Property was in a great location yet quiet by night. We requested a ground floor room if possible due to health issue and were offered a choice of 2 rooms at check in. Staff at reception were super efficient, friendly and willing to chat. Property was clean with regular cleaning service.

Property is a little dated and jaded in appearance but the cleanliness coupled with friendly and efficient staff made up for that.

Awesome location, right in the middle of town, apartment has open plan living with separate bedroom as well a veranda. Great size pool with a very reasonably priced pool bar that has happy hours and great service. Service at reception was great for check in and the place is dated but very very clean. I would stay there again. Great value for money.

Just a bit dated, but it was a very authentic place, so it was actually quite charming.

The location of these apartments is spot on. Near to beach, shops and restaraunts. No.14 has a balcony to the front, so not very private.

Rooms are a bit data, Shower definately needs a refurb or replacing. But to be honest, we were out most of the day, so it was fine for what we needed. Stayed in room 14. It has a nice sized balcony but is a bit exposed and does not offer a lot privacy.

Clean near all shops and restaurants etc Staff lovely and helpful

Nobody to help with bags to apartment as lost of stairs but would not put me off staying again it was beautiful

Was clean and comfortable, close to the beach and shops all within a couple mins walking distance. Pool was cleaned every morning, staff were friendly and the happy hour twice a day was a bonus!

There was some construction work going on behind the hotel which had us up early in a morning but that is not the hotels fault

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was excellent and very type of food to suit everyone the taxi service from the hotel was excellent and only about 3 euro to town lovely friendly and relaxing few days I would go back again thanks to the staff

Mattress was a bit hard

I have to say that the staff, from Reception, through Cleaners, to Maintenance, were exceptional. They were friendly, cheerful and very helpful. All my queries and requests were dealt with immediately and with professionalism normally attributed to a 5 star hotel. Personally, I will be back. Hopefully in September/October.

.Generally the whole complex needs attention and can do with a large amount of TLC. A lot of the empty space could be turned into a money making situation of one sort or another. However I hope to return in September/October

Fabulous central location. All the staff are happy, friendly and efficient. It’s my preferred place to stay in Caleta. I LOVE❤️IT. 10/10 from me.

1. I had to leave, to go back to work. 2. It could do with a bit of updating.

No restaurant there but are out loads of choices

Patio area no place to sit out & enjoy at our room & rooftop bar & pool stairs up not assible on walking aid grounds uneven but managed badly!
