The second time we are here. The same kindness of the owners and staff. Amazing soothing view from the spacious terrace of the sea and the sunset in wonderful colors. The delicious sea food must be tasted in their restaurant. The apartment is spacious with a new bathroom. The breakfast is unique , with hot, homemade, steaming bread..Nikos, thank you for everything, see you again.

We stayed for one night while traveling to Zakynthos and were extremely satisfied. The location is fantastic, and the staff was incredibly friendly, which we truly appreciated. The food was delicious, and everything was perfect. We would like to thank the hosts for welcoming us so warmly. We highly recommend this place!

A good hotel for it's price, with almost 100 years is normal that some facilities are old. The apartment was big, not the newest but functional. They got a good restaurant with abundant portions

The cleaning is a little bit bad, hair in the shower. Not good equipment for cooking

With its superb location, magnificent nature and hospitality, it is a hotel I would like to stay at every vacation. Try local delicacies and seafood at the hotel's own restaurant. Many thanks to the hotel staff and owners who hosted us as their own guests, rather than as hotel guests.

The owner Nikos, its a very welcoming and kind host. He was waiting for us with a free parking spot in a middle o sunday day very crowded. The hotel has rooms with seaside view and also a taverna with many varieties of fish and sea food. All the personal its very friendly mostly with kids. We stayed there 2 nights and we were asked every time we met someone from the hotel if we need someting else or if everything its all right. At the departure they gave us some hot fresh home made bread, they have there a stone oven where they cook their own bread, which its very tasty( reminded us of our childhood grandma bread) Hope w'll return there in the future!

breakfast can be improved

We were here for the third time. The same kindness, attention and dedication. Returning for the third and not the last time is a sign that this is the place where we feel peace and enjoy the unique nature, the delicious seafood and the captivating sea.

The host and service were first rate. The new modern marble bathroom was spotless . It’s like stepping back to the 1950s with no kids with cell phones and a really wonderful view from the upstairs porches. Best value for money in 15 years of travelling. So relaxing!

No serious drawbacks

Beautiful place overlooking the bay. Very friendly, hospitable and generous staff and owner, despite the language gap. Value for money.

The AC in the room required some tinkering to get it working.

The breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent! They let us choose which room we liked better, and the bed was really comfy. Super clear, and in addition the restaurant is right downstairs with fresh fish from Amvrakikos! Delicious

Wide range of check in time. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking right next to the building. Tasty food in the restaurant. Rich breakfast I was exhausted after a long trip and wasn't in a shape to sit in the restaurant so the staff brought me a food to the room, which was welcome relief.
