Incredible experience, all members of the personal are always smiling, like they enjoy being there. They are doing their job perfectly and makes you feel welcomed. Thank you ! Location is exactly in the middle of old town, they manage everything if you are coming with a car. The hotel is perfectly clean all the time and the breakfast delicious, I recommend to choose the breakfast when you make the reservation. I will return to Valencia just to stay again in this hotel.

Wow! This is an incredibly beautiful hotel in a stunning location right in the middle of the old town. The staff are wonderful and you really feel you are getting a 5 star treatment. We arrived before check in so went out to see the city. When we returned and asked for our suitcases we were told: 'They are already in your room Madam'. The room was so beautiful with a balcony overlooking the square and a huge bathroom. Little chocolate coated almonds and a pillow spray were given to us as gifts and they added to the truly luxurious experience of staying at this hotel. We would love to return!

From the moment we stepped into the front doors the extraordinary experience bagan. We were greeted by two members of staff who took care of everything for us. Parked our car, organised our luggage, provided us a welcome drink. Our room was lush! So beautiful and comfortable. The bathroom products were divine. The staff gave us the best recommendations for places to eat - do ask them, they will be so helpful! Breakfast was an extraordinary 4 course al a carte affair - very delicious and friendly service. We didn't want to leave! But alas we had to and the friendliness continued as they packed our car and made sure we had something to drink for our journey. Honestly, do yourself a favour, there is no better place to stay in Valencia.

I can't imagine anything could be better!

This is our second time staying at Vallier; it’s an excellent hotel in the most perfect location for a date night out in old town Valencia. The staff are amazing; they meet you with smiles and offer you a drink during check in. The fact that they noticed that it was my birthday, and left me a birthday surprise at the room was incredibly kind. The hotel is set in a beautiful building, and the rooms are clean and elegant. The marble bathroom is amazing! Love it here, and will be back again 100%

This is undoubtedly one of the best hotels we have stayed in (and we have stayed in very many over the years). It is as beautiful on the outside as it is inside. The staff were so friendly, polite and helpful. The room was lovely, well equipped with a great view out on the square in front, which looked stunning at nighttime when the surrounding buildings and area were lit up. One very tiny gripe would be that the water in the shower was very temperamental, going hot and cold when you were in there - a very minor hiccup! Would definitely stay there again.

A standout of this property was the staff - upon arrival, they welcomed us and made sure we were comfortable and accommodated. Everytime we entered or exited the hotel we were greeted by the staff. They even organised a taxi for our airport transfer upon very short notice. We cannot praise them enough, all the staff were amazing. The rooms were exceptionally clean, we really felt at home. Additionally, the hotel is located in an amazing spot - right in the middle of the old town… plenty of things to do and places to eat. Very authentic area and was such an amazing experience for our first time in Spain.

Nothing! Everything was amazing.

This is an exceptional hotel! The staff greets every guest with warm smiles and always offering to help with luggage and bags. We were offered two flutes of Cava during check in. The exterior and interior of this Palacio is stunningly beautiful and situated on a quiet plaza of its own. The suite we had for 4 nights was modern and full of nice design details like a round area rug with small round table and two chairs - a perfect place to share a drink and snacks. Ultra modern bathroom with two sinks, a large shower area with two separate overhead “rain” fixtures. Perhaps the nicest feature, though subtle, is the creative lighting and background illumination that is incorporated in the room design. Finally, the expansive rooftop deck has numerous separate seating areas with chairs and tables and some patio sofas. There is almost 360 degree views looking out over the old city. The staff is truly fantastic whether suggesting and then reserving a restaurant, personally explaining some of the gorgeous Lladro porcelain pieces and fixtures that make up part of the lobby and their own Lladro Lounge bar. We loved this hotel so much we tried to stay an additional three nights but the hotel was fully booked.

This hotel was in the most fantastic location, right in the heart of the old Gothic quarter, surrounded by beautiful historical buildings. Only a few seconds walk from one of the main plazas and Cathedral we loved walking around the neighbourhood and staying out late knowing the hotel was so close. The room was exceptionally tidy with lovely toiletries, robes and welcome treat for us. The staff were incredibly helpful, making reservations for us and recommending places for us, for example the paellas cooking class we did. The roof terrace was stunning, peaceful and quiet with a bar service through the telephone.

I think ideally we would have liked the gym onsite, but it was only a short walk to the sister hotel to use the gym.

We stayed at hotel for 2 nights for my husbands 60th birthday and all I can say is wow ! Staff were exceptional and always soo helpful with anything you needed ,breakfast well that was unbelievable the menu choice was outstanding, I cannot fault it and soo clean, nothing was a problem for them just perfect and you couldn't get a better location everything we wanted to see within walking distance .

Sadly only thing can pick fault on which is minor compared to everything else being soo perfect was the flowers were dead that were in our room on the table ,only because I'm a florist in UK I noticed straight away thought these might of been changed but didn't spoil our stay atall .
