Excellent location. Heated pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Lots of choices at breakfast,the 10% at Santini restaurant, the cocktails at the hotel's bar, the reception area and most of the staff. I will definetly be back.

While the room was comfortable, the bathroom needs more shelf and rack. The room attendant needs some training on how to clean the rooms. We cleaned our rooms ourselves and just asked for the products. The heating makes a lot of noise.

The hotel’s location was perfect, situated close to all major attractions, restaurants, and public transport, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, providing a great night’s sleep after a long day. The housekeeping staff was outstanding—everything was spotless, and they paid attention to even the smallest details.

The breakfast was very average, with limited variety and not the best quality. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was extremely low, which was frustrating. While the rest of the stay was fine, these issues definitely need attention to improve the overall experience.

The room and balcony were spacious. The facilities and utilities are great. The balcony faces the scenery of the sea and the city. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel provided various food options for breakfast. And the hotel location is very close to a bus station (Ross, St. Julian), restaurants, groceries, and souvenir stores.

The room door needs fixing. The bathroom faucet was covered by chalk. The wall seems a bit thin, cause I could hear some noises from the neighbours. The rooftop pool was unfortunately closed. And the floor was a bit dusty.

I booked the hotel primarily because of the great price and the included breakfast. After making the reservation, I started reading the reviews and saw that they were terrible. I wanted to cancel the booking, but all the other hotels were twice as expensive. Our impression: The room was clean, renovated, and had a sea view. The breakfast was excellent, the staff was extremely friendly, and the location was perfect (no noise that everyone was complaining about). I believe there might be an older part of the hotel that hasn’t been renovated, but we were lucky.

We liked the location - very central in the area with many restaurants and bars. There is also a bigger supermarket just around the corner. The breakfast was also very good, with many options and they change daily. The coffee in one machine was also good :) We enjoyed the indoor pool and the sauna too.

The hotel is old, the furniture is broken, many things are out of function. The outdoor pool was out of order too (we were not in the pool season as well). The walls or the doors are not sound proof - We are not lucky with our neigbhours who were loud at night. But this does not have anything to do with the hotel itself.

The hotel is well located. I felt at ease with my friends, none of the staff was intrusive, there was ease. If someone is not looking for 5 stars and not is nitpicking on nonsense, the hotel is just right to spend time with friends or even family. The pool bar is also nice.

The pool upstairs should have been illuminated in the evening, it was illuminated as I requested. And the water should be taken care of more by the staff. It was too warm and rather not clean.

We stayed for a week, lovely central hotel great staff, the breakfast was very good catered for every taste, the pool and sauna were very nice and the hotel supplied towels for the pool or beach.the room was cleaned daily, I would definitely go back to stay here again.

The only minor detail was some mornings they had other people come in for bingo and you had to eat breakfast by 9am this wasn't advertised very well but that was a very minor detail everything else was perfect.

At check in no option to split payment for our rooms, as 4 friends traveling, we asked to slit each room to 2 payments, which was not possible without clear explanation, just NOT POSSIBLE. In the lift and each floor was signed, that pool bar is open daily from 11AM till 6PM, we went there 2x and each time was closed, no simple notice at lift, that is not open due to weather condition, simple message clear to all client. We had a room just in front of construction, very noise each morning at 7AM, without ear plugs would be not possible to sleep at all, thanks we had them with us as many guests had similar comments about nosiness.

Location is in the center of St.Julians, beach is just 10 min walk from hotel. Clubs are very close and if you want it quite then avoid this area. Cleaning service daily which was great. Breakfast was the same every day with some changes but overall good and delicious.

AC was noisy so we couldnt have it on at night, but there is fan in the room which was helpful. A lot of young people who smoke in the room and activated smoke alarms several times in the middle of the night which was not pleasant.

- Godlike value for this amount of money (at least in February). - Good location for public transport, also there are many stores and restaurants nearby, as well as a (not well-maintained) beach. - Nice staff, easy check-in. - Comfortable beds. - Great shower. - Many breakfast options, I especially enjoyed the sweets there. Great marble cakes!

- Some of the hotel is a bit worn, including one of the pairs of elevators and our bathroom's door. - The coffee from the coffee machine is not the best. A cappuccino or a latte is mostly just water and milk with a tiny bit of coffee.
