Amazing for the price. We got a room on the 6th floor with a city view. Room was really quiet and clean. We expected the worst because of the price and got pleasently suprised. Great cleaning ladies who were taking care of our room. Free coffee and tea in the reception. Literally 10 metres away from subway. Would def go back

The only bad thing i can say is the neighbourhood. A lot of crime and sketchy ppl. Better not to be outside at night.

For the cheap price i got comfortable room with great noise reduction and wonderful staff. Stayed there for 5 nights and it was awesome. Very cheap and close to the center of the city. I would recommend to clean surfaces with Clorox tissues just in case. Overall it was clean I have no complains. Price is cheap to be in center of NYC, I am just amazed. Stayed with 4 people and they will recommend Windsor hotel to their friends. Do not expect to see gorgeous rooms, if you do go to expensive ones. This hotel is wonderful. I will stay here again.

Absent of kettle in the room and rare changing of garbich cans. We had a lot of trash with 4 people and it would be great if it was changed every two days. I asked at the receptionist to change trash cans everydays and she apologized and did her job. There is a hot water and microwave by the receptionist. But again cheap price, great service. I recommend if you just staying to sleep over and go to see NYC

Upon check-in, I was delighted to find out that I had been surprisingly upgraded to their rooftop suite- a large room with windows all along the curved outer wall, marble floors, a jacuzzi tub, two queen beds plus sleeper sofa, and a rooftop outdoor patio looking out 3 sides of the building. it was delightful! They offered DAILY maid service (nowhere does that anymore!) and everything was quite nice.

There are no complaints that can be had in consideration for the value of the room rates. the Wi-Fi was slow, but it was free and most similar hotels would have charged for it.

Absolutely wonderful service, very friendly staff. Our room was ready before check-in time and they let us in, which was very helpful. Got an upgrade with no extra cost for their penthouse which was really lucky, I guess. Comfy beds, wonderful rooftop view, large room, and everything was very clean. Great neighborhood with everything you need and right across the subway. Would definitely come back!

The shower had great hot water, but it needs a little maintenance. Nothing to ruin your shower or anything, but the water didn't come out properly, like something was blocking it.

It is very well-located hotel. From the hotel you can reach soho, little Italy and Chinatown and the bars and restaurants of the East Village. Also, metro and train to the airports can be easily accessed. The staff are really nice the bed and shower were comfortable. I do not agree with the excessive criticisms I read about the hotel. In general my stay was good and the price we paid was reasonable for NYC pattern.

I believe that a basic breakfast would improve the friendship of the hotel. Also, the internet access in the fifth floor was not wonderful and need improvements.

We stayed 3 nights with our two kids. Very good for its price. Very clean and they had everything in the bathroom you need, soap,paste and brush, shampoo, clean,big,good white towels for all of us. Easy subway access. 15 minutes walk from charging bull, 9/11memorial and the same distance to Brooklyn bridge.

Do not expect luxury from it, old furniture, no tv remote control, no microwave and fridge ,only at the front. Decent beds and mattress.

The room is not new. However, for the price and location it was worth the stay. The staff was very attentive and helpful. I would definitely stay again. It was close to all of the train stations we needed to get to.

There were some water marks on the walls and the tub was a bit slippery because it didn't have any gripping but we adjusted.

This hotel was our hero; for some reasons we needed to cancel our reservation in another place and we found this hotel just in time. The staff was really kind and the room was clean and with the space enough we needed to spend the night.

Just one thing; early in the morning, before our alarms wake us up, we heard a noise that woke us up; we don’t know what was, maybe because we still were sleepy. Anyway, after a while we just got asleep again.

The staff at the hotel was incredibly nice. They upgraded me to the penthouse suite because it was my birthday. The rooms were clean and did the job for a one night stay.

They yelled at us for having our friends in our room. The friends that were in our room also had a room on a different floor, so it didn't make sense. Other than that, everything was lovely.
