At first location, close to the beach and many cafes and shops around. Gentleman at reception was very, very helpful . His kindness makes my stay very safe and comfortable . At the bathroom, you will find shower gel , body wash , soap , toothbrush ,comb, and hairdryer.

The hotel definitely needs some refreshment and minor renovation. There are 2 terraces with a beautiful view, but there are no chairs or loungers.Next to hotel is night club, sometimes can be noisy over night

Booked for a Sunday night before our flight. Ideal for what we wanted. We wanted a budget room after our holiday.Yes they told us about the music playing at night but we were aware due to reviews. This wasn't a problem fan was on in our room for back ground noise and it didn't disturb mine or my husbands sleep. Staff were brilliant and very helpful. Yes the hotel is a bit tired but this was a over night stay and not a problem.

Had a kettle in the room and fridge but no cups.

Central, basic, but lovely extras like water, toiletries. The service is welcoming, it was our second stay there. Only ever 1 or 2 nights when travelling and would always use.

For a long stay holiday, it is not a resort with bar, food etc but for basic short stays you cannot moan about location or welcome

It is located 3 minutes far from Beach and Cruise terminal. On the other hand, walking up the street you will find a beautiful alee of cafes and restaurants where you can grab coffee and tapas before hitting the road. on the ground floor (Seaview side of the hotel) located a night pub, so if you are going to sleep at 22 you better take a room with no view or street view. Manager and staff was so welcoming!

Good value for money, simple clean rooms with small Fridge and TV. Perfect for me as a solo Traveller. The Area is busy with Cafe`s, Bars and Shopping Centrum. Close to the Beach Playa Chica, around 5 min walking. Friendly welcoming Staff, thanks. All in one a nice stay, would recommend. Don`t go to Puerto del Rosario if you`re looking for a Ballermann 6. Go there if you like sun, relaxing and see local lifestyle, superfriendly people there around.

Tamasite seems to be the only hotel in Puerto del Rosario. It is located in the centre, about 10 minutes walk from the bus station and equally 10 minutes walk from the only mall in the town, La Rotonda (with a supermarket open MO-SA). There are some further smaller shops and restaurants around. The hotel is in a blue house which actually can be spotted even from the plane, because there is no other house of this colour around. It is visibly an older building but the rooms are standard and clean. There are four floors with rooms, higher you get, fewer rooms there are on the floor, because the building has an irregular structure. There is a view from the roof. My room was on the second floor. I arrived about 2 hours prior to the normal check in time but the man at the reception checked me in immediately. He even made me choose from several rooms and explained the advantages and disadvantages of all of them (view, noise from the street, noise from a music bar). I was quite satisfied with the room I chose, it had a small balcony and the view of the main street. A higher floor would have been probably even better but as I only spent nights in my room, it was fine with me like this. The rooms are simple but I was positively surprised to find a fridge and a tea/coffee making kettle there. Since the hotel does not have a restaurant (no breakfast available), it is useful to have those for evening teas or morning coffees. There seemed to be only one person (a man) at the reception and he was incredibly nice and helpful. When I arrived, he explained all about what to find where in Puerto del Rosario. And whenever there was a problem, he fixed it immediately. Thanks to his kindness, I have opted for the 10 mark, though I have so minor critical comments (in the other column). All in all, I was happy with my stay at the Tamasite hotel and would choose it again if back to Fuerteventura. It is an ideal place for solo travellers who want to discover the island using buses.

1) The wifi did not work very well in my room. 2) The walls were rather thin. And unfortunately, some of the guests were very noisy (playing loud music, slamming the door and speaking loudly when they came home at 3 am, etc.). This obviously is not the fault of the hotel.

Very friendly staff, good location and easy to get access to the coast / beach and lots of nice restaurants around. Close to the airport as you can take the taxi and bus.

The room is a little small, and don't expect too much with the facility.

We loved the great hospitality and how the room was prepared for us ( details like new toothbrushes and toothpaste, shower gels, shampoos and even a mini combs!). The very kind receptionist showed us on the map where to go and eat etc and in the morning he called a taxi for us. Great hospitality, thank you!

Night time one neighbour downstairs invited a prostitute for two hours and our sleeping was disturbed by their noise.

Best location. Cafés, restaurants and shops are in close vicinity. You reach the bus station in 10 minutes and the port in about 5 minutes. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Reliable daily room service is appreciated.

There 's a noisy club closeby. So don't return to your room too early after dinner.

My room was clean and tidy, and the staff were pleasant.

What could have been better? – The room I stayed in could do with a lick of paint.
