The staff were so kind and helpful, the room was comfortable and in a perfect location

There was some building work going on which of course comes with some chaos, but I feel that the staff handled this as best they could, and the price reflected it. The rooms were dated and very worn

Convenient location! Close to all Dallas point of interest and a walk distance from the train station which connects with the entire city.

I like everything despite the fact the hotel is under renovation

The room was spacious, generally clean. The bed was comfortable. We were able to check in earlier which was great.

I was charged a 100 $ damage deposit even though we were staying just for 1 night and they already had my card authorization. The refund is not given at check out but days later. .

Great pillows. Looking forward to updated rooms. The TV remote was very difficult to use.

Reservation said breakfast was included but I was told my reservation did not include breakfast when I went to the restaurant for breakfast.

They were going thru a renovation so some of the facilities were not available and the WiFi kept dropping out.

Did not expect hotel to be under construction. Since facility was closed for breakfast, We did not get to enjoy any breakfast

all was good. It was close to the market center, the breakfast and coffee was fine, and the staff was very nice. For a business hotel, it does what you need!

The room was nice...but I swear the floor is slanted downward towards the outside wall. The shower rod was loose causing the shower curtain to slide open on the ends. Not impossible but made it a bit awkward overall.

Was a last minute decision so price and having availability was great. Room was bice, shower had a good water temp range, and room was quite nice size.

Elevator was a little uneasy feeling and sounding, shower was quite small, and room had no mini fridge or microwave.

We loved the diner across the street. We had a suite and it was very comfortable for all of us. Staff was very friendly.

We were only given 2 breakfast vouchers per day. Our room was kind of warm we had to turn the ac on a much lower temp. Would have liked to have a fire pit to sit around
