An exceptionally clean apartment that feels like a 5-star hotel. The location is unbeatable—just a 2-minute walk to Marylebone Station, offering direct access to Bicester Village via Chiltern Railways. Nearby bus stops provide convenient connections to popular tourist attractions and shopping districts. The apartment is well-equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing board, and iron. Additionally, the housekeeper is incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Please note that there is no lift, and the stairways are narrow, which might be challenging for those with large or heavy luggage. The streets can be quite quiet at night, especially towards Edgware Road, so it’s advisable to stay alert and aware of your surroundings while walking during late hours.

I have been staying Marylebone apartments for 9 years so know what to expect. Pluses are that it is more spacious and cheaper than the average hotel room and we can do our own cooking, or breakfast. Plus not disturbed by hotel staff all the time. Fit and finish is rather basic but it is comfortable enough, not withstanding the heat. Location is superb between Marylebone and Edgware Road stops on Tube. It presents good value compared to a hotel.

Huge lumpy pillows, there is no air con, and if you are in the rooms at the top of the house you have to drag your bags up to 50+ stairs.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment! It was clean, well-maintained, and warm, which made us feel right at home. The location is simply fantastic—right in the heart of London, close to everything! There are two underground stations, a train station, and plenty of buses just a short walk away, making it super easy to explore the city. A special thank you to Mr. Bhatti, who welcomed us with a big smile and a warm attitude. He was incredibly friendly and always ready to help, even sharing his direct contact in case we needed anything—such a thoughtful gesture! This place has a true English charm, and we highly recommend it for couples or small families looking for a great stay in London. Best wishes from our whole family to Mr. Bhatti!

Liked the layout of the apartment with a separate bedroom, sitting/eating area and kitchen with good cooking facilities. Enjoyed the area - lots of eating places of all nationalities. Liked the fact that there was tea, coffee and milk, and we were visited by the friendly cleaner/caretaker to make sure we had everything we needed.

The bed was comfortable but the pillows were quite hard. Would have liked a reading light on both sides. The kitchen was very good, but lacked a tin-opener. Being next to the main entrance hall we heard all the comings and goings, and also the faint rumblings of tube trains.

The flat was very clean, easy to find, and generally quiet (except when people were talking outside the window and entering/leaving through the entrance - our flat was on the ground floor next to the entrance). Wifi, heating, TV, shower etc were working perfectly. It was very easy to get in touch with the property through phone calls. I met Bhatti who had just finished cleaning the flat when I arrived. He had very kindly checked on us on both mornings to see if we needed anything (extra coffee sachets, loo rolls). Overall, an excellent place to stay, not to mention there are two tube stations just around the corner.

The bathroom was very tiny but functional and clean nonetheless.

The location was perfect, you had two metro station nearby (Marylebone and Edward road). The apartment was a perfect English home. We loved it, it was very comfortable but the bathroom as we were aware of it was very small. If you are a big person, you’ll probably won’t fit in the shower unfortunately. We had a problem with the washing machine and house keeping appeared immediately the next day to check it out. They offered shampoo y soap and extra towels. Wonderful! We fully recommend it! We could cook perfectly too!!

Location is quite and yet accessible to station. Good size of rooms and living room.

Since we have a number of luggages (from overseas traveling), the basement location of the unit is a hassle and tiring for us. When we arrived late from airport in the rain, we managed to find the unit but could not open the door with the given code. We tried to call the number stated on the Booking.com message but no answer because it was off office hour. Luckily we found an emergency number on the main door and called it. The person on the other end insisted that they have given us the correct code. But clearly it didn’t work. After several requests they finally gave us the correct code. It took us about 15min to get the code ! This should not have happened.

Superb apartment for a short stay in London - 3min walk to both Marylebone and Edgware Road tube stations and also close to M&S Food and Tesco Express for supplies. Great communication from the host in advance of our stay, and easy to access the property once there. Beds comfortable, apartment was clean, tidy and warm. Towels were fluffy. Kitchen small but totally functional for what you need it for on a short stay. Some people have complained about the noise of the tube - we were in the basement and, yes, you notice it, but it's really not a problem - just a bit of background noise that you soon get used to and filter out. Wifi very good.

TV had dodgy signal that meant it kept losing picture and sound. We had planned to use the sofa bed in the lounge, and by luck the cleaner/manager was there when we arrived to show us where the bed linen for this was - without him we'd have struggled to find it, and it would have meant a frantic phone call to the host.

It was perfect for our needs - stayed there with a friend after a day in London. Everywhere was clean and tidy; the bedroom was well equipped and comfy, good quality clean bedding and towels. Bathroom had toiletries provided and a great shower. Kitchen seemed well equipped too with some tea, coffee and even single serves of milk in the fridge. Lounge had a sofa bed (bedding under the lift-up section), large coffee table, small side table and a small kitchen table with 2 chairs. Great location and would definitely recommend it and stay there again. Easy to find and easy code entry to the building and room.

It's located at the top so quite a few sets of stairs (no lift) so tricky with heavy bags. Once settled it's no problem. The kitchen table is not designed for a family but fine for a couple. The heating was left on but way too high when we arrived (25 degrees) but the windows opened easily and modern fans were provided and the thermostat was easy to adjust. The lovely large bed is pushed up to one wall so one of you can't get out as easily.

(the one bedroom in ground floor) - Fantastic location. Very clean. Reasonably comfortable. Good temperature inside. Well stocked and clean bathroom. Good (albeit small) kitchen

A little compact (but you saw that from the pics and description). Would be comfortable for two. A little less so for 3. Too tight for 4 I would say. Would appreciate hooks and shelves inside to hang the coats/jackets for example. But no major complaints. (Note there were no replies to written communication, but very helpful when you call them up on the number provided (so may as well remove the messaging option?)
