Solo traveler in Room #205. Location excellent. Zocalo a mere 4-5 minutes walk. Lots of dining options, cafés, cantinas, drinking places, pastry shops, artisan places & all the sites nearby. Easy to get taxi or Uber because of location. Room immaculate, great lighting (both natural & electrical). I’m a heavy sleeper, so early morning street noise doesn’t bother me or keep me awake (I was awake & writing at the desk, so I heard all). And, 2 things that were really great. 1) This was the first place in my 4 months of travel where a facility had facecloths to wash your face and use wherever on your body.. And (2), the toilet paper holder was strategically located where you didn’t have to do magic tricks or twist & turn your buddy to get the paper. it was intelligently placed where you didn’t have to stretch behind your back or pull a muscle grabbing the roll from where you couldn’t see it. And the staff was accommodating.

I would have rated the facility a 10, but for the 2 booked nights I was there, I couldn’t get any hot water out of the shower at all. First day at 10 in the morning; second day at 6 in the morning. I’m a seasoned traveller, I know showers can be funky, but I tried everything & even waited a bit with handle turned each way, but there was NEVER a difference in the temperature of the shower water: it was always COLD. Not Luke warm, just plain cold. I wasn’t gonna let the shower run for 10 minutes to see if a belated hot water was suddenly gonna appear out of the sprocket;; that would be incredibly wasteful. However, there was immediate hot water from the bathroom sink faucet. Go Figure.

Super comfortable bed, wonderful views, nice helpful friendly staff of course Spanish helps but I give credit to Hotel Nube for tolerating my presence at their fine hotel situated in colonial Puebla. Unlike US cities with masses of homeless people in urbans areas, Puebla like other Mexican cities was free of homeless, panhandlers and other street vagrants who degrade the living experience.

Would be nice to have ergonomic seats, premium internet service, business services, like a meeting room with a flat screen tv, snacks other amenities.

What a wonderful value in Puebla Centro Histórico! The furnishings are basic but it has all the essentials (desk, 2 chairs, ample lighting and outlets, TV, mini split heat and air conditioning, good quality towels and toiletries.) Beds are firm, maybe a bit less than is typical in Mexico, but we both slept well. Water in both shower and sink was hot with good pressure. Everything was clean and our room room was serviced while we were out. There is a modern, functioning elevator. The rooftop terrace is very pleasant. Staff is kind and courteous. Location is close to all the attractions and restaurants of Centro Histórico.

The room was clean and spacious, with really cool lighting. Nice big window, with blinds. the bathroom was incredible. Rainfall shower, which was so cool, and nice hot water.

The parking situation was a little annoying. It was valet parking. I am under the impression that getting it validated by the hotel allows you to cut some percentage off of the total cost. Overnight for us it was $160 MXN.

All the staff, beginning with Enrique, ably assisted by Brenda, were great. Turn left or right when you leave the hotel, walk a couple of blocks and you're in the middle of something that makes Puebla a terrific city to spend more time in than you'd originally planned. There is a lively local bar, an unusual coffee shop/restaurant, a Circle K convenience store, and a bakery steps away. The hotel is modern, the room spacious, the bed large and comfortable, the amenities generous, and it is all kept very clean. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, the water hot; the TV and A/C behave as intended. A good breakfast is served on the roof which provides very good views and is open for other meals. There's a small workout area and a bar up there too, but BYO is ok for guests. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very central. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are very well designed, with quite modern fittings. The staff was quite friendly also. The terrace and the gym are also a very nice addition.

While the reception could be a little bit more friendly designed, the biggest drawback was the very poor soundproofing of the room. At one point, we heard the vibration alarm of one of our neighbors phone at 6:30 a.m. and we asked ourselves whether there was a phone in our own room. You can hear people talking in the hallway or moving chairs up on the rooftop. While we could sleep very well and sound, it was not because the soundproofing was good but because they were probably not many guests in the hotel.

☆☆☆☆☆ Staff is superb! Extremely helpful and accommodating. Shout out to Enrique who took the initiative to upgrade our room in order to make us more comfortable as I am traveling with an almost nonagenarian and I'm mobility compromised. He also made taxi reservations and recommendations to leave from Paseo Destino bus terminal (30 mins from hotel) to Mexico City Airport (2.5 hrs away). Rooms are exceptionally clean. Room safe available. Elevator access. 300 meters from "El Parian" shopping market. Rooftop restaurant with top-shelf liquor. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. On-site parking available.

Amazing staff. They were so helpful and professional. When we were sick they cooked rice for us. We are so happy with the facilities and was a great value for money. We saw different rooms and they are all so bright. Highly recommended.

Very clean place right in the heart of Puebla highly recommended. A big shout out to the Manager Brenda at the front desk. Such a delightful lady who went out of her way to help. We would love to stay in the same hotel in future. All the best Brenda and thank you very much, we hope to see you again. The staff were very friendly and willing to help in what ever way, they also have a laundry facility reasonably price.

No breakfast or tea or coffee available which we believe was post corona, the terrace on the other hand where the coffee shop is located has a great view. Clean and great place to sit up.

Fantastic hotel. Wonderful central location. Hotel and rooms contain modern decor and furnishings/fittings which is lovely. Rooms are big and bright. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
