Location and food availability in surrounding

Timing for opening restaurant for breakfast, I had to leave for some work at 6.45 am but restaurant opening timing was 6.30 am due to which I left late. For checkout, I had early morning flight and before reaching at the reception I informed staff for keeping my checkout ready but staff said it will be late as we are doing Audit, I couldn't get proper invoice due to getting late.

Location Lifts Parking Staff Sweet Lassi at breakfast was exceptional :) Complimentary fruit was provided one day before checkout. Family-friendly environment. Imitiaz Superstore is nearby.

Didn't ask about smoking or non-smoking rooms at the front desk. Breakfast was OK. But if you are a food lover visiting Lahore, your expectations are way too high. The food from its very own restaurant (i.e. from room service) was not so good. (I ordered finger fish but it was tasteless.) Towels and bedsheets require more cleanliness. TV was not according to room size and it was not operational in our room. The color combination of the tiles in the bathroom was not good. At times you have to drain a lot of water for hot water. Bedsheet and cleanliness were done in our absence but toilet paper was not provided. An instruction manual for Air Conditioning was not available.

I like the location of the hotel near to the airport plus everything is available next to hotel pharmacies food mart hospitals etc

The breakfast menu is needed to be more than that it is very short listed and limited choice Plus the complementary breakfast should be served in rooms too if one cannot go to the restaurant downstairs as i just came from airport and was too tired when i called them to send my breakfast to my room they told me you need to come to restaurant for that but in the end they sent it to them room on my special request Staff is nice , cleanliness is 4/5 , food tastes 4/5 underground parking is there 24 hrs

Overall things are good

Everything was excellent. The Avari Express staff is amazing, they went above and beyond to accommodate us in any way they could. The breakfast was so delicious and they had so many choices. They are so helpful and pleasant, we felt as if we were home. The rooms are so clean and spacious. We have been to many hotels in different countries and have never been as happy as we were here. It was such a pleasure staying at this hotel and hopefully when we come again we will definitely book our stay here.

There is nothing that we didn’t like.

I specially liked the persons near the gate most of the time and every time they greet you with smiling face. They are best people the deserve to be appreciated. Rest, the reception staff there were 3 people altogether, 1 male and 2 females. All of them were cooperative and quick.

As i told honest opinion as above, in the same way the disliking thing is i think the payments issues. For example, booking.com showed a discount but when u reached property, they will ask you to pay little bit different which is quite annoying. They should nake some rule about it to charge whatever online booking was rewarded to customer bcoz of his consistent stays. Thanks, it is a positive feedback, no staff member made anything in any sense but it js just a matter of understanding the logic of discount of online bookings.

Enough selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. We enjoyed a very delicious traditional Pakistani dishes. We had to wait a long time to get a Pakistani omelete, and the queue by the buffet was terrible and the service was not very bad! too many guests in a very small place. It was little crowded and I feel they were understaffed. She has to be reminded many times for the Omelete, but she was serving alone and her chef was just hanging around, not bothering, in the end we left without having omelete, same for the next day, during our five day stay it was only once possible to get an omelete, because that day it was not busy. But omelete was very delicious an nicely prepared with Pakistani herbs and spices. Thanks for that.

When we checked in one of the room was stinking of cigrette smoke, surely previous guest smoked in the room, next day they have offered us a new room but it was too much hassle to move to an other room. Good location , it need sound proofing and furniture renovation.

Had the most amazing stay at the Avari Express last month. The rooms we had originally booked were not available at check in due to a few floors being renovated but the front desk ( Miss Khadija and her team) went above and beyond to accommodate us by upgrading our rooms. The rooms were clean and the daily housekeeping by Miss Aisha was top notch. Having central heating in the cold and foggy Lahore winter weather was definitely a plus. The breakfast had a huge spread every morning and the friendly waitstaff were so hospitable and made special request Chai every day. The bellboys went out of their way be helpful and available at all times (even helped to order and get delivered to the hotel the famous Khalifa khatai cookies !) Can’t beat the location, close to all the main shopping areas, M.M Alam Rd and several great restaurants are a stone’s throw away. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The location is perfect for shopping with major clothing brands within walking distance. Although the property is aged and not well-maintained, it still offers decent accommodation. The standout feature, however, is the incredible staff. The check-in process was smooth, thanks to Ahmed and Nabeel who were welcoming. The hotel restaurant serves a delightful breakfast, and the staff is always ready to fulfill any special requests. Special thanks to Ms. Zarmina and Chef Robert for their exceptional service. I must also commend the housekeeping staff, especially Dawood, for their extra care and attention to detail, adding a personal touch to my stay. Despite the property's age, it provides value for money. If you appreciate a convenient location and outstanding staff, this hotel is worth considering.

Firstly, when l arrived,the receptionist Khadija made my reservation with ease,and with a smile even though the front desk was busy. After check-in, the porter took my luggage to the room , once again with a lovely smile. In the morning, at the breakfast table, once again was greeter with great hospitality from the restaurant staff. Another Khadija, Faisal . I just love the whole atmosphere
