All of the staff were so helpful especially the girls at reception, one name I remember Antia. She did the check in and out. She made us feel so welcome and the check in was seamless , offered us a glass of bubbly and our room was upgrade which was very unexpected and really appreciated. The courtesy bus to the golf course was great.

We didn’t like all the people milling around in the dining room which felt like a very large canteen. There was nothing pleasant about mealtimes which was a bit of a scrum for the food.The food was generally very varied and good. The layout could be better in the dining room so people aren’t wandering past you as you are trying to eat.

The location is very close to Airport. The beach and small shopping mall are close by. Pretty clean rooms and hotel.

The same food every day for breakfast. You will get tired of it very quickly. We didn't buy lunch and dinners and were able to have it somewhere outside and with better variety. Our towel got stolen. People are booking the spots next to the pool very early so it quickly gets out of the loungers, haha. Water in one of the pools was quite "used" or dirty after the foam party - no idea how often dot they refill the pool.

Beautiful hotel, relaxing and stylish. Reception staff were helpful and quick to respond when our shower broke. The entertainment at the hotel was very good and the staff member that stands out and that made us all feel so welcome was Dan. He is a real gem, easy to talk to and made us feel like valued guests

The hotel is a 15 min walk from most restaurants if you’re not an all inclusive guest. Not much info at reception about eating out.

The room was very comfortable with a super king bed, very comfortable, lovely bedding and towels, amazingly clean, great accessories, they seem to have thought of every thing. Loved the private balcony. The staff couldn’t do enough for us, they were all so cheerful and polite and nothing was too much trouble. The bar staff were very efficient and polite, there was entertainment in the bar which was well received by everyone there. The outdoor area is lovely and well kept. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

We've always avoided hotels not so distant from airports, but this Elba was a nice exception. We truly consider coming back. Nice rooms, clean facilities, fresh food. They have a nice small beach perfect for kids. The buffet is good if included in your package. Otherwise, i find it a bit overpriced if paid as additional..

You have to pay or give a deposit for everything (towels, safe ...) That's ok for some hotels, but not for the price you pay for this one

pools amazing if you are a smoker you can smoke at your sun bed no rushing for sunbeds in morning spacious rooms pool and sea view

we were all inclusive the food needs to be labelled better for example salads which contain fish as I’m allergic should say they contain fish and not for example ‘chefs special’ meat and fish should be no where near each other ever also I feel you should be able to get bottled water from bars in hotel if u want one instead of dispenser I would like to see more comfortable seating in rooms and lounges.

This is our favourite hotel in the world. We always enjoy staying here. The staff are wonderful. I definitely recommend signing up to fidelity. They always give us an upgrade. We have stayed in different elba properties and the carlota is our favourite. The food is fantastic even for all Inclusive. The pool and all the facilities are amazing. We love this hotel and will be back soon for sure.

This a lovely hotel! The rooms were lovely and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Lovely grounds and right on the beach! We were upgraded to a pool view which was lovely and really appreciated. Great breakfast selection too! The staff were really friendly and helpful and the location was ideal for us. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

We were really happy with the hotel overall. we did use the gym a few times and it was rather hot there. It seemed the air conditioning wasn’t working well. There was also no water available on one of the days at the gym which didn’t help. But otherwise everything was great!

The hotel is not far from the airport and it can be reached by a bus. Most of the staffs are really friendly and helpful, especially the young lady working at the reception. Room is quite spacious and clean, beds are comfortable. We love the balcony a lot. It has a nice view and we were even able to see the sunrise from the balcony.

Our stay at this hotel was great. Everywhere was clean, the rooms nicely equipped. The food was very good and the staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely this hotel is worth a visit and we felt very comfortable in it.

One small minus is that sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach are not included in the price of the hotel and you have to pay 4€ per piece each time. They say the beach is not private to the hotel, but the money is collected by hotel staff. You also have to pay for the large beds by the pool. You don’t have to pay for normal sunbeds by the pool.
