Very good location, clean and comfortable room. We have very nice stay

Location was perfect. Walking distance to several places in Old Town: 7-Eleven, various restaurants, a muay thai gym, massage spas, several cafes, and the Sunday Night Market. The staff were friendly and answered all my questions. They gave me clear instructions on how to check in since my flight arrived at 1 AM. The bed was also pretty comfortable.

The towels looked kind of dirty, like there were stains. There was also a time at night when I could hear some guests being loud outside going to their rooms.

Perfect location for exploring the old city. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff are super friendly. I felt really safe her as a solo female. Would have loved to have stayed here longer!

The only reason I didn’t rate this a 10 is because for a few days there was a gecko in my bathroom - no fault of the hotel as cleaning was great and im sure you see that in a lot of places- just made me a little uncomfortable at times

Every evening there was a party in the next street, it was extremely loud! The building was literally shaking, it only would stop at 1 am. But it was just before New Year, so maybe it’s not always like this.

Friendly staff, speak great English. Great location owners help you to book activities which pick up outside the hotel. Easy walk to lots of lovely restaurants and the main temples.

Right in the centre of Chiangmai old town and yet quiet. We booked a night watching Muay Thai boxing and a day trip with the elephants and white water rafting -awesome ! They have a first aid kit available on the stair case and that came handy - We didn’t stay long but loved our stay !

It is really central and the common area was super available and casual. The room was very clean. I stayed an extra night and went into a smaller room that was just as clean as the first. The staff was very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend.

There is nothing to complain about. It was good.

Friendly and helpful staff especially the awesome bar tender Sky and the beautiful Japanese looking managress. Good location in the Bohemian part of the town. Clean and good Internet.

Wish the room had a hair dryer. Like all small hotels in Chiangmai, there's no elevator. Also, ceiling of room a bit low for very tall people but okay if you are only staying for a few days.

Nice clean great value hotel. Close to the main road and plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Very friendly and helpful staff

The staff was very flexible, after first night I complained about the noise coming from the bars at late night and I got an other room which was more quite by it's location. Also I could pay later when I was sure the new room was quiet enough and wanna stay ( it was and I stayed..)

The bed was too hard and the pillows were too tall and hard for my taste.
