Very nice hotel with lovely reception area and bar, bottled water and paid for meals and snacks for guests. Our room was huge, it felt like a very fancy suite and had a full bath tub and separate shower which was a real luxury after only showers for two weeks. Valet parking attendants were also nice and helpful. Great location right in the centre of the city and very close to the Vikings Stadium which was the primary reason for our visit.

We were nearly overcharged for our valet parking as we used it for one less day than we stayed. I explained this to the valet when picking up the car but the reception staff still charged me for a day I hadn't used. I noticed it on the invoice and explained, and it was refunded straight away, but obviously it would have been better had it not happened at all.

We came up for the Vikings game and have never stayed at the centric before. The room was way bigger than we expected the beds were really comfortable The bathroom was beautiful The staff were exceedingly friendly and attentive and went above and beyond helping us. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay there every time I come back for a game again This is now my favorite hotel. Just an all-round great experience Thank you!!!!

I can't say I didn't even like it but the parking wasn't in the hotel but the valet parking the guys were so cool And so friendly and got our car right now

Simply put some bottled water in the room, its not too much to ask. You wake up in the night thirsty, your not going to go down to the lobby in your night clothes. Such a simple thing and so needed.

i liked the space. very clean, very comfortable. The water worked perfectly. I loved the fridge and how cold everything got quick. I loved the wedding area that I was in. It was just so nice.

well, I didn’t like the fact that I booked a room online and I seen pictures and I booked the room. I want it exactly and at first they gave me a small room. It was really small and it was nothing compared to what I had asked for I have to go all the way downstairs to get a new room which I end up getting it even better. I’m not complaining, but if the pictures are accurate, I don’t want to see it.

The location was good and in the center of the city. The room was very nice and the bed was one of the best hotel beds I've ever slept in. We travel quite frequently, and this was a great place to stay. It was a bit pricey but on par as to value of the quality of the room.

Parking was cumbersome. The staff was friendly but not above par considering the vibe that you are attempting to create.

Shower size was nice. Good room size. Fitness center is amazing! Staff were really helpful, specifically Aly (spelling?)

Refrigerator was too small. Could use better parking considering the challenges with downtown and driving and such. Continental breakfast should be offered for what's paid. The side elevator for carts to get outside for luggage seems really inefficient. The inside elevators need to double in size to better fit the luggage carts. Closet lighting was almost nonexistent, so that definitely could be improved.

Some staff are nice, the staffs help my check out are super friendly and funny. Very good gym. excellent location, everything is nearby.

When I check in , the lady at reception assign me a room with continuing vibration noise. And I came down to switch room, she acts cold and ignore me all time , leave me to another staff there. Though the male staff dealing my inquiry is nice, but the white lady who assigned the room to me reacts ignorance and cold. luckily the property manager was able to upgrade my booking the next day which gave me a quiet room for the rest of 4 nights staying.

Great location and great value. Big clean, quiet room with great value. Friendly staff. Nice mini market in lobby area if you run short of snacks and soda. Will definitely stay again.

Wish it were still The Grand Hotel. The Grand had early morning coffee service delivered to your room if you ordered the night before. Now it is a typical big hotel chain, not that is bad. I did order room service breakfast. It was just ok. Food reminded me what you get at Dennys but served on paper takeout. Bad coffee.

The hotel staff was fantastic. They were very helpful, polite and always welcoming. They recognized us and greeted us every day. They were helpful with restaurant recommendations and directions around the city. The room was clean and well appointed with plenty of storage space. We loved the luxurious bathrobes, very nice addition. The room service was delicious. We will definitely stay there again.

Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I have never been to the Minneapolis area before (I had several mishaps with parking and not accounting for certain fees) and the lovely people who worked the front desk were so kind and helpful, they really calmed my and my daughters anxiety of being out of our comfort zone. The food at their restaurant was also top notch, would 100% recommend.
