I was given a very pleasant, quiet and spacious room with a private bathroom, fridge and balcony. The double bed was comfortable, the room was clean and well- presented. Breakfast was included in the price and was of a good standard (though too many egg dishes, I felt). The young lady at reception was helpful and spoke good English.

I stayed for seven nights and the room was not cleaned in that time. I would suggest cleaning the room and changing the towels at least once in that time. Some of the male staff looked a bit sour. It wouldn't hurt to smile once in a while, especially if you are in customer service. I would recommend sending them in a customer service course...

The property was very warm and well-insulated in winter. Central heating. Fresh renovation. Elegant furniture. Quality beds, bedsheets and towels. The staff is classy, fun, trustful and with taste. I enjoyed the music they were playing at the lobby :) Quiet area and fresh air for comfy sleep and remote work. Ride to the center can cost $2 by taxi and 25c by bus so anyway you are saving well on accommodation. Rio mall is at 15min walk with a variety of food court on the 2nd floor. I loved eating at Degustation in Komitas street.

I would suggest assigning someone as responsible for breakfast hall or a barman in the mornings, probably pouring tea & coffee and making sure guests' small needs are met like cutlery, salt, etc. and tables cleaned. Just like the blondy lady was doing for set breakfasts.

I loved the fact that there was breakfast available which made things easier for our trip cause we would survive on that till noon nd we would not loose much time looking for breakfast to start our day also the biggest advantage is it's not very far from the airport it's just 30mins drive nd very close the main city as well

The noise from the other rooms are very well heard so if u are a light sleeper u might get disturbed also the bathroom toilet functioning was weird nd water kept on going waste which was a sad sight to see despite informing them apart from that all were good.

Cosy rooms, friendly family feeling from staff, always helpful and kind. Amazing location close to metro, local markets, supermarket. Taxi is not expensive to center either. From what is on the market in Yerevan, this is really good choice overall

Internet could be better, but it was working, just slow, but where not. Balcony in description is confusing, it's not in the room, just a minor thing. When we came, it was still under renovation, so no AC in the room for instance, but we haven't even needed it. You should always ask for towels/trash change. Light is on during the night, dimmed but on, weird and little bit disturbing.

They served Armenian breakfast and we are glad to taste it. comfortable bed, toiletries you can request and if something is missing from the room you can request to and they can provide immediately.

nothing to mention our room is in 4th floor and that is fine we are still young. Location is 20minutes walk to metro but if you will take a cab it is 10minutes from the center.

I like inside the building of hotel mansion cozy and room clean, staffs kind .

_About shower room Nothing shampoo,soap and blower _ breakfast with out fruits _the balcony terrace not clean a lot of dust and Back Yard BBQ area full of grass not organize and cat walking in balcony so that the hair of cat goes to table..

We traveled with 8 friends. The staff is very friendly. They helped us rent a car. They arranged an earlier breakfast for us. In the evening, we could use the outdoor terrace for socializing.

Some of the rooms smelled a bit like sewage

Excellent, in cleaning and hygiene. Little bit of the problem speaking language English.

They haven't microwave oven for hot the food. Every time traffic of car when you going to walk.

The property was really nice and everything looked clean and tidy. Hotel was in a great spot, making it easy to get to all the popular places in town. The rooms were big and comfy. They were nicely decorated and had everything to relax . The people who worked there were really nice and helpful. They were always around to help out.

Everything was nice and I have no complains.
