Hotel is 200 metre undercover walk from Fortress Hill station. It’s easy access to and from airport by train/ subway. There are bars and restaurants very handy. Alexandra was reasonable value. Our room was fine. The pool and gym and breakfast were quite adequate. We also stayed across the road at the Harbour Grand for 3 nights last week. It was superior in most ways, but we paid a fair bit more.

No muesli and limited range of fruit at brekky. Hardly anywhere to sit by the pool.

Very fancy looking hotel with absolutely well-maintained details decor at the hotel. The staff was nice and friendly, helpful and professional with etiquettes whenever nearby. The room is spacious, clean and bright. The cleaning staff is also contingent with daily clean routine with daily services conducted. Great location where it is very close to MTR/tram and bus by crossing the bridge, and living neighborhood with supermarkets, restaurants and public areas to visit.

a beautiful place, easy to get around via the MTR WALKWAY STRAIGHT to the Metro. Very nice ambience and nice staff. The fitness room and swimming pool are a wonderful addition to a great hotel experience.

on out first day we were not aware of the walkway straight to the hotel. So its not particularly something we did not like but we had to figure it out first.

Great location with plenty of small CCT's and restaurants nearby. well serviced by the MTR (Fortress Hill) and other options. our interconnecting room was well serviced. A bit tight, but as expected.

All good. if there was any gripe, it would be the small'ish pool and a lack of seating in that area. No biggy

Location was nice with MTR close by. Friendly staff and clean room. Lots of places to eat around but in Hong Kong I think that’s the case anywhere. Great view. Good breakfast with many options

Room is a little small and we struggled to adjust the AirCon setting. Old plugs so regular Europe 2 pin doesn’t fit. No hotel amenities

Staff were super helpful and nice. About 3 staff during our breakfast took time to greet my son and say hello. 2 people from the concierge helped us load up our luggage and head to our next destination upon our check-out. Lobby looks grand and luxurious. The hotel has access to a walkway going to the MTR. There are lots of nearby restos and cafes that is walking distance from the hotel. Room feels cozy and I love the sofabed by the window.

Elevator is a little small but that’s really the least I can say.

Staff were incredibly nice. Quite a convenient commute from Fortress Hill MTR station taking the sky-walk.

My room wasn't the cleanest, and I couldn't turn on certain lights in the room. Good thing I had an sleeping mask with me.

The hotel is very close to the metro and there are a lot of restaurants around. The hall is big and highly decorated, the staff is very efficient and the room is clean.

The room's furniture looks cheap and old-fashioned. For the price I paid and consodering the pretentious style of the hall I expected something more,but that's ok.

The hotel is decorated nicely. The room facilities were very good and comfortable. The location is superb, closed to subway station and surrounded by local shops and restaurants. The hotel staff were also friendly and helpful.
