Staff were friendly and helpful - special shout out to Laura who advised re Wi-Fi and parking. We stayed the night before a funeral and there was an early breakfast in a cafe one minute away arranged by the hotel where the service and food was excellent - and again super friendly. The evening meal was delicious and service great. A lovely warm atmosphere about the whole place, lively but not chaotic. We loved our room, high ceilings, light and airy. Great walk in shower and large fluffy towels, comfortable bed and tea making facilities.

The only windows in our room were skylights but these did open. One concern was the carpet at the top of some fairly steep stairs to get into the room that has lifted out of the runner and is a potential hazard for catching your foot - easily rectified I am sure. The phone signal is poor but apparently this is so for the local area.

It was central and having the cocktail bar we could enjoy bpre dinner drinks in the courtyard and have cocktails before retiring for the night treated our daughter and her new husband to a room as well room was very comfortable and bed really lovely bedding and comfy too

Small cups were a bit small for the morning cuppa and a bathmat for the shower we used a hand towel so problem sorted

Beautiful room in a superb and lovely location. Restaurant and bar were great and all the staff brilliant and attentive throughout the duration of our stay. Scott, the manager, was great in getting us checked in and ensuring we were happy - which we were! We ate lunch in the restaurant on the day we arrived and the food really was great. Definitely worth booking a meal here during your stay. Would absolutely return and would absolutely recommend. Thanks to all for a brilliant and comfortable stay.

I wouldn't say there was anything we didn't like about the stay or The Farmhouse as a whole. Somewhere to leave luggage is something I always like, especially as we always arrive by train, and quite often want to venture out and explore without luggage whilst waiting to check in but wanting to make the most of the day etc. Here didn't have the option for this. Looking at the space, there certainly could be some some of self managed locker system perhaps?

We had high expectations of the property because it looked so wonderful online, they were met and exceeded! What a beautiful place. A bar, restaurant, pizza shack AND cocktail bar all in one! It was like a mini all inclusive. The area is beautiful and the people are wonderful. We were lucky enough to land our stay on the weekend of the local market which was brilliant. We cannot wait to return!

Location was perfect, staff were very good and friendly. Room was quiet and away from main bar so no traffic noise. Was clean and spacious with a very nice coffee machine in the room.

Water pressure in shower wasn't great, tv didn't work properly and one light fitting next to bed was broken. Not essential but worth noting for the management.

Great central location, big room, friendly and helpful staff. The bar and restaurant areas are very pleasant with a good selection of food and drinks.

No parking. The public car park directly behind the property is very convenient. It's free overnight but you can only park for a max of 4 hours with no return within 3 hours during the day. No breakfast available although several cafes within 2 minutes walk one of which offers a discount to Farm House guests.

Lovely, spacious, very clean & warm room, friendly and helpful staff. Super convenient location right in town with a big car pack at the back. Room well equipped. Attractive building and good food - loved the gluten free pizza option. Excellent wifi & spacious shower.

It was very noisy at night on the evenings I stayed from the pub courtyard and surroundings so I couldn't relax peacefully in in my room, the noise was above the TV. Also I could hear everything from the room next door, even the people talking.

Located in the middle of an attractive high street with parking to the rear. A busy pub and restaurant separate to the artfully designed bedrooms , some of which have a fairly steep stairs but others at ground level. Giving me a quiet night. Ideally situated to explore North Kent.

The Wi-Fi was adequate but not high speed. The controls to the high windows could have been better signed and clearer . The licensing hours could have been longer. But maybe the staff think not.

The tv stopped working after about 10 mins and you the remote wouldn’t work with the Tv. It wasn’t the batteries, you had to power off the Tv and on to change the channel quickly before it crashed again

You get a lovely welcome and shown to your room, always warm and cosy, has everything you need and a short walk to where we go. They do a lovely bottle of wine and I can’t think of one thing I don’t like x
