We stayed here for 3 nights. And we really enjoyed our stay so much. Staffs were super duper helpful and friendly. Especially Ms. Alexandra and Mr. Frank. The owner is generous enough by giving their guests with free and variety choices of Coffee and Teas. We love it so much especially the weather was cold, they even provided cup lid for guests to prepare coffee/tea and bring out. The beautiful views from our room is a plus. We get to enjoyed the alps all days. Lovely! Although we shared bathroom with others. All toilets and bathrooms were cleaned at all times. They even cleaned our room everyday. I'm so impressed with their service. Location wise, there is a supermarket Norma (if I'm not mistaken) for just 2mins walk. Super convenient. Bus 21 just opposite the hotel and it brings you everywhere. We love the Day Pass, where this pass allows you to travel unlimited by bus, tram etc in Salzburg for 24hours for just 4.50 euro. You can get this ticket at Reception Counter. Overall, I love this place so much. You guys made me feel at home and welcomed. Thank you! But one suggestion, It would be nicer if a small shared Kitchen is provided tho :)

This hotel is a great spot for a Salzburg visit, not far from the main train station and right next to a bus stop and bus 21, 10 minutes to the main part of town. The beds were comfortable, we had four people in a two-room suite with a bath. Clean and had daily housekeeping. There's a patio table and chairs right outside the door in a garden courtyard. Unfortunately the weather didn't allow us to use it. Coffee and tea avaiable in the main building, and we had an electric tea kettle in the room.

Outside stairs going down to the room need better lighting; have a flashlight with you.

We stayed in a two-room apartment which was much larger than we expected for the price. It had absolutely everything we needed for cooking and even more (like a whole jar of ground coffee). The staff was very friendly and made sure we feel welcomed and comfortable. It was also very convenient that we could buy bus tickets at the reception, since I found the Salzburg Verkehr app quite difficult to use. It really feels like the staff and the owners care for the guests' comfort.

There is really nothing to complain about. The hotel is not in the city center, the city center is about 30 minutes by foot, so keep that in mind. We had no issues using a bus.

Friendly, polite and helpful staff The apartment is Clean and tidy Location is very near to the bus stop. 1 bus stop to the old town just across the street and 1 bus stop along the building to Salzburg HBF. Very convenient. Luggage drop before check-in is indeed very helpful. Old town city map is available at the counter.

It would be a bonus if the building had a lift. Do note that they have units on the ground floor. Mine is an apartment to accommodate 6 pax on the 2nd floor. However, they already notify us months before our date..so we mentally prepared. I know that providing a lift is not an easy setup but to have washer/dryer will be excellent 👍

I got the room on the ground floor as I can't manage stairs well.

The owner is super helpful, the rooms, toilets and showers are nice, and it's just a 10 minute walk from Salzburg Hbf. For the price, it's unbeatable. There's also a coffee machine and a microwave available!

The only downside is that it's along some rather dark roads and across a small industrial area from Hbf, so walking between the hotel and the Hbf at night is not too pleasant. There's also only a few bus stops around, so for some connections the most convenient thing is just to walk all the way to the bus station at Südtiroler Platz next to the Hbf.

good and friendly communication. The room was clean, and the noise from the streets was not noticeable. You can walk to the centrum in +/- 20 minutes, or just use the bus stop, a few meters from the hotel. We had a shower in the room, but the toilet was shared. This was not a problem. Free coffee was offered in the mornings. We had a free parking spot for our car.

Breakfast was rather expensive for what was offered, so we skipped that.

A very nice pension, with a very nice garden, and in an excellent location. The price was affordable with a shared bathroom and toilet. They provided me with parking for free, without any problems.

There is no air conditioning in the rooms. The first night was too hot and the fan was not enough. I think a portable air conditioner would be the right solution. I think that for the breakfast of 10 euros per person, they could add some eggs, sausages and the like. The breakfast is quite monotonous and needs to be enriched a little more.

I loved almost everything. The room was very clean and comfortable, there was a separate toilet on each floor, the staff were polite and kind, the location was close to the bus stop and train station, and they even provided free coffee. Even the ATM was just across the street.

The only downside was that they didn't offer a laundry service or a self-service laundry facility. However, the staff were kind enough to provide the contact information and location of a nearby laundry service.

Very nice property. Facilities were all available as mentioned. Room was smallish but very well designed so actually we never felt any lack of space - it was all very ergonomic and convenient and beds were very comfortable. Communication and check-in was very smooth. The staff was the friendliest and most helpful that we have encountered in a long time! The property also has a lovely backyard garden that we really liked.

Not much really. The toilets were mostly clean - as much as they can be when its shared. But a couple of times we found them to be needing a bit of a clean. I know the staff are doing the most they can and it was only because the other guests weren't taking the necessary care - so maybe there could be a notice for other guests to take better care when they use the toilets. The location of the property is a little away from the city centre but there are good transport links and it wasn't an issue. We were hiring a car from Europcar and it worked out really well for us as their office is only a few mins walk from the property.
