Near the city center. Accessible roads. Amiable and kind staff. No disturbance felt from other rooms. Amenities are complete. Hot n cold water in the bathroom works and thats plus points for me and my family. Parking could be a lot more spacious but its fine for guests.

Cleanliness could be improved a little. Position of the microwave was not appropriate to be plugged near the sink. Position of mirror in bathroom was not height-friendly, not all guests are tall.

The location of the property was good. The reserved parking was very useful. Front desk member Mr. Farhat was very polite, prompt and helpful. Housekeeping was also very helping. Although they don't have separate place for the breakfast but Cafe staff was very cooperative. Supermarket was very near.

The options for the breakfast was very limited. No options for the kids. The price charged was not worth for the quantity delivered.

The location is best if you are travelling with the family and especially if you are travelling by road with your car, no parking issues, everything is like approx 20 to 25KM radius. You can explore the city main tourist attractions even if you have any embassy submissions or passport renewals this location will help you to reduce your driving stress.

Due to some unexpected road maintenance sometimes you have to wait little longer in traffic que to reach your destinations.

Good location and everything was near to a mall or the library which was walking distance so no need to use your car to have some fun time at the library park 5minute walk will do the staff were so nice and the rooms were spacious

The seat pillows parts of the kitchen top and the sink were burnt and had mold on it

Very great staff and very helpful team. I think the bed could be better specially the pillows. They are big and could hurt neck… but overall, I am happy with this stay

The Junior suite was spacious and full of amenities.

They forgot to clean our room though we informed the receptionist in advance but that's OK considering the room was good and located at Olaya Street. It was an awesome deal 👍

Nothing much. It was average

I wasn't a fan of many things. Firstly, the doorbell wasn't working. We left the 'make up my room' switch on and upon our return, were disappointed to see the suite in the same condition. The receptionist called me by "hello mister" which doesn't sound so professional. Other than that, all was great.

Great location, underground parking, very polite staff.

It would be even better if they have a restaurant or brakfast buffet.

Some engagement activity for kids would be great to have. None are available. Channels on tv are not good enough.

The room was clean and it was equipped with basic essentials which was great. Also there were no problem in booking or parking.

we stayed in a double deluxe room but the bed was facing to qibla direction when we sleep. Shower area was not very clean. We didnt get a separate single bed for our daughter who is 10.
