love the hotel.the location everything is literally at your door restaurants, ,shops railway station, taxis, buses.The hotel is quite inside, very clean great facilities.

Check out time is a little too early and if you wish to have a later check out there is a cost of £20 per hour. Would be nice if you ask for a late check out to be offered an extra hour within the price you pay then charge for the hours after a little less than £20 per if there is vacancy. Just a little minor thing water is provided in the fridge on arrival one serving is provided would be nice if you had a serving available for each guest if two are staying then two cartons of water would be nice.
