Beach, pools, dining, Starbucks and ice cream on property, marketplace, accessibility to book excursions and other water activities

The daily activities that were advertised did not always happen or were very behind on schedule. For example, popcorn wasn't provided 3 of the days, or we didn't see the activity running - beach volleyball, Giant Jenga. The Aloe Scrub activity we signed up for they cancelled because we were told they didn't have anyone signed up - our names were not recorded for some reason. The equipment we could sign out, was often hard to get, pool table and ping pong not available.

Our room was beautiful, overlooking the pool (but surprisingly quiet) and spacious. The staff are incredible--they are knowledgeable, helpful, and very hard-working. It was fun to have a casino in the building. The amenities in the room are also terrific--they provide 4-6 bottles of water every day, for example.

My only issue is the lack of palapas and lounges at the adult pool. The beach was extremely crowded, and it seems to me--for the prices we are paying--that a chair should be guaranteed. Instead, you need to go to their app at either 5pm or 8pm to book a palapa. More than half the time it didn't work.

beach, staff was the best but booking.com gets none of the credit. Thanks to the staff we were able to secure a stay, booking.com never booked the room we got there and they didnt have the comfirmation number so we were on our own. we loved our stay, the staff was so kind and helpful throughout the whole stay.

Booking.com, cannot be counted on. they caused us so much stress, when we went to get into our reservation it wasn't there, we tried to get in touch with booking.com and because we didn't have a pin number there was no way to contact them. I will nolonger be using booking.com moving forward.

Top notch hotel to stay at and best place on palm beach in my opinion. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfy beds, there is a 2 floor gym so lots of machines to use. Palapas re included in the stay - you just need to reserve the night before.. even if we didn't reserve we didnt have an issue the day of. The beach is beautiful, sandy and water is warm. The pool is great and they bring a DJ out every afternoon and have a great vibe for those that want to party. All staff on resort are so friendly! We had massages at the mandara spa and my partner and i loved it. We ate at Ascari ( good food, romantic setting but service was flow), Mercatto was great for breakfast and dinner. Additionally 10-20 minutes from a strip of restaurants - eduardos for smoothie bowls, azia for sushi etc. An additional note - I got sick on our vacation and needed to go to urgent care. The hotel was so helpful, called the centre, had security drop me off and pick me up ( no charge) and saw a doctor and got medication within 2 hours. The team went above and beyond! We were here on our honeymoon and were so happy with our pick.

Honestly only lower experience was slower service at Ascari - otherwise Fantastic!

It was beautiful, the beach was very accessible and the huts gave us enough shade. Four and at times 5 had shade but we were able to have one or two lounges very close. The 10 of us needed two huts because 6 needed shade. The pool areas were just what we wanted but Christmas week was very crowded so we needed to get lounges early. If you are willing to pay for a hut you can Reserve them 3 days in advance. Free can only be obtained the day prior at 4 pm or at 7 am the same day either online or at the hut shed. Our lunches weren’t fantastic but all 10 of us felt that the selection was good. Request a higher floor if you want an outstanding ocean view. Rooms basically the same and very nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Would have liked food service pool side. Went to Mercat but service was very slow.

We were in a Oceanfront Jr. Suite and the room was nice but smaller than typical suites. The beach was excellent.

The property is at the far north end of town, so shopping, restaurants, etc are farther away. Music at night ended at 9pm unless you went to the towns nearby. Dining is very expensive until venturing off property or out of Palm Beach area. Some of the dining merited the price but most of it was average. Renting Palapas required going online, and only a portion of them were available at no charge daily. Then you paid $30 - for a nearly thousand dollar a night hotel room, it's always frustrating to have to jump through hoops for the little incidentals.

The resort is amazing. Great service, beautiful grounds, beautiful rooms, very helpful and friendly service.

The pool bar closed way too early, 5pm. And some additional options for food would be great.

Breakfast buffet had a decent selection, however, some foods that should have been hot were cold. Some of the French toast pieces were hard. I don’t think it was a good value for the money. We ordered ala carte one day, and went off property for breakfast.

Rooms are a little tired. Our first room smelled terribly of mold, we were switched to a different room after complaining to the staff. Rugs in rooms need to be changed. Furniture is starting to look old.

Pool was great, loved the swim up bar, music during the day and evening at the lobby bar and casino. Staff was very friendly and always willing to help or give advice on restaurants and activities.

Not much, we had problems with our toilet and even though maintenance had a quick turnaround time when we called it was still not good to have that issue. We had to keep calling.

Beautiful location! Place was so busy!

It wasn’t the property but the airport. You have to wait for a very long time in lines to get into the country and again to leave. I was told it doesn’t matter what day. So plan ahead to spend time in line. Leave early for the airport.
