The bed is super comfy with a nice and clean blanket, maybe the most comfy bed in my entire trip. The bathroom is clean, the shelf in the room is a bit dusty though but it's not a problem. The location is not too far from the beach and there are a few restaurants around the area. The service is good.

- The room is dark and stuffy if there's no aircon (thankfully I got an air-con room). - The description stated that the room has a garden view, but the window hardly can be opened. - 4% actual extra charge was included in the payment (+11% tax, total 15%), however, the description on booking.com only noted it 11% tax was included, which was quite ambiguous. That was a small fee, but the owner and booking should have made it very clear in the information for guests prior to their booking. Not until they make the payment at the property.

1) the guys who met me always helped me, no matter what I asked. The guys were always at the front desk 2) there are cameras in the house and in the yard, it was as safe as possible to live here 3) the room is clean, pleasant smell, there is internet 4) you can order food, the guys themselves will make an order and bring it 5) There are zones for comfortable rest together with other visitors. kitchen is also available In general, thank you)

I stayed at this place two nights before and decided to come back! Again it was super clean, great location.

If I was being picky then I’d mention ac and hot water. Ac room has ac but no hot water Fan room us hot water no ac

Great experience! We came there 9 hours before the flight to rest, we came that day by train from Kandy where we stood for over two hours, then we came by the next train from Colombo to Negombo. We were supposed to leave at 1:30AM, the Shenah guy who works there arranged a driver for us and not only that but he stayed awake until the driver came. We fell asleep and didn't hear the alarm on the phone, Shehan woke us up, if it wasn't for him we would have missed our flight. We are very grateful and have nothing but words of praise for his hospitality and responsibility. Also, greetings to a younger colleague who is 19 years old, English is not his strong point, but he tried his best in everything. We called him Jordan. Big shout out to Shehan and Jordan! They also have Menu for foods and drinks so you can relax before or after your flight.

Perfectly situated in a peaceful neighborhood, yet just a short distance from the beach and nearby restaurants. The staff is exceptionally kind and attentive, ensuring both guests and the property are well cared for.

Part of the property was under construction, which affected the garden and yard with some construction debris. However, the staff was very apologetic and continuously worked to keep the area clean to minimize any inconvenience to guests. The room was a bit dark and humid, but it was very clean and comfortable at the same time.

Very friendly owner! He gave us lots of recommendations of places to go and explore in Negombo, as well as Sri Lanka in general. He took great care into making sure we were comfortable during our stay. We even came back to stay for a second time at the end of our trip to Sri Lanka! The first night we had a room with no A/C which turned out to be too hot for us. However, the owner was very accommodating and arranged that we could have a room with A/C for a small fee. This was perfect, so I would recommend upgrading to the A/C room unless you’re very tolerant of the heat 😊

Seabreeze is a beautiful place to stay, it's a bit a home away from home. It's a perfect location, walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurant. Sheehan and Shehani are are absolutely amazing hosts, always smiling, always doing their best. They help whereever they can, always happy to go the extra mile. Nothing is too much for them. I cannot praise them enough. I loved my stay at Seabreeze and will go back. Thank you Sherhan and Sheehani, I wish you all the best.

Everything was absolutely perfect 😊 Nothing to complain.

This was a great place to start our Sri Lanka trip. We arrived comfortably with an airport tuktuk shuttle arranged by the guest house. Upon arrival we were helped with Sri Lankan SIM cards and settled into our room by attentive staff. We were assured that if we needed anything to contact them via WhatsApp and we were able to order some great food also quite late at night. Everything was accounted for, and if it wasn’t we just asked and it was made possible! Definitely recommend 🤩

We had to ask for a bed sheet to sleep with over us, the bed was so great and comfortable otherwise, and the sheet was provided

Very beautiful place, peaceful, clean. We didn't stay long as we had to leave early, but I'm sure we would have loved it there for more than just spending the night. The staff is so nice and willing to help. Everything is clean, there's effort in the decoration, it's was really nice!

The room we had didn't have AC which often is ok for us but this was really way too hot... There was no mosquito net on the bed but without opening the windows the heat is really not bearable. They did help us by giving an extra fan though.

The owner was so friendly and helpful, always there to chat and offer advice on things to see and do. Locations is on a nice quiet street only 5 minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. Really clean room and facilities. Amazing bathroom with modern shower.

The room was absolutely boiling to the point it was difficult to sit indoors. The owner did give us an extra fan on request though which definitely improved things.
