The room and staff exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff was always ready and available to help, even with small trivial problems not even involving the hotel. The room was just big enough to still feel warm and cozy. We were on the seventh floor and had a nice view of the apartment buildings across the street. No city view, sadly, but considering the bed is right next to the window, it wouldn't be ideal anyway as it would be harder to sleep. The room came equipped with everything a traveller could want. No need to pack soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, a quality hair dryer - it was all provided for us in the room. The kitchen also has everything one might need - toaster, kettle, coffee machine, you name it. The hotel also offers a laundry service! If you're looking for a small apartment you can relax in while not running around London, this is definitely the place to book. Both Edgeware road and Paddington station are also a very short walk from it.

The alarm system went off at an ungodly hour of the night once, but technical difficulties happen.

Madona :) she offered me a cup of coffee when i was waiting for check in and it was a very nice coffee. Later on the day and again while i was waiting another staff offered me a cup of coffee … that was very nice welcoming. Room is big and very clean … location is also very good near Paddington station and Edward road.

I honestly liked the hotel a lot and i was going to give it 10/10 but while checking out staff was a bit too much and he even tried to rate the hotel himself in booking while holding my phone this is the reason to give it 9/10. That was the only negative thing otherwise everything was excellent and staff were very nice.

Position between two underground station and many bus stop. Supermarkets and restaurants near. Space of the room and the equipments Materials and finishing of each part of the room new and tecnology solutions in order to reduce the energy consumption. High level of quality

honestly I loved everything and have no complaints at all. maybe a slight inconvenience was that the floor needed a bit more mopping. but that isn’t a plausible complaint but as a dad with a baby. I would’ve loved the floor to be more clean for my baby to crawl without me worrying he might pick up something and eat it. also another note is that the place is slightly understaffed for the amount of guests staying. so service is kind of slow if you want them to send anything to your room. but if you go down to the reception and pick up things yourself the staff would be lovely to help you and it would be much faster for you.

The room was clean and service by Monica was excellent. She made sure our stay was comfortable and truly enjoyable. She was so ready to serve us with a smile.

A staff named Yehiah an Eyptian by origin was very unscrupulous. He took over Monica and kept saying that Uber was not trustworthy and booked a cab for us which he claimed was with the Hotel. The ride that came was horrible. The driver looked sleazy and like a thug. We immediately requested to get a ride to the airport by the London Cab. Both the driver and another Eyptian staff kept pushing us to give a reason. It was a horrible experience. I stood my ground and insisted to get a ride by the London cab. Quickly Monica took over when she saw what was happening. I'm so grateful for Monica.

Well equipped, clean and spacious studio. Loved our stay!

The double bed was joined with two single beds which was a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel entrance is so lovely, warm and welcoming. There is the most beautiful scent as you walk in! The staff were friendly and helpful! I mentioned on my welcome email the day before it was my daughter's 9th birthday and her first time in London and the staff left her a lovely little card, some sweets and some brownies in the room which was lovely and came in handy for the theatre later that night! She was really made up and felt so special, the staff always spoke with her and kind. Location was brilliant to Paddington and connecting tube stations 5 mins walk on Edgware Road. And there is a lovely little canal and square nearby with some shops and restaurants.

Nothing, the hotel was lovely! The only issue was that there was a problem with our door shutting properly as we left for the evening, I informed the front desk and they were very helpful and understanding. It wasn't fully resolved on return as when we discovered it was quite late in the afternoon/early evening, but the door could be bolted when inside and didn't cause any real issue. I just politely reminded them in the morning, the staff were apologetic but I said there was no need, it was just to give them time to sort it for future guests.

The room was tidy and comfortable, with enough space for two adults and a small child (in a fold-out bed) with a kitchenette that had enough for us to prepare our breakfast and dinner in. The laundrette was very convenient for travelling with a messy three year old. There's a Marks and Spencer Simply Food within an easy walk of the hotel, and other services and dining options in Paddington Basin. If you're up for a long walk, Hyde Park is not too far away.

If you're trying to walk from Paddington station, it's a bit of a trek with luggage but can be done. The Edgware Rd station on the Bakerloo is much easier to do.

We stayed for 5 nights. It is close to two stations (within walking distance). The kitchen is small but it is modern and adequate with wonderful smeg appliances. Bed and sofa bed mattresses are comfortable. Supermarket is nearby as well. Staff were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating to requests. There is a self-service laundry in the basement. Overall, we had a great stay at Wilde.

The room is a bit small. They only clean the room if you stay more than 7 nights. However, they will come and empty the bins upon request.
