What a fabulous B & B! I was originally looking to stay at the hotel where I was attending a function 10 minutes walk from The Pretty Maid. When that was full, I looked for something nearby and I'm glad they were full! Andy & Sue are fab hosts, and couldn't do enough for us. The room was spacious and well appointed, and spotlessly clean. Then there's the breakfast. A very good selection and what we chose was beautifully presented and well cooked.

There is nothing that I can think of We only had a positive experience. Keep doing what you do! It's a lovely place and you should be proud of the B & B and the hosting that you provide

Absolutely lovely hosts who could not do enough for you . Very quiet room despite being on a busy road . Lovely fresh breakfast and good coffee. Our room overlooked the garden and it was delightful to watch the birds and squirrels. The room was very clean and well appointed. The location is a great base for touring round the historical houses and gardens in the area .

Nothing to dislike about the property itself at all . There is a Beefeater pub and a Chinese restaurant within walking distance, but other eateries need to be reached by car .

Our stay with Andy was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we arrived, Andy's exceptional hospitality made us feel right at home. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, offering a delightful variety of delicious options. The rooms were impeccably clean and provided a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, reflecting a true love for hospitality. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

The only downside was the noise from the street, but of course, this is beyond the host's control.

We liked everything. It felt like home from home. There was everything you could wish for including good parking, extra pillow, comfy bed, fresh milk in the room, a fan, a pen and note...not to mention a fabulous choice of breakfast menu and very caring and hospitable hosts.

I had envisaged the location as being more rural and not off a main road. Entirely my fault though, as location is clearly stated. However, once on the premises it is an oasis of calm and comfort.

Breakfast was excellent and custom ordered the night before. The view from our window to the back yard was lovely with bird feeders and lots of greenery. The hosts were very friendly, and helpful and knowledgeable about the area. They are less than three miles from the Great Comp Gardens which we really enjoyed. Pictures attached.

The room was a little warm, but we kept the window ajar and did fine. They had a fan available that we could have used as well. Everything else was perfect.

The location was perfect for the event I was attending (Brands Hatch Circuit). The property was easy to find, the gardens very green and inviting to sit in. Parking was very easy and adequate. The breakfast was from a pre-chosen menu the night before, extremely tasty, freshly cooked using local produce, The Hosts Sue & Andy were very pleasant to meet.

As I was only there overnight, I don't feel that there was anything that hadn't been thought about for the guests.

We loved the home, grounds, staff, room, and breakfast! Everything was immaculate and the hosts were super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. When we told them our sightseeing plans, they kindly made other suggestions which turned out to be way better! So grateful to them.

Plant-based cream as opposed to real dairy. No conditioner.

On arrival, the hosts moved their car so our motorbike could go under the car shelter, they were very helpful and friendly, pointing everything we could do out clearly in their folder. When we decided where to eat, they made a booking for us without us even asking. The breakfast was top notch, their speciality breakfast burger is highly recommended.

Nothing at all, our visit was fantastic.

Beautiful bed and breakfast with friendly owners who made me feel at home. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything I could have needed. The welcome pack had information about the local area which was really helpful. The breakfast was freshly made and delicious with plenty of options.

We loved the warm welcome and friendliness of our hosts Andy, and Sue; exceptional. Have not experienced a more friendly, warm or caring welcome anywhere. We were able to relax in their beautiful back garden at the end of our day which was a real bonus. The breakfasts were superb on both days that we stayed, really nice. It was warm in the room but we are going through a heatwave so nothing anyone can do. The London road outside the property is a bit loud, especially if you are not used to noise but our ear plugs did the job.
