5 mins walk to Fortress Hill MTR and buses and tram around too. very convenient. do note that they do not have lift to train level, meaning you need to manage luggage for 2 or 3 flight of stairs. Room is very comfortable with vast space in HK standards. There is enough room / space to open 2 luggage at any one time. The room service was very swift when I asked for ice. I had the best harbour view in the room and also at the hotel bar. i could stare all day! working in the room is not an issue with the good wifi. From fridge to kettle, from iron to hair dryer, all in all a very well equipped room.

the pillows were really soft. carpet flooring means old stains exist and looked tired.

Very helpful staff. Rooms are big and breakfast has many options. Rooms with good sound proof. Got room upgrade for the 40th floor. Great view!!!

Its an old hotel, many things in the room are already worn and with signs of use. Many years ago for sure was an incredible hotel. The shower drain was not working well. They do not offer any toiletry products or water bottles.

Harbour Club floor was amazing with the quality of the breakfast selection, afternoon tea, cocktail hour! The views from the restaurant was exceptional. Bed was very comfortable.

The phone didn’t work well to ring local numbers and IT in room seemed dated. Free drinking water should be included if tap water is not safe to drink.

We landed at 7am and it was very enjoyable after 24hours of traveling to have access to the spa showers before our room was ready. The room was spacious and the harbour view was awesome. We did not take the breakfast but maybe we should have :-)

The hotel was very welcoming and the foyer was spectacular. Room was clean and comfortable.

We paid for a harbour view and got a corner room that didn’t have much of a view and was very dark as we were squeezed between the corners of the building. Asked to change they said they didn’t have another other than paying more for a premier room that wasn’t worth it.
