Fabulous staff who were always very pleasant and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with a smile. Breakfast had a very good selection of hot and cold food and if you eat well it is very good value. Excellent location to explore all historical sites on foot. Rooms have very comfortable beds, excellent air con and super showers. Complementary tea and coffee in reception throughout the day was a lovely little extra.

Decor could be improved as corridors to bedrooms are a little tired looking and this gives a very poor impression of this excellent hotel.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful especially Raul who helped us with various queries during our stay. House keeping was of a high standard.The free use of bicycles was an added bonus. The hotel is perfectly located for the historic centre but also very quiet which is unusual for such a central location.It was easy to reach the hotel from the airport by taking the Metro to Colon and then a short walk.

Our room (105) was tiny and very awkward for two people to move around especially in the bathrooom. It was difficult to walk around the bed as there was little room.It did have a balcony window over the main street but it was not noisy at night.Would recommend a room above the first floor.

Great position. Hotel was as described & very clean . Bathroom towels, toiletries, power shower were great . Breakfast was plentiful and refreshed continuously. Staff were very accommodating.

I’d booked a double room which for a single person was ok but had we been 2 it would have been too small - in particular the bathroom whereas the twin rooms which others in our group shared were more generous in size . Unfortunately my room faced inwards and was dark whereas rooms facing the street (which is exceptionally quiet )were bright

A well presented hotel in a simply fantastic location. The main square is a mere 2 min walk away - from here you can stroll through Valencia's beautiful streets to reach all the major things to see. Next door to the hotel is a mini-market for all your essentials. Opposite is the fabulous Cafe Madrid - well worth visiting for an Agua de Valencia. The staff are lovely - very swift and pleasant check in with Raul. The rooms are a decent size and are well equipped. Special mention to the rain shower that was lovely to just stand in. Things like an iron or corkscrew are available from reception. Good sized TV with the ability to use YouTube on it. I'd happily stay here again.

Towels were not changed when maid visit - the room was just cleaned. Very noisy, echoing corridors - doors slamming or people talking are aplified.

Fabulous location, mini market right beside it. A restaurant bar other side of street to it. It’s down a quiet street but few minutes walk to everything. So central. Reception staff were so friendly. Check in was quick, friendly and efficient. A special thanks to Laura and matha they were amazing. Laura gave us a map of the city and explained everything that was of interest around. She circled areas and restaurants that we might like. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was clean and comfortable overlooking the street. Comfortable beds and great shower. Would definitely stay and this hotel again and would highly recommend it.

This hotel is in a perfect location for exploring the old city. It is a 5m walk to the cathedral, food market and Silk Exchange and very close to two beautiful squares and the Redondo, full of cafes and restaurants. If you’re going to Valencia for a cultural city break there couldn’t be a better location. (It is also only 35m from the beach on the 32 bus). The rooms are well equipped and comfortable; the bathrooms are lovely, clean and very modern with powerful showers and excellent toiletries. The breakfast is well worth paying the extra 10€ for. The staff were also really helpful and polite.

I can commit that it will be harder to find a better place for the same price as in Petit Palace, here you will find the best staff, which provides you with the best hospitality, special thanks to Marta, Maite and Floris! If you need anything, ask; the staff is ready to help! 🙃🤝 The location is close to the centre, but still quiet enough. The bus stop to the beach is near the hotel, so you won't miss an opportunity to be burned 🥵🌞 The room was a bit small, but enough to do your stuff, bed was nice, the room was cleaned every day, and you have everything you need there like a vault, chair, table, and a place to hang your clothes. Also, they give you everything for bathing, which is nice! 🚿🧴

The only disadvantage is the view, which is direct to the other windows, but overall, you won't spend too much time in a hotel during the day 🏖️🛍️

I felt safe and at ease. Pietro was great and very attentive. The property was adequate for four but only offered two beds. I can tell you we very close to Saint Peter’s Square and we got our exercise since the property is a good walk up a hill.

Very small clothes washer and next time I would make sure to rent scooters, although I didn’t really mind the exercise. Other than that the property was well located and Pietro was a great and very attentive host.

Great location, heart of Valencia. Many places in walking distance. Everything you need is provided. The family room had a comfortable double plus a bunk bed with a side on the top bunk. When we left they offered to hold our luggage while we explored further.

The view from our room was rubbish - but we only looked out of the window once - opting instead to be out of the hotel in Valencia, only used the hotel as a base for sleeping.

Location is great, right next to Palacio del Marqués de Dos Aguas. Breakfast was also outstanding, with lots of fresh fruit, meats, cheeses, etc.

The room was not too big, and overall it looked a bit dark, even when I opened the window, as there was not much natural light coming in. The flooring in the corridors needs readjusting or retiling, as it looked a bit shabby.
