We stayed here over New Year’s in December 2024, and we absolutely loved it! The location was amazing, close to everything we wanted to see in Chiang Mai. The staff were incredibly helpful and communicative, even before our arrival. When we messaged them in advance about arriving early, they responded promptly through Booking.com chat and let us know they’d be happy to store our bags and allow us to use the pool until our room was ready. The breakfast was great—not a huge selection, but it varied daily, which kept things interesting. They even made eggs to order, which we could enjoy with toast, fried rice, or noodles. The room itself was absolutely fabulous, with stunning views and a beautiful setup. We visit Chiang Mai often, and this will definitely be our go-to place every time we return.

As for the downsides, there were just a couple of minor points. The hotel has multiple Wi-Fi networks, which makes it confusing to know which one to connect to. The signal strength and connectivity also vary, and mobile devices often switch between networks, which can be frustrating. A mesh system with a single network would be a big improvement. Additionally, there’s no lift, which made carrying heavy suitcases up the stairs a bit of a challenge.

Amazing reception and the pool was great. We ended up staying longer than planned because it was so nice.

Great location. Close to walk to things within the Old City but down a quiet little street with very little traffic. Staff were lovely. Very helpful and appreciated their assistance with getting a taxi for the airport day of departure because this was difficult due to limited taxis due to major flooding in Chaing Mai. Beds were very comfortable, room clean and we loved the swimming pool and breakfast was everything it needed to be. Would highly recommend this place.

The semi buffet breakfast is excellent. You can choose your main course and have sufficient choice of fruit, bread, cereal,drinks etc. Guests can take the breakfast indoor or outdoor in a small but beautiful garden. I love it!

The aircon in guest room is a bit slow. It takes almost half an hour to cool down the room. So you better turn on the aircon when you are leave the room for dinner. This can be done by asking for a 2nd key. The room will be cool enough when you are back from dinner. If the property owner can enhance the aircon system then this hotel will be perfect.

Very lovely accommodation, on a quiet street outside of the traffic area with a good size room and very lovely garden. Breakfast is good as well and is in their garden outside so you get to enjoy it in a nice setting. We really liked our stay, would definitely come back!

Pool is rather small and mostly in the shadows for a good part of the day. If you are booking for the pool maybe you want to find a different option but that wasn't a problem for us.

Staff are very helpful and the beds are the most comfortable I've had in Thailand....especially the memory foam pillows! I've stayed here 3 times already.

On my last visit I was given the last room in the property which had poor internet and no memory foam pillows so I actually had an uncomfortable night as the regular pillows are massive - and you can't really sleep on them. I had a really important call online as well although the internet was poor the staff did what they could to accommodate me. Despite that - I would still recommend a visit.

Great location, in a quiet street, a few minutes walk from the inner city, next to a small temple. The hotel has a really good vibe with the nice decorations, and the pool in the center. There is 0-24 reception, and all the people working there were really kind and helpful. Before and after checking out, they allowed us to leave our luggage for a couple more hours, and we could also use the pool.

The takeaway breakfast was very poor. The regular breakfast was ok, but some better quality bread and butter, and some cheese would make a huge difference. Also a few more sun beds would be useful, there were only two.

Great hotel tucked away down a side road so nice and quiet. Lovely breakfast provided to start the day. There is a washing machine upstairs to use and a drying area, we did not use this as we used the laundry behind the hotel. She charged 40 baht per kilo to wash and dry, drop off and pick up next day. 15 minute walk to the night Bazaar and 5 minute walk to Sunday night Market. Easy walk to the most popular temples.
