Everything was wonderful! The staff are so welcoming and helpful. Beautiful rooms, the cleaning standards are impeccable. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries were always topped up. The view from our room over the pool looking out on to the ocean was absolutely stunning! Breakfast buffet was delicious with a huge selection of continental & cooked food. Very easy to walk to the various beaches, (Psarou and Platis Gialos were our favourites). Mykonos Town is super easy to reach, only 10 minutes on the public bus which costs €1.80, the bus stop is directly outside the hotel. Definitely recommend staying at the Palladium if you come to Mykonos!

more of general comment for policies that allow people smoking and vaping by the pool and in restaurant (including breakfast) . really would prefer a dedicated area so kids and adults are not having to smell it

The breakfast had many options and nice indoor/outdoor seating. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The pool area was nice with good food/drink options.

We were there early in the season so the pool was very cold, and the staff was in process of fumigating for bees so there were many dead bees in the pool area and around the property.

We went as a group of 17 and had the best stay ever the hotel was lovely and accommodated to each and every one of us they really made the stay the best possible and they always had the same energy day in and day out . Thanos the manager very well managed resort the breakfast was once of the best is caters to the different tastes and authentic greak foods a really immaculate hotel 🌹

The decor/interior design was beautiful and the customer service was second to none from reception to cleaners, waiters and pool staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The facilities are fantastic and staff look after you from start to finish. We were so impressed. Special mention to Thanos, Georgia, Nico and the main staff member at the pool bar who was always around to help. We will definitiely return. Such a treat. The location is also great. Nice and quiet but within easy access of all parts of the island and walkable to a range of lovely restaurants.

The only thing I could fault is the breakfast. The fruit was limited and often unripe. There was a lot of sweet items but not as much healthy berries/granola. The coffee also seemed to be out of a machine rather than a coffee station.

The hotel upgraded us to a room with a private pool, which was a wonderful surprise. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, the facilities (especially the pool) were top-notch, and the experience was truly memorable. The breakfast buffet was also absolutely amazing. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

The hotel only offers free transfers from the port/airport and not from the city center. So if you want to explore the city town or have a meal before heading to the hotel, you will have to arrange your own transportation from the town to the hotel, which the taxi is expensive in Mykonos.

Location - Nine minutes to most areas Value for money - good priced for 5 stars Facilities - Clean breakfast, heated private pool. Staff - everyone was really amazing, Thonas helped us with everything (thanks) and Georgia is amazing she knows most things in Mykonos. Lovely people. Everyone else including housekeepers, butlers and waitresses were so lovely. Atmosphere - Very quiet, pool looks amazing especially at night Transportation - free airport service, attendant and helpful drivers. One trip costs a little more than taxis but for me they were more convenient.

Everything was perfect, if you don’t like thick pillows you might need to talk to them to bring you softer ones because most of the standard pillows are hard for me. But they will help you with anything.

My partner and I had a very positive experience at Palladium Mykonos. Communication was fantastic from the outset. A driver was organised to pick us up from the port, which made the transfer from port to hotel extremely stress free and easy. Upon arrival at the hotel, all staff greeted us politely. They were very friendly and respectful, speaking both Greek and English. The room was spacious and very clean. We had a view of the pool which was beautiful. The breakfast was the BEST buffet in Mykonos, with lots of choices for everybody. A special shout-out goes to Dimitri who went above and beyond for us. He was always up for a conversation, asking about our day and providing suggestions and recommendations about what else we can do on the island. We would also like to thank Eleni at reception who was able to get us a reservation at Nammos with such short notice. We were given the best table and had such a fantastic time dining and partying! Thank you Palladium, we hope to visit again soon.

Clean hotel, great breakfast, staff were amazing! Small but adequate gym with towels, water & apples. Bus stops right outside the hotel & if you ask the driver to drop you off there on your return journey, he will do it. The turn down service was nice in the evenings. You got the impression that the hotel was being cleaned all day, every day. Sindri, Marisa & Vladimir were incredible!!!

Sun hits the eye if you use the treadmill in the morning. No blinds in the gym. Better off working out in the evening. Bit cheeky having to pay separately to use the Hamam facility but we didn’t need it anyway. It’s an uphill walk back from the beach.

The staff were stellar, really going above and beyond to fulfill our needs. From coordinating the arrival and bookings for a friend’s birthday, and checking in to see what we needed for the day, they were committed to making our stay amazing. Rooms were comfortable, absolutely beautiful. We had a two bedroom, which was spacious and tastefully decorated. There were enough plug points, and enough storage space. The one bedroom we booked had a great view of the pool. There was a lift that made it convenient and accessible for anyone with needs. There was tea and coffee available, not always refilled but you could call at any time to request a specific tea flavour that they had and they would just refill it for you. Bathrooms had responsive hot water and good water pressure. We needed to be a bit careful with angling the shower head in the smaller bathroom as the glass door had a bit of a gap which was part of the design, resulting in water leaking out to the bedroom, but room service was so fast and efficient in cleaning it up and they had staff come and check immediately. Our location on Platys Gialos was great for the beach although unfortunately it was a bit too cold when we went. Our concierge Thanos and Georgia the receptionist were wonderful at coordinating, but their entire staff were really great.

It was a bit far from town and transportation was generally a bit pricey but just meant that we really had to plan our trip properly.
