Located near a market, the location was excellent, just about a 5 minute walk from the bus station, with a bus service direct from the airport. The hotel is very easy identifiable from the street with its large signage, but it does get busy during the morning and day due to the markets that operate on the street. Was unaffected by any noise from the streets. Spacious for a hotel room in Hong Kong. 4 beds provided as described that accommodated the group perfectly. Plenty of room for 5 large suitcases in the room. Daily room services and bottles of water provided. Room has air-conditioning, plenty of power points and nigh enough room. Staff were efficient, check in past midnight was no issue. Front desk staffed 24/7. 4 card keys provided, however 2 of the 4 were not programmed correctly, which the staff said may be due to close contact with the phone's NFC, but I'm not too sure about it. Great contact from staff via booking.com messaging.

The hotel cleanliness could be better. Visible dust, linen aged with holes in towels. Not too bad though. Inefficient air vent in the bathroom made it tricky after showering. The 2 elevator caters 18+ floors, so expect waiting times during busy periods. However, nothing to effect the value for money for the group size.

The location is very convenient. There are food stalls, restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It’s just a block away from the A11 Bus Stop and two or three blocks away from the MTR. It’s also near the Tram and our room had a great view of North Point.

Walking down the street outside the hotel at night can seem creepy although it is definitely safe even on midnight and beyond. The street outside is also full of fish and meat market vendors which does make the street smell bad.

The hotel is in an area close to stores and restaurants, with a morning fresh market nearby and giving a 90s vibe. In addition, the hotel is conveniently placed near the metro, tram, and bus. On this trip, there were 3 of us staying in a same room. Quite surprise that the hotel had 3 single-bed rooms providing.The hotel comes with all of the necessary facilities and has a vending machine selling toothbrushes and other bathroom amenities at the lobby if you need a brand new one. The towel and trash, it is changed and clean every day. The staff is kind, and no theft occurred despite the fact that the iPad amd notebook was left in the room.

The towel is little and thin. The pillows are quite flat and there is a little dust on the floor in some places.

Value for money, cheapest price and comfortable to stay at very big 2 rooms, living and dining areas with a small kitchen. Washroom also very big and I would highly recommend this hotel for all tourists to HK. About 5 min walk to/from MTR exit A2 at North Point station. Surrounded with cheaper shops and easily to get foods from breakfast to night supper until 1am. This hotel is better than TST and Wan Chai.

Although in front of hotel is morning market and maybe a bit smelly, I love the hotel and the areas. Overall, my family and myself are very satisfied with this hotel and the price. I don't know why other reviews are not good for it.

The location has easy access to all forms of transportation and lots of eating places. Staff interactions are good. My ask to fix the in-room safe, was addressed reasonably well, although I had to escalate further to the front-desk manager. The room makeup staff was present and polite. Before I checked-in, I knew the hotel is not allowed to give out free bottled water anymore. I was worry a little what would be the alternative. The alternative was to use the in-room water boiler. I was initially skeptical. But, it turned out the boiler in my room, was so clean that I felt comfortable to use it! This is a compliment.

The air conditioning in the hallway, has room for improvement.

I like the convenience of the location access to all types of transport, bus, electric car and underground train. Restaurants and food eateries, convenience stores are within the proximity of the stay. Room are spacious like the American hotel, not like the Asian style hotel, small. Excellent customer service, they took immediate action in contacting us (several times, as I do not recognize the incoming phone call) as a party of our stay has forgot a pouch in the safe while still in airport. We were able to retrieve the pouch through the assistance of our relative in HK. The customer service rep has performed proper verification, in identifying the color of the pouch and the approximately value in the pouch with us.

It would have much better if they touch up the room a little bit, new paint, and the bathroom.

Location, spacious room, familiar neighbourhood

Service staff / staff dressed in security yard uniform at the lobby area didn’t offer help to handle luggage, after asking still reluctant to help, even when requested by the front desk staff to do so, the staff only helped to move luggage into lift but refused to further help to bring them to room. I was wondering whether porter service has been erased completely by your hotel. The other thing, some of the horse keeping staff lack of sense to respect guest’s privacy.

The room itself was very spacious for Hong Kong. The housekeeping staff were so friendly. Things were pretty clean.

Our room wasn't ready until an hour after check-in time and the front desk staff made us feel like we were a problem expecting it to be ready. Small details in the room were not so clean like around the night stand, around the base of the bed, along the corners of the room.
