The property was in a great location and the room was clean and comfortable. What really stood out was the exceptional staff, I messaged prior to my stay to ask for something special for my anniversary and they made some cute decorations with the towels and some paper petals on the bed. Although it would’ve been nice if they had options to pay for additional celebratory features, such as cakes, wine or champagne, balloons, etc. it was still nice of them regardless to do it out the kindness of their heart. I also ordered a parcel to the hotel which arrived late and by the time it came I had left London, they cooperated exceptionally to help me recover the parcel by sending it off back to me. Very friendly staff, very professional, would definitely stay again if you want a lower budget option.

Room was quite small

Great location. Two minutes walk from both Baker Street and Marylebone stations. Rooms were really clean and well equipped. Very impressed with the Dental Kit in the bathroom. I’d forgotten to pack my toothbrush so saved me having to buy one….. There’s an empty mini fridge to keep things cold and a microwave to heat things up

We paid for breakfast and whilst there was plenty available, the hot food (bacon, sausages, scrambled egg etc) in the heated section was cold. Did get a nice hot fried egg cooked to order though. Hopefully it was a one off blip as everything else regarding our stay was great….

This is a gem of a hotel in an excellent location close to coffee shops, restaurants, and within walking distance to Oxford Street. My single room was bijoux but with absolutely everything you could need - nice touch providing a microwave alongside tea making facilities. Staff were very welcoming and so polite nothing was too much trouble. Lots of choice for breakfast as well. I was not expecting such a high standard for the price and in this location.

The only negative that should be made very clear is that there is no lift (that I could see) because it is a converted period property. The stairs are quite narrow and winding and anyone with mobility issues would definitely struggle if placed on the second floor or above.

The room was small but it is a central .location at an affordable price.Shower etc good a d underfloor heating in bathroom great. Unfortunately we couldn't control the aircon in the bedroom and didn't have time to ask as we had to rush off to Kensington and returned late and tired. I have mobility issues and was promised a ground floor room but got 1st floor and no lift. Negotiating stair after steps in tube painful. Breakfast was plentiful a d good choice.Staff very attentive and helpful at it and perfect.y cooked.

Instructions on how to control aircon in writing with diagrams.

Bright, clean and very comfy for our stay. The staff were so very friendly all the time. Our room was over the road from reception and where breakfast was served. Our room was small but very comfortable and it had everything we needed for our stay. There were toiletries, tea/coffee & even a mini fridge. Breakfast was a small buffet of bacon, sausage, scrambled/hard boiled egg, beans, chicken sausage, hash browns & tomatoes/mushrooms, bread, cheeses, yoghurts & mini pastries. It all tasted really nice. The coffee that was served in the machine was so nice! There were even take away cups. The location of the hotel was great, it was only a few minutes walk from Baker Street underground which got you everywhere you needed to go in London. London zoo was a 30 minute walk through Regent’s Park which was lovely. There were restaurants & cafes close by too for lunches & evening meals. Overall, a fantastic stay & would happily stay again in the future!

It wasn’t an issue personally, but the only thing would be it isn’t accessible friendly. There are no elevators & the stairs are quite steep, both going up to the rooms and down stairs for breakfast.

I loved the location, the kettle, the teas and the cookies, the heated floor in the bathroom was so nice, I really loved that they had a real tea cup and spoon and not disposable ones. Everyone was really helpful and nice. I was able to leave my luggage for a couple of hours with no additional cost which is always nice. I liked having a desk to write on. I loved the shower head from above, though I had to unrust it for the flow to be fuller. The pillows were comfortable, which is rare in hotels.

The mattress was really uncomfortable and small, the comforter was too narrow. The furniture was simple.

I highly recommend this hotel! Great, nice and quiet neighborhood with walking distance to both Marylebone and Baker street metro station (about 5 mins walk). The National Express coach station to Stansted airport is just 2 mins walk down the same street. Nice and very clean room (even though it was quite small). The room was equipped with both microwave and a small fridge, which was a big bonus. Comfy bed with excellent pillows! Nice and clean bathroom! Great shower with good water pressure and drainage. Super friendly and helpful staff with high service, that will help you with whatever you might need. Traveled with my 15-year old daughter on a mother and daughter trip. Will absolutely book this hotel again!

No power outage in the bathroom, so a bit inconvenient that you can’t blow dry your hair in the same place after shower (or using shaver if you’re a man).

Staff were helpful and courteous, happy to help. We were able to store our luggage before check in whilst we went to the theatre. When we arrived late in the evening, we were taken to our room and helped with our luggage. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The en suite had a good shower over the bath. Having a fridge, microwave and tea/coffee facilities was great. The location of the hotel is good - walking distance to Baker St and Marylebone tube stations.

Our room was in the basement. It did have a window but it looked out onto a wall. This didn't matter to us because we were arriving late and not spending a lot of time in the room, but it feels important to mention.

Great location, friendly staff. Luggage storage. Small room but really clean, complimentary canned drinks & water.

Our room was on the other side of the road in a different building. Would have preferred being in the manned side of the hotel as travelling as a lone woman with an 8 year old. A heads up on this as a possibility in the booking information would have allowed an informed choice to be made at the time of booking.

Great location, bags carried to room, comfortable bed, good shower room, television, microwave, small fridge, hair dryer, kettle with ample tea/coffee makings; and toiletries.

Was noisier st night than we were expecting on the third floor- externally - maybe due to marathon preparations or maybe not? Waterfall shower head needs cleaning. We also had a really annoying intermittent beep in the room, which went off eventually but we turned off everything in trying to locate it!
