Very convenient location, 5 mins walk to the station. Using the airport limousine bus service, it’s only 1 station ride away from the dropoff location at Kasai Station. The free shuttle to and from disneyland/disneysea (JR Maihama Station) was super convenient and ontime. Check in with the dinosaur robot was not only cute, but also quick and hassle free. No issues at all. Lots of option to eat nearby. Many convenience stores nearby as well (Lawson, 7-eleven, Familymart) and everything is within 3-5 minutes walking distance so it was fun to shop at different places every night for breakfast the next day.

nothing:) everything was just as I expected. Fuss free and convenient. If anything, maybe provide larger size of the pyjamas :)

Nishi-Kasai is an amazing location, the Tozai line can take you to pretty much any part of Tokyo with few transfers. If you plan to visit Disney there are also buses on the station and one provided by the Hotel which is quite useful. The breakfast menu seemed to always be the same, but it was good. Make sure to take advantage of it because most food places in Japan don't open until 10:30 at the earliest. The rooms are pretty quiet which is nice. The check-in and check-out process was really simple. The staff does not speak a lot of English but enough to accommodate and help you without issue, very friendly.

The room we got had three beds in the same room size as you'd normally fit two beds only, so it was pretty crowded. When I booked for three adults I expected a larger room to be honest. The breakfast is great but it does get repetitive.

The shuttle to Disney was booked out before the morning which meant we had to find our own way there one of the reasons we booked was for the shuttle so that was disappointing

This hotel was awesome. Starting with the cute dinosaurs at the front desk, check in was super easy and quick. Free breakfast every morning was really good, free alcoholic drinks in the evening was really nice. Free shuttle bus to and from Disneyland. And free storage for luggage (in case you arrive earlier than check in time). The location was great! Really close to a train station and a lot of restaurants, shops and a mall nearby. There’s a public playground across the street which was nice for my son to get his energy out and it was really clean. Housekeeping made bed and removed trash everyday (which is uncommon in some hotels). Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a cute/unique stay.

(For context couple in our 20s visiting Tokyo from UK for two weeks) The Hotel was near the station so although it wasn't in the "central" area it was easy enough yo get trains everywhere. Staff were brilliant and the room was ideal for us especially for the price. The breakfast didn't seem to be our kind of thing but with a familymart, 7-11 and a lawsons nearby we just picked up some breakfast for about 400 yen most mornings. We got the shuttle bus to Disney one day which was handy but was unable to get the bus back, which we knew may happen as we tried to get the last one back (was easy enough to hop on a train). Dinosaurs were a fun addition.

Bed was a little hard for my personal liking and One of the plugs didn't work which wasn't the most ideal as there was only 4 charging ports to start with but we made do.

- Room was able to get to very low, comfortable temperatures in this awful summer heat! HUGE plus considering we only found one other hotel (out of 8 we stayed in) to get that comfortably cold and allowed us to actually choose the temperature of our room.(It's hard to fully explain how much of a positive this is- but the weather has been oppressively hot and the ability to not only truly control your AC temperature but to also be able to reach such low temperatures made it possible to sleep comfortably in a way other hotels couldn't!!) - Free drinks available at night (whiskey & sweet liqueurs) had assorted nuts and sometimes included shaved ice. - Free coffee & cookies in the afternoon, the machine even had an option for soup (miso & corn) at all hours- the corn soup was really good! Other unlimited drinks available were oolong tea (so yummy- they made it the best out of any hotel!), juices, and sodas. - The dinosaurs are awesome - Location: while not in the heart of Tokyo, it is in a quiet, lovely neighborhood. It's very close to the metro station (under 5 minute walk), has many good restaurants nearby, konbinis on every corner, parks very close by, and the neighborhood felt very safe. There was also a huge Don Quijote a few blocks away. -Wifi was fast and worked great in the room - Breakfast was the same thing every morning, but I still looked forward to it and enjoyed it! And it was included in the price!! Can't beat that! Options were limited though: chicken or veg curry, white rice, nato, salad, veggies, and a few other items. The curry was very tasty! Definitely enough to fill up on. Overall, this was one of the best hotels of our trip and I will definitely come back again!

- Location: while I loved the neighborhood so much, I didn't realize how far it was from the heart of Tokyo. Was sad at first, but ended up loving the area (no attractions though, just enjoyed the vibe). But can see this being a bad thing for those that really want to experience Tokyo. - Cleanliness: the tub wasn't flush with the wall of the shower and mold was seen in the crevices - Coin laundry: the machines cost a little more than other places we stayed. Dryers cost WAY more than anywhere else and took triple the amount of time to dry

The hotel was very nice, loved the dinasour theme and it was Halloween themed when we went! Very fun 😁 The room was cosy and nice extras included such as the fridge, hairdryer and complimentary amenities such as toothbrush, hairbrush, razor etc. I especially enjoyed the breakfast they provided, which was delicious! They also allow you to store your luggage which was useful for us having to catch a late flight, this meant we could still explore the city!

Room for improvement could be to include optional extra pillows, as well as television programs in different languages could be nice to offer! Breakfast sometimes got very busy with no additional seating, would sometimes have to wait as a result of this. Not a huge issue, though, as you could always take food up to your room.

It's so fun having two dinos as our 'receiptionists' and they were so kind. The staff were all helpful. Our room was cleaned and we're given clean towels EVERYDAY! which is really pleasant. The free lounge offering tea/coffee in the afternoon and drinks in the evening is a plus. We can hang out after long walk all day and we can mix our own drink. The access from the nearest station, Nishi-Kasai, is also easy. There were konbinis around too. I would really go back if I could.

The breakfast was so nice, but it would be nicer if they have different menus for each day.

The novelty of checking in and out of the hotel with robotic dinosaur staff was fun, but it was also surprisingly efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast was very good if a bit repetitive if, like us, you have a longer stay at the hotel. And finally, the free Disney shuttle was a big highlight for us! It was convenient and reliable - two things that made a massive difference after a long day at a theme park.

The only thing that didn't work well for us at this hotel was the dryer. We really appreciated having access to coin laundry, but after a few attempts to add more time and money to the dryer without much change in results, we just ended up hanging our clothes awkwardly around the room to let them air dry.

Everything was amazing and super easy to use! The dino check in, the arcade machines, even the food! And it even had a washer/dryer! Super useful! The hotel also offers a baggage drop-off service to take your bags to the airport for you! Great location too with a bunch of stores nearby, very calm and peaceful area. If you're leaving from Narita airport, it's like 1-2 trains away.

i do wish we had more options for local Japanese TV. Location Kinda far from Haneda. (not too much but something to consider with all your bags)
